I have never had a more positive experience at a dealership than here. Brian McCarthy in sales was knowledgeable,flexible,and overall extremely helpful and kind. George in finance walked us through every detail thoroughly and never once tried to rush the process or pressure us. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would 100% buy from them again. If you want a seamless buying experience,absolutely come here.

One of the most seamless car buying process so far. The sales team is amazing. I worked with Brian Flaherty and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the car and available options. Mike from finance was very helpful and made the buying/financing part really easy. Best part was thst no one was pushy be it sales on finance. But they provided with all available options. They had a good inventory for new cars. I bought a mach-e and I highly recommend Stoneham Ford for its staff as well as a great inventory.

Buying a car is one of the most expensive purchases you will make, for this reason I will ALWAYS buy American-contributing to this country s economy! I don t understand how so many folks don t think this way. Stoneham Ford is where I ve gone to purchase myself, my wife, and now as my children have come of age I will continue the family tradition there. Billy P. is such a great guy that you could sit and talk with him all day, and George who finalizes everything is genuinely a good guy! They all are. Trustworthy above all else! I can t recommend them enough!

Had an amazing experience with Stoneham Ford. Paolo figured out my issue in less than 24 hours!!! Roger was also amazing and super helpful. Had prior terrible experiences with Ford of Saugus so I m super grateful to have my trust regained with Ford due to the staff at the Stoneham branch!

Took in my 2013 Fusion for a Brake Fluid line safety recall. Was first told that since I had winter tires and rims on car, they couldn't work on it. I told them no problem, I'll bring it back in 3 weeks when the stock rims are on and we can do the work then.I was then told they wouldn't work on it because of the mileage (133k). Told them this is a safety recall, and didn't realize it was a discretionary choice for the dealer. They also mentioned it showed signs of rust underneath, so that is another reason they couldn't work on it and to try another dealer. This was overall quite sketchy and I wouldn't recommend getting your car serviced here.

I worked with Dave O Shea at Stoneham Ford to get my new 2024 Maverick. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Additionally, he was honest and worked hard to get me a fantastic trade in value for my previous vehicle while giving me a great price on the new one. I buy a lot of vehicles every year and have to say this was the easiest buying experience i have had to date. The entire process was smooth from talking with Nick the salesperson, to dealing with the finance department. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to the shop that does our wraps. Everything happened within days and was super simple.I'll certainly be back for our next purchase.Special shootout to Nick Misitsakis!

We ve been to Stoneham Ford for a vehicle before and knew we liked the team there. Always kind, always helpful.When it came time for us to get a new vehicle we went to Stoneham Ford over two closer Ford dealerships to our home. We worked with Brian McCarthy again and could not be happier. He was so patient with us and really gave us the time and space we needed. He was so helpful with all our questions and very respectful.

Arrived in Stoneham Ford's Quick Lane on a Friday at 8am-was out by 11am. In that short time I got 4 new tires, alignment, new brakes and an inspection. Thank you to the entire staff for the great, timely service!

I have been leasing and wanted to finance a car. I had a specific car and monthly payment in mind. I went to Stoneham Ford after a very unpleasant experience at another Ford dealership.What a wonderful surprise I dealt with Nick Misitsakis, who went above and beyond my expectations to find me my beautiful new Escape within my price range. Absolutely no pressure and he gave me the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the sale.I will recommend Nick to anybody I know looking for a car!Thanks again Nick!

This was my first time in the quick service lane. I wanted an oil change and general checkup. The mechanic that came out to great me was knowledgeable and polite. I told him it was my first time going this route and he was great about explaining how the process worked, what they would do, and what I should do next ( the counter checkin and waiting room process ).The check they did was thorough. They found a few things that needed taking care of. It all seemed reasonable and they took care of it in good time. Spent about an hour and a half there between oil change, tire rotation, quick part replacement for a recall they notified me about, and a few other small things. That felt like good time to me.All in all, it was a great experience. I m going back next time.

UPDATE: I did speak to Steve, their service manager, to provide feedback and received a better experience chatting with him.I've never had a worse experience as a customer... I purchased an OEM dash cam for my Mustang Mach-E, and unfortunately, made the mistake of selecting Stoneham Ford service to install (they were the closest with availability). I had paid for the installation with the parts, so I was stuck with them. Terrible experience with Jean (the person who answered the call), who after treating me like a child said "This IS the kind of service we offer." Then transferred me to their "Service Advisor," Mike who didn't know how long it would take to install a dash cam... and couldn't advise me for the life of him and instead snapped at me instead of helping me, wanting to just get me off the phone.TERRIBLE experience. Absolutely unprofessional. I couldn't talk to their supervisor since they claimed that their supervisor is out for the day...

After dealing with such a terrible experience with another dealership it s refreshing to work with someone who wants to work with you not against you. He went out and found specifically what I wanted. From signing papers to delivery everything was seamless. Thank you!

I ve been serving my truck at this dealership for 3 1/2 years always using the quick lane. Service has been great until my last service. I purchased the premium maintenance package when I bought my truck. About a week ago I went in and purchased new tires. I received a call saying I needed a whole break job. I asked the manager Joe if he could do better on the price. He ended up giving me a 100 off the breaks so I told them to do it. The next day I found out that my break pads were covered and I was over charged 244 dollars. I contacted them and Joe said well I gave you a 100 off so I can either give you 144 dollars back or 2 free oil changes. I told him 3 free oil changes and it s a deal. He informed me he couldn t do that. He s saying it s both of our faults that he didn t notice the maintenance package and that I didn t tell them. I always tell them when I go in and when they look up my vin # they should be able to see it. I asked to speak to his boss and was informed he is the manager and that s his offer. To avoid an argument I left with the 2 free oil changes. Now that I think about it I don t even want to go back and have my truck serviced there. The mechanics are great but this guy shouldn t be a manager if this is how he treats his customers.

Highly recommend. Stoneham Ford has a great staff and offered a seamless process when purchasing my new F150. It's refreshing to not have to spend HOURS at the dealership. I made a deal within minutes, and only had a short wait for the finance/business manager. Huge thanks to Dave (manager), Brian (sales), and George (finance)!

I had unpleasant experience this afternoon that I would like to share. I have come to the conclusion in my opinion, Stoneham Ford is overcharging for the service and parts to the customers. I stepped into the dealership to have a works package done on one of my vehicles. A side note, I have been in the fleet transportation business for over 25 years. I brought a vehicle to them in January and was told that it had swollen lugnuts and they would all need to be replaced The cost was $5 dollars a piece for a total of $119. dollars. I did not inspect the vehicle I took the technician at his word and told them to go forward. As I step into the dealership today I am seeing a similar experience. The technician is walking around with his christmas list and comes into the office telling me that I have swollen lugnuts and they will need to be replaced at a cost of $10. each for a total cost of $220. I guess there must be a huge mark up on lugnuts!! This time I tell them I will not be going forward. I step into the bay and do the same visual inspection that the technician did and could see absolutely no issues. I tell them we will just do the oil change today. As another side note, I just had an oil change done on my Ford, Taurus two days ago in Danvers The cost was 47 dollars. The Stoneham Ford service manager hands me my bill. Today I give him a $84. coupon. He tells me that he cannot apply it because I did not do the package. My bill is $101.65 for just the oil change!! I have never paid in 25 years this amount for a oil and filter. His last statement with a smile is I am sure you are unhappy! True, But, I will forward my opinion and post this review for all the fleet transportation vendors that I deal with now and in the future. Don't do business with Stoneham Ford!! As a end to the story, I stopped by a different dealership and had there technicians inspect with no issues found.
