I give the travel center alone 5- s! Clean stocked store! Clean bathrooms! Nice personnel! Goodies & snacks. Didn t use showers. Hot foods counter & cold/hot on the go foods. Fruits. They have a pretty big selection of foods. Plus pizza & Subway. Cinnabon. Souvenirs. Clothing. truck supplies. Head sets. CB s & more. Cement lot. Serious issue, it is jammed packed trying to get to the pumps let alone trying to get out the exit! One lane is taped off on top of it. Pumps & exit are one and the same smh. Would rather have a few less spots to park than dealing trying to get outta here, it is seriously a mad house! It makes it not worth stopping here to fuel up or for any reason. We re stuck overnight now & man I m not looking forward to getting out of this lot in the morning

I don t care about showers, I don t care about customer service . PARKING is KING and this pilot charges 20 a night for reserved of which 90% of spaces are. Rumor has it they enforce it. Pilot is quickly becoming my least favorite truck stop,

Came today and arrived at 1pm. More than half of parking spots are reserved which they charge $22 for. Showers are unavailable out of service/broke. Subway doesn't have onions lol and its obvious the bread was old as ish that the redbone bimbo broad prepared. Last time I came the washers & dryers were unavailable out of service/broke. Last time I'm coming back to this hell hole. Truckers by pass this trash.

Overall nice, clean truck stop. Plenty of parking, but it does get full pretty early. There is a Subway and Cinnabon. They have their own PJ Fresh Branded hot food bar as well.

Did a 34 here There is a subway, Cinnabon, and Pj fresh.This place got full around 12 pm on a Friday. That s including the paid spots.The truck parking is very far from the building. Be prepared to walk.No beer There is a laundry room.If you are wanting to shower, it s best to go early. At times there were 10 people waiting for a shower. For the most part the parking lot was clean.Many spots to walk dog

Trucking has the most adult cry babies of any industry. If you had any common since or business mentality, you'll understand this Pilot as some do.1. It is one of few truck stos and is the ONLY major coming from the south and south east. So, you can expect this Pilots pumps to be Packed and parking is mostly reserved. If you want free parking, open a truck stop to add to the competition if not stop whining.2. The Pilot is nice and clean with all that being said so, it's not a bad stop. Just plan accordingly. Good day.

I wish all the locations was like this. Super clean. Everyone is super helpful. I love this place. I haven t seen place like this clean , and organized. Nothing unplaced on shelf s, nothing on floor or dirt on floor,and super busy place by the way.

Only thing good about this dump is the showers. Don t expect to get good sleep because if you re in reserved parking they come around and bother if you don t have a receipt hanging but don t do anything about all the creative parking till morning.

Before I put any review on this, I d like to mention first as I am a fan of Pilot Flying J, I am looking for Pilot Travel Center/ Flying J first every time anywhere. This Pilot TC is the only place I can find around here. Thanks for not charging parking fee. I saw driver lounge, shower, Cat scale, and Game room, but there is no public laundry available. I took 10 hrs reset because I like walking around here for a while. Thanks for being here!

The chick at subway seems prejudice or sumn! And few more of them too but that's why I never stop to shop at this pilot. I make sure to get my shower before I get that way or if leaving down wait until I get to Connecticut where the workers understand multicultural awareness and ethics with interpersonal skills. I don't bother to get food! Thank God there are many other restrooms and food on the hwy. To grab instead of stopping somewhere you feel unwanted and mistreated!!! Parking is never available and they'll have the cops knocking on your door if you choose to disobey their parking terms.

drivers, I want to recommend this truck stop to you. maybe someone managed to read my angry previous review. to great joy, the management of this truck stop coordinated everything and corrected all the shortcomings. the staff became very friendly. shift manager joshua is a professional!!! today is February 10th, a little fragile girl is watching the cleanliness of the showers, she makes our chauffeur's life a little brighter

Super nice staff, clean showers. My fiance and I come here all the time as we are always over the road on the east coast. Originally from FL, and this is the only Pilot we've been to with hot food ready to serve. I love it! Everything is yummy. Been here 3x so far, and will be back again soon! And by soon, I mean a few hours. LOL

Thank You Pilot and your great staff. My daughter and I spent nearly 24 hours 12/28-29/22there waiting for AAA to come tow our car. If I was going to break down that s the place possible!!

Not enough free parking. Box truck have their own parking yet take majority of the semi spots. Yet the employees and actual facility make the visit more pleasant.

First time on this truck stop.. a lot of pleasant experiences. Friendly and caring staff Beautiful nature around the clean air I will definitely recommend to all my friends. the staff helped me with the parking I was very tired after a long journey and after unloading I arrived at this wonderful truck stop the staff helped me with the parking and showed where I can park my cargo van. Thank you very much for your concern and excellent service.

My company has us full here while going in and out to the Boston area. So we are here all the time. The employees are always nice especially Trinity. ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) always a hot great cup of coffee. Showers are always on tip top shape. Food well it is a Pilot but these guys do try and there is a subway. My only negative comment is they advertise soup and they haven t been putting it out. So today I asked about it and 3 employees including a manager said we are supposed to have it out but that s the PJ Freshs job and problem. All 3 soup wells are empty so noone has taken the time to make it. And hey manager sir don t you have a checklist?? I appreciate you working the register not that there was a line or anything but it is getting to be soup weather up here you might want to be on top of that. I would think it would be part of your manager duties. Anyways yes that s my only problem. Other than that this place is on point.

They have upgraded this pilot tremendously. I came here for a quick shower and stayed for 2 and a half hours. The showers are soo spacious, comfortable and clean. They also have a hot bar with the usual pilot food but it was pretty fresh. The parking was still being worked on around 4/10/21. The spots are pretty far from the store so you can get ur daily exercise in easily. Overall it's a really good upgrade.

Very clean and organized. Everything was stocked. Showers where clean and hot (water temperature). Probably one of the best pilots i been to. I left very satisfied.

Only one in and one out, my Garm had it listed as having 250 parking spaces, I don't think there a hundred parking spaces, very congested there are probably alot of accidents, they should built so you don't have to go Thru the fuel lanes to exist, poor lay out for traffic to go in and out

Pros:Somewhat nice staffCons: Correct me if I m wrong but this place has 109 conventional parking spots and 48 of them are reserved. If you park in a no parking zone, they ll make you move to a regular parking spot around 5am

From my PERSONAL experiences as being an OTR driver. This is the best pilot I have ever been too. The shower(#11) was huge. Great customer service with smiling faces from everyone at this pilot (everyone working 9/23 around 8ish-9ish PM) even subway employee she was great!

One of the more unique Pilot travel center, currently at august 2020, the are demolition the motel right beside it so parking is affected, parking space are easy access in the back, the soft drink fountain need some tlc drinks labels are missing, the showers are upstairs, the chairs are a bit warped, the showers were clean but all the hardware is starting to wearing

I'm giving them 5 stars because I've been to Pilot's that had half the traffic and weren't nearly as well run as this one is. The fuel island is small and trucks back up in every Lane all the way to the entrance.If I hadn't been bouncing off the E peg, I would have gone somewhere else, no question. But, drivers are obviously aware (unlike many places) and the lines at the fuel island actually moved efficiently. Inside was clean and well stocked and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Actually pretty impressive.

Store is clean and well stocked. Now for the bad .today 7-16-23. The young lady who prepares the breakfast buffet is rude and makes you wait until she s ready to wait on you. Not one shred of friendliness, ever. Today is not my first encounter with her. She s the same unfriendly person every time. In my opinion she s the wrong type of person to be dealing with the public. When patronizing an establishment I d like to feel valued as a customer. This is the wrong place for that.
