They used all factory parts. You will get your vehicle back in an amazing condition. Totally satisfied. If you need repairs and auto bodywork, Patterson is the right choice.

We heard about Patterson s from Car Talk years ago (they were highly wreck-amended). I ve been rear-ended two separate times and brought my car here. They understand that folks can be passionate about their cars (Car Talk should be a clue). They took great care with my car and fixed it as good as new. These guys know cars! Instead of feeling like my car had surgery, I feel like it had a mini vacation. Frank is a great guy and has a great team in the front office. Courteous and personable. Can t say enough good things about them. Writing my first review as I wish I could give them 10 stars to make up for the guy who gave 1 star - must have called a different place. This place deserves your business!

Frank and his team did an amazing job on my precious car, and when there turned out to be a slight issue they JUMPED on it, fixed it, and even delivered my car back to my house. Plus, Frank has a sense of humor and can take a joke, which is fantastic. Great people, amazing work, amazing customer service. (and I'm seriously picky) Would INSTANTLY recommend them to anyone.

Patterson s did a WONDERFUL job fixing a large gouge on my Subaru. I couldn t be more pleased with their service, timeliness, pricing and professionalism. Plus they cleaned my car inside and out, so it felt brand new when I picked it up. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Quality workmanship and superior painting! They recently repaired my door that had a dent which involved them painting both doors on the same side to blend in with the entire truck; workmanship and color match was great; for someone like me who has a keen eye I was impressed as I could not even tell. They were very friendly and helpful, got my bumper replaced at a decent price. They also vacuumed and washed my car, it looked fantastic! I got a great rental deal through them with Enterprise in Maynard. I would recommend them to anyone needing autobody repair.

Best auto body shop around! Friendly staff at the door will walk you through all the needed procedures for your insurance claim and rental situation. The local rental place picked me up from the body shop and all together made it a very smooth, seamless process. The body shop is very communicative and will answer your phone calls and emails promptly, whatever your concerns may be. They do the work very timely and do the best they can working with the insurance companies too. You can trust these guys with your car. They do a lot of work for the local dealers too, so they're very experienced with repairing to dealer standards.

They installed a battery, metal covering for the e-brake, new rear view mirror, bra and new trunk emblem for the 2007 Mustang that a group of friends and family gave to my GF for her 50th birthday. They did an AWESOME job at a very fair price. Can't thank them enough. (Thanks, Frank, for putting up with my light insanity :) ) Only reason I gave them 5 stars is because 6 stars wasn't available!

Terrible. Straight up terrible all around. Put me in a bad spot then excused themselves of blame. Meanwhile I m still dealing with their messup. Not going back.
