This place deserves more than 5 stars, I couldn't be happier with the service. Jason and his crew were very professional, answered all my questions and were a pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to see my car almost finished. Jason patiently took the time and showed me everything they had done and were working on. The car looked brand new when it was done, you couldn't tell it had been in an accident. They removed pre-existing dings and dents that I didn't even know about, cleaned the car inside/out and filled my gas tank. Thank you again guys, great job!

This was my first time using Swampscott Collision and I would highly recommend them. My car had significant left front damage and they did a fabulous and professional job repairing my vehicle. They are easy to work with and very accessible and keep you updated.

Highly recommend Swampscott Collision the owner is amazing very friendly and explained everything throughout the process I just picked up my car. They did an amazing job and went out of their way, and even and the inside and out and went above and beyond.What could be reasonably expected. I I now know where I will be taking my car work done to it. Thank you so much for making my car look brand new.!!

The best of the best!! Once again, Jason and his team did an amazing job fixing my car. They even touched up some additional scrapes and dents for me. They really strive for perfection and I love it! My car looks BRAND NEW! Kim was the sweetest as well, she made the process as easy as possible for me. This is my second time going to Swampscott Collision and I honestly wouldn t go anywhere else. I brought my car to them after an accident dented the back of my car and damaged the light too. They had a rental ready when I dropped my car off. Melissa had to correspond with both me and my mother through out this process and she was so so helpful . I actually hugged her when I picked my car back up yesterday cuz the whole process was so stressful and she truly was kind to me and my mom and is a great receptionist. The car was so clean and they did such an excellent job ! I highly recommend them .

I recently had an accident where I backed into a fire hydrant and did a good deal of Damage on my RAM truck! I brought it to Swampscott Collision, who was able to take it in right away! The results were AMAZING! They did such a great job bringing my truck back to looking brand new! You would never know how much damage I had done! They took care of everything, from setting up a rental for me to dealing directly with my Insurance company. The time frame they completed the repair was even better than they originally told me. I highly recommend Swampscott Collision to anyone looking to have body work done! Jason and Joe and their The staff were extremely friendly and easy to work with, and one of the best in their industry!!I am so Happy with the results!

Awesome service! I brought in my Infiniti to have the back bumper replaced and I have zero complaints. Jason and his team did an amazing job on the replacement and finished it in a timely manner. I was nervous because my car being a unique color, but their work matches the factory paint perfectly. Highly recommend their service as it is great, honest work.

The repair was done, and turns out there was an issue with the computer system -- by no dint of Swampscott Collision -- that was discovered when we picked up the car at the end of the day. Tenacious Jason stayed an additional two hours after closing to remedy so that we wouldn't have to leave the car an additional day, appreciating the logistics of everyone traveling to work with only one vehicle. This was not our first time utilizing Swampscott Collision. Every experience with them has been more than stellar! Communication, professionalism, promptness, attention to detail, transparency as well as fairness of pricing, and just a lovely crew of people to boot!

Jason and the rest of the Swampscott Collision team was wonderful. They were professional, and every member of their staff was extremely competent. They went above and beyond to help me with insurance issues and returning my car to me in the most timely fashion. They were also very communicative and easy to work with. I live 40 minutes away and I would return here without hesitation if needed.

Recently my sons truck got hit and I was nervous that he would be without the truck for a long time, and that the results would be less than stellar, but Swampscott Collision got the truck right in, fixed it in a timely manner and it came out, honestly, better than new. I m so impressed. The work is Excellent. The attention to detail is incredible. Can t wait to work with them again.

I had a really good experience over the last few weeks after my SUV needed to be repaired from a rear end accident. They worked well with the insurance company, set clear expectations, and did a great job! Luckily all of the parts came in a relatively short amount of time. Plus my car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up and they fixed some other dents for free! Highly recommend.

These guys are just great to work with. Not only are the staff courteous and prompt with a quote (which they stick to), they keep you updated if there are any issues. Their work is excellent and was finished on time. On collection of our car we found a shiny "new" car - no sign of the rear-ended scrapes it had - and cleaned inside and out, gratis. Thanks guys!

Brought in my car to get my fender replaced and had some of the best customer service I had ever experienced. And easily some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. They were very clear about the process and made things on my end as easy as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking to get their car repaired.

Joe and his crew handled every aspect of my repair from insurance adjuster to the minute I picked up my Jeep. He kept me informed the whole time. He went above and beyond and I know my vehicle was repaired correctly and thoroughly! This shop is top notch. A+++++

Jason is a first-class business professional and communicator. He listens to your problem and explains the solution in exquisite detail. That I really appreciate so I can understand exactly what is being done and why. Jason offers professional skill and satisfies the goal of customer satisfaction. Trustworthy isn't a word usually associated with the auto industry but it does apply to Jason. Quality service is certainly wonderful but as a woman driver, it's the sense of trust that makes the experience working with him even better.

Jason and Kimberly were fantastic to work with from the start! Jason not only fixed all of my BMW repairs post-accident but he fixed multiple other dents and scratches without asking and at no additional charge! The car looks amazing and I highly recommend this business!

Great experience getting my car fixed after being rear ended. Super friendly and transparent, they were able to coordinate my rental car as well without having to go anywhere else. They even fixed dents on my car that had nothing to do with the accident! Highly recommend

These guys are great. Professional and meticulous. We have used them a couple of times. Just got our car back from being repaired following what we thought might be a total loss. To say the least, you'd never know the car was even used, let alone in an accident. Looked brand new again. Jason and his crew went out of their way to ensure our car was fixed perfectly, even fixed a broken lock switch that had bugged us for years as a courtesy. Highly recommend Swampscott Collision.

Jason and Jameson were amazing! Bought a black genesis GV80 and just wasn t in love with it and didn t know what to do. I d never done any mods to my past cars and the options were endless. Jameson and Jason were both so patient with my indecisiveness and were full of great suggestions. Ended up doing a full matte pearl white wrap, chrome delete and powder coated my 22inch rims. Everything looks amazing and I m finally in love with my car!

I want to give a shoutout to the team at Swampscott collision. I brought my 1992 lincoln lsc mark vii for a paint job and some bodywork. Let me tell you they did a fantastic job and far exceeded my expectations.. They paid a lot of attention to the smallest details, like body moldings and trim work that I was not expecting to be done. It is now the best looking mark vii on the road, I would seriously recommend them for all your body repair needs.... One word to describe them..exceptional.

Swampscott Collision went above and beyond on fixing my sons car. Not only did they fix the damages but even did a few upgrades to make it look like the newer models. Glad to know I have a local shop that can do custom work as well as the general repairs. I couldn t be happier with the final result. I also brought my wifes suv in and again they did a phenomenal job and even fixed a few other problems making the truck look almost brand new.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The absolute BEST in the business. The quality of work is second to none and the customer service is absolutely incredible. I ve worked with them a few times over the past couple of years and, each time, was treated like I was their only customer.When I was in an accident, I was treated like family as soon as I walked in the door. It s like, they dropped everything to help me. Genuinely empathetic and were so sincere getting me set up.They held my hand through the entire insurance process, arranged my rental, provided updates throughout the repairs, and made sure that everything was perfect. Even detailed it way more than they had to.Side note: They also do custom work. They recently did some modifications on my Jeep Wrangler and it came out awesome.I will not go elsewhere

Jason was a very nice guy and his crew did excellent work. My car was sideswiped in a parking lot and the paint was scraped off. After Jason & crew fixed it I could not even find the spot that had been damaged. Plus he touched up a couple of other scuffs free of charge! I has a great experience and would highly recommend them.

I recently had someone hit my door and it was a wrinkle-type dent. I had heard that Swampscott Collision had a person who could do a paintless dent pull/removal. I drove down and it just happened that I spoke with Jason (the owner). He said that the person who does the dent removals was actually on his way in and i was able to get it looked at quickly. They were able to do the dent removal without having to do any paint work. Which saved me a ton of $. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done.Jason was so nice and helpful, and really made sure i was pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service and staff!! Brought my vintage Mustang to have the cowl area and hood painted. They were able to quickly fit the vehicle in and the price was super reasonable.
