I went to meineke in stoughton with a problem with my breaks and rotors i had done 4 months ago that someone in North carolina had did and i took it to meinke to get a positive diagnoses and they spotted right away what it was and the guys took very good care of me they diagnosed what was wrong with my car and fixed it right away i am so Happy and pleased with the job now i dont hear my breaks and rotors making anymore noises i recommend anyone to check them out this place is small but you will not be dissapointed thank you guys so much

I went in on a Friday for a quote. I waited about an hour while they put my truck on the lift, then called for a quote for parts on OEM and aftermarket. I was told that the OEM parts would be $600, and the labor would be about 1 hour and somehow that then jumped to a quoted total of $930. They then took a $600 deposit for the parts order. So $330 for about an hour of labor ???? Rip off. That s double the dealership rates. When I dropped the truck off the next day, he said they forgot to include a gasket in the parts, of which I heard him talk about repeatedly while calling for parts the day prior. Another $100 . Ok .. i also asked for an oil change, figuring maybe another $100 for full synthetic on a 2012 Tundra. I get a call to pick it up and they tell me the total bill is $1357!?!?!? It went from $930, and yes I added an oil change so let s say the final bill shouldve been about $1000- to maybe $1025 based off of the initial quote, and THEY forgot (supposedly) the $100 gasket (oh btw the line itemized bill said it was $42, so they lied) so that s on them in my opinion. Ripped off. Tbh, I was the only caucasian in the place and I certainly have to wonder about the motivation. Regardless, first and LAST time customer. $1357 to replace a tailpipe/ muffler, gasket, center pipe and an oil change. Thieves.

Very bad. They will give you excuses that we are short of people, we can t look at your vehicle. Even if you will ask them not to fix just to take a look at the problem, they will not listen.

Very professional I was very happy with the service I had to take my car in for last minute oil change tire change and a headlight and I had my car back in 2 hours it was awesome service I will continue to go there

The AC stopped working on 2 of my vehicles, a Honda Accord and Nissan Altima. Claude was great to work with. He ordered all the parts, made common sense suggestions and charged me a fair price. I will continue to bring my cars for future repairs. Very satisfied with their work!!

One of the worst place to fix the car. It is not the corporate store. The owner name is Charles. One of the horrible and rudest person you will ever see. Please make sure not to take your car there. Most of the employees are unlicensed. Charge me $1000 for Replacement of fuel pump for Cadillac. The labor cost is$320. Still the issue is not fixed. Told me that there is something else. Did not return the money back. Called Meinke customer service and complaint there but no response from the corporate office. This is highway robbery. Insulted my wife when she asked questions. 3.5 days the car was in his garagePlease Beware of this place and this company. I am taking this matter to Bussiness Bureau.

For some reason, no Meineke in my area is actually corporate owned, so when you make an appointment for any service, it s useless. That s unfortunate.Still, they took my car in and gave me a free road trip check for which I m grateful. The technician was very kind and real with me and didn t attempt to sell me anything despite my car needing it.I won t visit a meineke again, but I am grateful for the service and kindness I received on my visit this morning.

Very professional job, everyone was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The pricing was reviewed in detail ahead of time and was fair. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to order parts and completely replace a large section of the exhaust system so quickly. I brought my car in at 11:00 on a Saturday and picked it up at 3:00. They kept the car on the lift to show me what they had done when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend them.Service: Exhaust

Do not use this establishment! I received a quote from Meineke in Stoughton for repairs on my car for a total of $1,884.50. Had all repairs on this list done for a total of $950.00. I went to Echo for muffler $300. and Brake Specialist for control arms with ball joints, tire rods and alignment for $650. Brake Specialists also took my car to get it inspected! That s customer service!

I came in for an A/C repair in August 2022 with a brand new compressor. I asked if they could swap it in for me. They ended up stealing my brand new compressor and left in my old one saying my "new" one is bad and told me to buy a compressor from them. They tried to make me pay for even more than what was discussed. Be careful about coming here because they seem to be very dishonest if you are not of the same race as them. They told me my AC was working but whenever I drove it around it wasn't and it was a BRAND NEW part from GM. Please AVOID this establishment unless you just want to waste your time and money. I'm in Texas now and my buddy mechanic found the issue with it because of this stoughton Meineke's incompetence. I'm pretty sure they would have even taken my money if I agreed to pay for their "trusted" A/C Compressor that they would have just pretended to swap out.Service: Air conditioning

== BE AWARE OF NEGLIGENCE ==I brought my car in for a quick oil change. The car came in dent-free (with some scratches from earlier but not their fault), but came out with two ugly dents above the right wheel.I saw the dents when the car was getting pulled out of the building, and I confronted the front desk person about them. He claimed that the dents must have been from someone sitting on it - I didn't really have any evidence at the time to prove anything so I just let it go, especially considering that it could have been that I didn't notice the dents earlier since they're hard to notice up close, and I didn't want to make wrongful accusations.However, after I brought the car home and looked at it from my kitchen, the dents were a LOT more noticeable - the dents are at lower angle so if you're standing next to it, it's hard to see due to the reflective surface of the car. And it's unlikely that someone sat on it, unless you're 4'5 and ran into the car.Right when the technician was pulling my car out of the bay, I also heard some commotion from the front office, which makes me think that one of the technicians bumped the side of the car against a pole while backing it out - twice, or bumped into two poles.I'm not sure what I would do if I was the owner of the shop either, because I'd be liable for a few thousand $'s worth of damage and they probably don't make that much.But still, I think the shop can't get away with this scot-free, so posting it here to warn others that they have some very careless technicians. And lesson for me to install some 360* cams.Service: Oil change

The guys that work at the stoughton, ma location took care of my oil change but without me asking they put air in my tires as well as informed me of some minor issues I should attend too. I went in to replace my battery and my AC compressor And they STOLE MY MUFFLER because i refused to pay for an oil change I never requested as a service never going back to them wish I could sue them tbh!

It was a great experience! I made an appointment for 4:30 pm for a muffler issue. David took my car right in and put it up on the lift to check it. He told me the muffler needed replacing and he promptly ordered the parts. I went back this morning at 8:30 for a muffler and I was out of there by 9:15! Sure beats places where you lose your car for a day or two for a repair! Thanks!!

If I can put ZERO STARS I WOULD. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and aside from the prices they show online , the manager MAKES HIS OWN PRICES . Saying he works for $110 an hour (he only worked for 30 minutes) plus the services and tax when they have a price list in the lobby that says OTHERWISE. They refused to pay me what they owed me. I paid $161 for a $90 service . I called every other meineke to check the price and they told me to call my bank to simply get a refund that way since they know the mechanics there just try to get a quick buck. Also THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!Service: Oil change
