Best Service I ve had in a long time. I am all for independent shops but if you want security and professionalism with a car you care about I absolutely recommend this service center. My advisor Karen kept me up to date with everything assuring me through each step and working with my budget especially since I do have an older car, as well as my technician sending me photos and videos of repairs that I can do in the future. They also let me drive their new 2024 loaner due to the labor hours which was most convenient! I will most definitely be coming back.

My was attentive and considerate of my time during my visit. I let her know that I was in a rush and she did a great job keeping me updated with the status of my vehicle. She conveniently sent an email of all the information I had requested in a timely manner with all quotes that I requested. I would definitely recommend servicing at this location with My as your advisor! Thanks again !!

Dropped my car for oil change and sticker and received excellent service all around from drop off to pick up. I liked having the option to pay on line to help expedite pick up. Car was safety checked and washed including cleaning the interior. Car was like new.

I had my 330xi serviced this past Saturday and the entire experience was so wonderful. Everything was so smooth and well-orchestrated from the drop off to meeting my service advisor My to getting detailed report on the findings to final pick up. The advisor was very courteous and arranged a loaner while my car was being serviced! Way to go Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and Thank You My for your professionalism.

This was the best service experience that I have had in the 16 years going to BMW Sudbury. My service advisor, My T, was very knowledgable, and was able to pull up all of my past service history on the computer, and explained everything that was going to done on my vehicle very clearly.For all future service appointments, I will be requesting My T as the service advisor.

In working with My T she was very helpful in answering all of my service questions regarding my appointment. As well as looking into any particular discounts and cost savings on the services was I schedule to get. I was in the dealership from 9:30am until after 4pm for front & rear brake replacement, along with an oil change & vehicle check. During the vehicle check, it was noted that my battery needed to be changed, so I added that in as well.As I sat in the waiting area all day, watched multiple Service Advisors discuss repairs with their customers in person as they came and went. The only contact that I had with my Service Advisor (Yordanys) was through occasional text messages. Even as I departed the shop in my car, he never showed up in person. I understand that the repairs may take some time, but I would expect that Yordanys would have visited with me to discuss the repairs at least once over the course of the 6.5 hours.The repairs were fine. The Service Advisor was nonexistent.

Edward was very good in explaining the work that had to be done. The repair person was also excellent in preparing a video of what he found and in performing the work on the car.My only reservation was that it took over 35 minutes from when the work on the car was complete for the car to be washed and delivered to me. It was a bit disappointing.

Yordanys was great, and he always ensure that my husband and I are taking care of. One suggestion for the dealership is to communicate with clients beforehand and also be transparent about everything especially pricing. For instance, if there is a labor price increased, communicate that with clients ahead of time. Instead of trying to communicate later, and have clients question why the cost all of sudden skyrocketed. I appreciate Yordanys really took his time and explained everything to us, we will come back to see Yordanys in the future. Thank you!

One of the best car service appointments I have ever had. The process, from check in to check out, was extremely efficient; my vehicle was carefully analyzed and all issues were addressed swifly. My service advisor Yordanys went above beyond when I reached out after hours with a question about the service. Five Stars for sure!

I was very impressed with Karen and the service department at BMW of Sudbury today. They were quick, friendly, efficient, personable, attentive and very professional. It makes me want to use them in the future and their new accommodations, though a bit stark, are quite wonderful too. You get the feeling it s a pretty well-oiled machine although calling in to get questions answered is sometimes a bit of a hassle.Thank you Karen and everyone for my delightful experience today.

Experience with actual service advisor was very good. Service desk seems a bit bothered by having to deal with customers. Slow motion at best , very little if any verbal communication during my experience.

Nick Sullivan and Terry Clarke continue to be the benchmark for a Service Advisor/Tech combination. Great communication and always fixed right the first time. Nick was even kind enough to valet my vehicle for me due to a conflict in my schedule. Go here to get your BMW serviced.

Yordanys was my service advisor and I must say, in my 7 years coming to you guys for service, this was by far my most pleasant experience. Not only did he make sure every issue was taken care of, but I felt like he went out of his way to get it done in time and to my total satisfaction. He definitely earned my gratitude.

Travis Mark was great. He communicated well, keeping me informed of what was happening with getting the part and finishing the repairs the whole time. He even went out of his way to get me the right-size loaner car. The service was completed far sooner than I expected. And whoever it was who vacuumed and washed the car did a fine job. The only glitch was getting my car after I paid. I had to return to the desk several times to tell them I was still waiting. Fortunately, the person at the desk was great and not very busy then; she walked over to the valets and told one to get the car. It took over 1/2 hour. To his credit, when I texted Travis, even though he was not working, he got right back to me.

Drove almost an hour to get the service level experience I have enjoyed in the past at a local BMW dealership close to my home. Now that I received this level of service again, I will be taking my BMW vehicle to BMW of Sudbury. Everyone in Service was helpful, kind and a pleasure to speak with. I spoke to a member inside the Sales Team to find they are the real deal. If you consider any other BMW dealership in the area, do yourself a favor and go to the best at BMW of Sudbury!

They do good work & have great people working there. One issue is when you try to schedule a service appointment on-line, at the end of the process it says to click the submit button but there is no submit button so then you need to call them to schedule the appointment.

Not the best experience. Went there for a scheduled winter tire change. Service advisor didn't know they had my tires in storage so he "had to find them" & that took another hour to prep the car. Presented a 15% service discount coupon, I was told, because I was such a good customer they would honor it. After service was finally completed (over 2 hours), I was told the service manager said I COULD NOT use it. Not sure I will use them again, very disappointed.Service: Tires

I brought my 2021 X3M40i in for its 3yr routine maintenance to the Sudbury dealership and waited. My service adviser was My T. Phan and she was very polite, professional and concise with the services performed.Was very happy with her interaction with me and her explanations about the value of a maintenace contract for future service. She is a keeper!

LOANER EXPERIENCE DISASTER. Let me begin by saying I have been going to BMW of Sudbury for over 10 years now and my experience there has always been a very good one. However, my last experience with this loaner was a complete disaster. The problems with the loaner started on Wednesday and ended on Friday. When I received a loaner that was completely electric and I drive an X5 SUV and a B7 Alpina Sedan and both are not electric. So I have no charging base at home Problem 1) When I received the vehicle it was charged to 33%. I was later told at the dealership it was supposed to be charged to at least 80 % upon receipt. Problem 2) by the time I left Sudbury to pick my daughter up from school the car was at 15%. Problem 3) instead of going home to relax and have dinner I had to find a charging station. Problem 4) The nearest charging station is 3-4 miles from my home. Problem 5) After charging the car for 2 hours it still only reached 12-13 %. So I went home got some dinner then had to go back out to the charging station and arrange for a friend to pick me up. Problem 6) I left the car at the charging station until midnight. My friend came back to get me and drove me to pick the car up. Problem 7) After charging the car for about 5-6 hours this time it only reached 35%. Problem 8) I could not drive the loaner for a whole day due to this back and forth charging inconvenience.

Nicholas was great to work with and very helpful to resolve my issue with my car fob and my wife's fob as well. I guess with how advanced the keys are, the battery can wear out faster. Nicholas was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get our batteries replaced without a long drawn out visit.

I hesitated before bringing my 128i to the dealership but am very glad I did. The level of courtesy, hospitality and professional expertise was really unparalleled, especially given the tricky, hard to diagnose problem my car was presenting. Yordanys, my service adviser, was very personable and involved, communicated well, flexible in meeting my schedule regarding the loaner, a real asset to the dealership in my opinion, to be highly commended!
