Jason is second to none. He s helped me troubleshoot issues on my challenging 96 Bronco. The work he s done has always been very fair priced and high quality. And, when it makes sense, he s helped me learn how to do repair work myself. Highly recommend this shop.

I asked the owner if it was okay to bring my own parts because I was able to get them really cheap. Owner agreed. I Brought the vehicle and the parts. Owner of paradise did not install the parts, but Instead called my supplier which apparently was also his part supplier. He caused a big stink with the supplier because I was able to get the parts cheaper than him. I was able to get a family discount because I had family that worked for this part supplier and this family member got a family discount. Long story short the owner of Paradise almost got my family member fired. The owner of Paradise never replaced the parts as requested and I had to bring the vehicle elsewhere for repair. Also the owner refused to take my calls which left me confused because at the time I didn't realize what the owner of Paradise had done. I found out two months later what had happened through the family member that almost lost his job. I felt terrible! Very unprofessional experience. I've been waiting over 10 years for my family member to no longer work for this supplier so that I could write this review without fear of him being fired. I guess I can hold a grudge. Oh well. Karma.

Great experience, direct, and on point on when car would be ready. This is the kind of place everyone wish they had in their home town. Hopefully I won't, but I will come back if need be.

You won't find a more fair priced non upsale person than Jason at paradise! Had some wheel work done and done quickly. This is a hidden gem and I'll be sure to bring my other cars here for repairs from now on!

Outstanding, professional, fast. Received my estimate within 1.5 hrs, and got an appointment on same week. The car was fixed sooner than promised. Jason was extremely professional, clear with all details of repair. Jay found the source of the slow leak in my tire and repaired it when the other shop was left dumbfounded (Meineke in Lynn). I haven't had to put air in the tire since. His prices are fair and they are very professional. I will be using Paradise Auto as my primary mechanic for our cars going forward. Very happy with my experience. Jason is incredible! I initially went so Jason could put snow tires on my car and check on a few other things. I subsequently went back to get my exhaust pipe and brakes fixed. Jason is great with scheduling - he knows his capacity and when he says something will be done, it always is! Pricing is very reasonable and he also doesn t try to upsell you with unnecessary work. As a result, I returned to him for both optional and necessary repairs. The shop is clean and organized (critical during COVID) and he is quite friendly and nice. Best mechanic I ve ever been to. Paradise Auto is the best out there!

I was very happy with the service I received. My mechanic was very friendly and professional, taking the time to diagnose a problem that took some detective work to figure out. After finding the issue, he took the time to make sure I understood what the issue was, which I greatly appreciated. Charged me a fair price. Will definitely be bringing my car back for maintenance to Paradise!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been coming here for a couple years and been very comfortable taking my cars here for any type of service. Rare to find a mechanic who is honest. Paradise is not a shop who will just service your car and collect payment. He will tell you whether or not if it's worth fixing or tell you if something may still be under warranty from the dealership. I may not like the answers the shop manager tells me sometimes, but he is usually right and I do not end up wasting money. Sometimes it is also a team effort where if an issue is very challenging, I will do the research and buy the parts, and he will do the labor portion. I highly recommend this shop!

Based on other positive reviews I had seen around the web, I decided to give Jason and the guys at Paradise Auto a try with bringing in my wife's aging car that failed inspection and needed extensive work. Jason took good care of us and I had a very good experience, which understandably seems to be a regular thing with his customers. I will definitely come here again in the future.

Happy Customer! My breaks finally gave our last Wednesday. Jason took care of it on Thursday morning right away. Very friendly shop and owner and reasonably priced. Also great sms feature, in which you'll receive any updates. Will be back!

By far the best experience I ve ever had at a car repair place! I took my ailing Subaru here to be looked at. After they were done, the guy (Jason?) did an excellent job explaining to me, in plain English, the various things that were wrong with my car. As somebody who knows nothing about cars, it felt great being able to understand what was being talked about. Jason even showed me photos he had taken of what was going on inside my car. The verdict: my car is on its last legs. He could have made money off of me by repairing it, but he was honest and explained why it might not be worthwhile. Anyway, my family and I won t be taking our cars anywhere else!!!

Honest businessman. Fair. Said he "Didn't want to throw good money at bad". Jason is a gem. Prices were reasonable. I break down with every car I ever owned between the 2nd wk of Nov thru Christmas so I will see him annually for my car woes!

Friendly staff that does good honest work. This will be the only place I go when my car has issues. Needed brake pads and roters. They quoted me a price and got the work done quickly. Very pleased with the over all experience

Very professional service always well taken care of. My family has been using Paradise Auto Service for years and I can honestly say I wouldn't change unless I had to for an extreme reason. Jason always gives you the answer to your questions in a timely manner. Thank you for the great service always over the years.

My car had overheated nearby, and I looked at the reviews for Paradise Auto service and thought I would go there. The good reviews were accurate. Good service, and fair prices. The mechanics are friendly, and explain repairs in ways that you can understand.

I had a bunch of work done, struts/shocks drop springs and some new tires mounted on rims balanced aligned. All GREAT WORK! Quote was more than fair. Try em out, I will be a repeat customer.

I have been using Paradise Auto for a umber of years. Jason & Paradise Auto always do great work. I always feel I can trust the mechanics to be honest about repairs and needs.

Great service always. Jason explains what needs to be done and why. He also explains what will need to be done in the future. This prevents any surprises and allows you to budget for the repair. Highly recommended.

Jason is a fantastic guy and a great, trustworthy mechanic. You'll find that out in about 5 seconds when you drop your car off.
