Either through incompetence or greed, they tried charging me over $500 for a windshield wiper linkage that I ended up buying directly from Nissan for $35 and about an hour and a half of my own personal time to install. Granted, I am no mechanic Sullivan . Tire told me I needed a new motor along with the bracket which I 100% knew to be a lie. I will say they were very polite and accommodated me quickly. But I m still just so shocked that they would try to charge me over $500 for turned out to be a very simple repair

George and his team of mechanics have been servicing my family s vehicles for several years now. We have been happy with the customer service and work done on the vehicles. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and I had the work done and I was back to driving it within 3 hours . They were very busy when I dropped it off so I was happily surprised when it was ready. I recommend Sullivan Tire in Stoughton to everyone that I know. Thank you George and your team for keeping our vehicles safe .

Great service, great people. Robert at the desk was great to talk to and made my day a lot better with the service and support he provided. I was able to get home because of them. Definitely recommend

Excellent service and customer focus at Stoughton Sullivan Tire! I purchased protection plan for tires on both of my cars - it proved beneficial for one of my cars, as the staff noticed and fixed a tire problem. I really liked quick service and excellent work!

I had a scheduled preventive maintenance. I wanted it to be done as quick as possible and they did just that. I sat down, read couple messages on my phone and that s it. The service was done Great job

The guy at the Front desk is nasty. While I was in front of him, he cleaned her snot with his tongue. This is a very unacceptable customer service, and the owner should take immediately action to address this. I m not coming back to this place.

Best place around. Bob was great explaining different tires to me, very professional. The tires he recommended for me are great. Like driving a new care. The engine repair was fixed same day too. My car runs better than ever. Very reasonable for work that was done. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire. AAA+.

Once again the entire experience was an A+. They got me in and out within 24 hours of my car being towed into their shop while other places told me they couldn't look at it for 2-3 days.Dan went above and beyond to get my car up and running, explained everything completely and at a very fair price.Sullivan of Stoughton is now my go to place for all automotive service and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me.

This is an honest auto shop. I brought my car in for a tune up and a few other minor issues. George Nash mentioned that I could get a free tire rotation ... I bought 4 new tires there 3 years ago and forgot they included free rotations. My total was less than expected and they do great work. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is run very well. I called Saturday morning for tires. The manager was very pleasant on the phone. (not so at their Canton location) They got my tires shipped by 1:30p. I dropped off my car and walked to nearby first food place. Before promised time, they called me and said they were done. The price was good too. Highly recommended.

I have gone to this Sullivan tire branch many times. George Nash is the guy to see. He found me a buy 4 tires get one free deal. Then he reminded me that Saturday was tax free day and I could save 50+$ if I came in Saturday. Nice! Thanks George

They replaced my Alternator and a belt. As I drove away my AC wasn't working. They told me no way it's related. The AC was fine until the alternator died. Said they couldn't see it for 2 days. I was snickered at by one of the counter guys repeatedly like I was insane. Blamed me for damaging the condenser ("you must have hit something") and the tow truck triver ("things get jostled around during a tow") Gave me a quote for $700 for repairs to replace a condenser and recharge the system claiming there was no freon in the system due to condenser damage.Took it to a local mechanic because I didn't trust them only to find out that they failed to plug things back in properly. They confirmed there is no damage to my vehicle. No more fan noise that the counter guy told me was normal "that's just the fan *snicker*" (unplugged temp sensor) and my AC is now running cold again (disconnected power line from the alternator - no freon required)I'm left with the question - was it simply overlooked or were they screwing with me? I literally asked them if it was possible that a wire could have been disconnected or damaged inadvertantly and I was told "we weren't anywhere near anything that would do that" and of course the snickering. Curious to know how many of the negative reviews are women who were snickered at or do they snicker at men too?This isn't the first time I had to go back after a repair just to repair something else. So frustrating. They would have charged me $700 to plug two things back in.

I have had a very good experience at Sullivan Tire in Stoughton and have found both George and Dan professional and easy to work with. I am happy with my tires, with the attention to service and have found my tire shop!

Poor customer service. Purchased tires here in 2019. Went in today because a tire sidewall was bubbling. Unfortunately, they couldn't find my information in the system (they have my name, phone number, and address in their system... just not the receipt of work done, which is odd). Told me to go home and get the paperwork. It turns out that the road hazard I purchased (at $14 per tire) would have only decreased the price of the tire by ~$20. Honestly, it's not worth the time to dig through paperwork that they should have had in their system. Probably the biggest issue was that the gentleman at the counter seemed exasperated and just wanted me to go away. I won't be doing business here again.

I have been taking my vehicles there for all of my automotive repairs i.e. tires, brakes, alignment, oil changes, and transmission flushes etc. Professional service personnel. When you drop off your vehicle they will drive you to your work and pick you up when your vehicle is ready.

I won't take my car anywhere else. These guys do good work at a fair price. And they are honest as well, a rarity these days. They haven't ever tried to suggest unnecessary repairs or anything like that, unlike some of their competitors. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire in Stoughton.

George and Nick always take care of us and our customers vehicles that we bring down to Sullivan in a very professional and timely manner. There are times we end up in a bind and need to expedite a vehicle through Sullivan, if at all possible, they always find time to help us make it happen without having any negative affect on their customers already at or scheduled in their shop, the Sullivan tire in Stoughton, MA.Thank-you

The man at the front is so rude. My car had a nail the air emptied quick, he claimed he had people to come in, but the place was empty. He said it would take an hour. When a tire job is quick and simple. I would not recommend this place.

UPDATESince the review Kristen and her team have rectified the situation with some discounts and gift card.Appreciate that.My hope is that they work on uniformed answers and better communication system from store to store.ORIGINAL so disappointed with Sullivan tire. I've been dealing with them for a while. Probably started around 2008.My experience with them in Fall River was nothing but disaster. Over quoting their service, They messed up on my tire order a few times.Even took my car to the one in Norwood to get a bulb fixed and they actually broke my other headlight to put in another.I've also had to deal with the Sullivan tire and Raynham and Brockton which are equally badd. The Raynham store said If I pay the extra $100 it gives me tire protection in case the tires they put on go flat. I paid a $100 and it only protects one tire literally. I found that out cause I had to have my car towed to the Brockton store. The guy at the Brockton store tells me its only for one tire. I asked if I would've had to pay $400 to cover all 4 tires and he said yes.My tire blew out on the freeway. These are the new set of tires a got from Raynham. They tried to call me and say that my tires were too old and that's why the tire blew out. They said I had 50000 miles on the tire, mind you I haven't even had the car for 50000 miles.They literally saw that I had an alignment and bought 4 new tires literally 5 months before this tire blew. When I told them that I've only had the car for around 40000 miles they try to tell me that it was because I didn't rotate my tires that the tire blew.I literally rotated the tires 8 to 10000 miles before this period at the Brockton store they kept changing their story. They gave me $50 off each tire. Whaaat?I asked them to replace the blown tire and look at the other rea tire and check if this happened because of my alignment. The guy says ok we wil lm check on all of that and call you. We wont do any work until we call yku.Guess what, they call me the next day. They did all the work w/o letting me knkw what the issue was.The only good about Sullivan tire is Kristen my sales rep.

So thankful to Sullivan tire team. I came in 20 minutes early for scheduled tire maintenance and they got me in and out before my actual appointment time. Very efficent and well versed.

I was just there today to have 2 tires replaced. Excellent customer service, competitive pricing and a quick turn around time. I ll be back in a few weeks to replace the other two tires.Thanks guys!

Good service, nice waiting area Reasonably priced labor. The dealer going to charge $400 over. I'm dropping the car dealer for good.
