Brad is the best in the business. If he does not have it, he will get it quickly. Great local business, owned and operated by a local instead of a faceless corporation. Brad and his team are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful.

The owner, Brad is so helpful. If he doesn't have something he will get it. He always helps me when I need to have windshield wipers or light bulbs replaced. I like giving business to the local merchant . You will have a good experience!

I get more good advice at this store than you could EVER get at any other chain auto parts store. Great service. Always has what I need and what I didn't know I needed. Sometimes its not on the shelf but turn around timing is excellent and worth it.

Every time I stop at Total Auto they are great.Today I went for a battery check. I wasn t there 2 minutes when they came to me.The owner is polite and friendly.Checked the battery and I was on my way. Thanks Total Vin S

I called and asked about a part. The guy rushed me off the phone then hung up on me. After I called back he took my number and said he d look it up and call back, that was three days ago now .

Need anything auto or have a question take my word for it and call Brad first you will be glad you did, then others too will take your word for it. I have been going to him a long time, owner operated business and he really knows his stuff.
