The best customer service. I went in to have my car looked at for a rattling noise when hitting the gas over 25mph. It was a clamp that snapped on the flex pipe underneath the car. No long wait and they replaced the clamp. I would definitely recommend getting car repairs done here. Nice atmosphere and good customer service.

This place is amazing and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I got a screw in my tire and called on a whim hoping they would take me in same day. They were the only place I called that could and not only that got it done in under 30 minutes. The staff was so friendly and kind as well. I highly, highly recommend them!

Have been taking my vehicles to Rick's for about 15 years. The staff is friendly and professional. I've never had a problem with them trying to oversell repairs to me. Have referred friends and family to Rick's as well. They always do a great job!

I called on Monday about an AC issue, and was able to drop my car off on Wednesday morning. Within about an hour they had diagnosed the problem, and my car was repaired by 3pm (even though they had to get a part from Subaru). I very much appreciated Rick's staff working around my schedule and working so quickly! I frequently travel around New England with dogs in my car as we travel to agility competitions, so having a working AC is very important to me and I never thought it'd be able to be fixed so quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful!

I have been going to Rick's for 20 years. Great home town repair shop. They will take car of all your automotive repairs with expert mechanics, fair prices, and honest Diagnostics. Family owned business you can trust. No BS.

My car was having battery trouble, I was referred to Rick's and I am so glad I was. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to meet with me and then changing out my battery right then and there! Thank you Bob! Ricks Automotive is a real hidden gem. Other Automotive places couldn t change my oil due to a stripped drain plug but Ricks was able to change my oil without any issues. Plus they were $20 cheaper than my usual automotive garage. Rick's Automotive is highly recommended!! Would give it six stars if I could. I chose Rick's initially based on internet reviews which were spot on accurate. Arrived there two days ago after getting a list of "necessary" and "urgent" repairs from a dealer following a recall and repair on my Hyundai, and was a bit anxious. I ended up not needing a front brake job and ball joint repair, and Rick properly diagnosed and repaired the noise the car was making after providing an estimate of all repairs needed. So appreciative of the work that Rick and his brother did that day on my car, despite it being a pandemic and the owner Rick's birthday. Before driving away, Rick's brother shined up my headlights that were quite filmy from wear, and they look beautiful. Grateful to find an honest, local auto repair station!!

BEST SERVICE AROUND! I Just left Rick's Automotive and had a very good experience. I've never reviewed anything before but this place deserves a shout out. I'll spare you all the background story about how our car ended up there. What's important is this: the people who run/work there seem like genuine, honest, good people. After a few minutes with these guys it was clear I was in good hands and that I was actually quite lucky to have ended up there. I am a judgmental, distrustful, and critical person by nature. So trust me, if the service here impressed a cynic like me, then it will impress anyone.The reality is that I don't know much about Rick's Automotive in Stoughton -- that being said, I can say with 100% certainty that you'll be treated fairly, honestly, and respectfully there.

I've been bringing my automobiles to Rick's Automotive for the last 15 years and I have never been disappointed not once they do excellent work there prices r very fair and they don't pull any punches I would highly recommend this place to whoever needs good work done and as far as I'm concerned Rick's Automotive is the best place in the Southshore area!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

The most honest auto shop I've ever been to. They always take great care of my truck and they let me know everything up front and only fix everything quickly and professionally. Great customer service, great automotive service, very knowledgeable and kind. I've been there a few times over the past year and have never worried about a thing with them taking care of my truck.

I'm from out of town and had a bit of an emergency with the door of my van. Rick's looked at it and it could have cost me a bunch to get it fixed. But Rick's suggested a work around and then did that for me for free. I highly recommend this place. They were kind, fun, funny, and sure helped me in a pinch, and they didn't make a cent!

Not sure who this "Be PREPARES to get gouged" guy is, but you get what you pay for.I have been going to Rick's Auto for over 5 years and he has never tried to sell me something I don't need. I am very pleased with the service I have received and will continue to recommend Rick and the guys to friends and family.

There is NO BETTER PLACE to take your car for service, repair or estimates.There isn't anything they couldn't handle. I have been using them for years for fleet vehicles as well as my own personal car. Can't imagine taking it ANYWHERE else, ever. It's nice to find people you can trust.

They clear as day can't read a sign that was put in my windshield stating what the condition the car was in and to call me for details. Never called the number and still towed the car. If I don't get my car back (FOR FREE) I will be suing the company.

Bill and his staff at Rick's was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my truck and fixed the problem. When other shops wouldn't touch what was going on with my truck. up to Rick's.

I'm not sure if it was you, but you told me Rack, I just found Rick. My car broke, actually something happen to my tire, and the this guys just showed up, and help me out with everything! He was nice, and he help me change the step and everything! Thank you!

Extra attention to keep expense as low as possible. Friendly , helpful guys. Next time it's broken, that's where I'll go.
