Awesome job! Fast and friendly. My car hasn t looked and smelled this good since I bought it. I have 2 messy kids and 2 hairy dogs and they were able to eradicate all traces of them. Highly recommend!

Stoneham Auto Detailing was a great find. I initially brought my car in for an engine cleaning, and I was so satisfied with the results I brought it back the next day for a full detailing. Tim was exceptional and his work was flawless. Definitely recommend

They did such a great job, my car looks practically brand new! We have two dogs and they were able to get the stubborn dog hairs out, it s spotless I highly recommend if you are looking to spruce up and renew the looks of your car.

Brought my son s car to Tim and his team for an auto detail after years of smoking cigars with closed windows. Every inch of the interior was permeated with thick cigar smoke. Tim worked his magic (and I do mean magic) and wiped out the odor completely, made the upholstery and carpets look new and returned the car paneling, vents, etc. to new. The exterior also had some tree sap and other marks all removed. Tire rims looked immaculate. Tim communicated every step of the way and has wonderful pricing. Stoneham Auto Detailing could teach a Master Class. Highly recommend!!

Evan and team did an outstanding job restoring my old BMW that had been sitting out in the elements for far too long. Brought it back to looking like it just came off the showroom floor! Great work and great service! They made it super easy to schedule service and make adjustments. Would definitely recommend and will be bringing my other vehicles in for detailing service.

Evan and his team did an amazing job with my 2014 Hyundai Elantra which has not been deep cleaned since I purchased it. My car was also attacked by sap from trees which would not come off in a car wash or through my elbow grease efforts. Evan removed every bit of sticky sap from the exterior. My car looks better than ever!! Thank you! 10/10 recommend

I cannot say enough amazing things about Stoneham Auto. I got my car detailed here this past summer and this place is top notch. My car was in such rough shape (dog fur from the floor to the ceilings); Tim went out of his way to do any amazing job, kept my car overnight to finish and even loaned me a rental to help out. My car has never looked so pristine. Fast forward to now: I accidentally left my car door open, and naturally it rained all night, so I woke up with a drenched car seat. Tim saved the day again and got me in same day to fix up my poor car! He always goes above and beyond and is one of the kindest people around town. They are reasonably priced and reliable. I highly recommend Stoneham Auto.

I recently bought my 2014 Audi Q5 TDI from Carvana. While its mileage was relatively low at 60K miles, both its previous life and the Carvana "reconditioning" process had done a number on the paint condition. While I don't have any before photos, I can comment the paint had seen damage from handling large objects, poor repainting practices, hundreds of drive-thru car washes, hard water stains, and tons of swirls and RIDS (Random Isolated Deeper Scratches), not to mention lots of grime, dirt, and stains.As this was my daily driver, I wasn't expecting a Concours result, but I certainly was hoping to refresh the car to the condition that Carvana had presented to me and provide a good foundation help me perform my maintenance details at home. Thus, I chose the Platinum Package and engine clean, which would both decontaminate and improve the paint via a 2-step compound/polish, seal the paint, and also clean and sanitize the interior with lots of steam, conditioners, and shampoo for the full refresh experience all while getting a courtesy loaner, a car from Stoneham Ford.Tim was great with checking in on the day of the appointment, since it was raining for two days. He wanted to check in and ask if I wanted to move it, and I decided to move forward since it was about time (especially when dealing with Carvana had forced me to reschedule 4 times already). When we first met, he was very good with answering any questions I had about the products used, areas of concern, and reviewing the service that I booked for. In addition, he not only ensured I had a loaner, but also offered to let me keep it for an extra day so the car could be picked up on a warm, sunny day to get my money's worth.Upon pickup, the car was immaculate and met all my expectations. The paint was like glass and the majority of imperfections were corrected. The car was Moonlight Blue Metallic, which until this detail failed to shine its slight blue hue in the sunlight. The interior smelled great, and was absolutely spotless. It looks like the car that I sought to buy, a mechanically and cosmetically sorted out Audi from the Dieselgate era, ready to drive every day for the years to come.I felt that the package was an amazing value, especially considering the time spent, the courtesy loaner, and the pride and confidence that Tim and his team have in their work and products, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their vehicle.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Scratch removal, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Paint repair

I brought my car to get detailed before trading in my lease. I have an 80lb shepherd so needless to say I purchased the "dog hair special"! Tim miraculously removed all the dog hair and cleaned the interior so it looked brand new. He even took the time to glue pieces of the door interior back together that my dog had ripped with his paws, greatly improving the aesthetic. I have zero doubt that I recouped more money on the trade-in than I spent on the detailing service because of how nice the car looked. Worth every penny!

Excellent work, even when things go wrong. When their extractor broke and they couldn't shampoo my seats, they made things right by offering to do what they could by hand! You can't control when things happen to you, but you can control how you respond to them, and I was very happy with the results.

Got the platinum service. Dropped it off in the morning, they gave me a loaner, and had my car ready by the afternoon. Got my car looking like new.

Would rate six stars if I could! Came to the shop for an interior cleaning nightmare with a dense mat of dog hair in all carpeting and deep crevices. The car that came out was unrecognizable - it looked like it came straight off a new car lot. Truly an impeccable job. Evan was amazing! He made my explorer feel brand new and did an unbelievable job getting rid of all the dog hair. This shop is fantastic! Evan and Tim are not only good guys, their detailing work is truly remarkable. Originally met them a few months ago shopping for a ceramic coating - Evan answered all of my questions with such expertise. My car came out better than showroom quality! I highly recommend this product, makes washing and upkeep a breeze. I visited them today for some sap removal. Once again, they didn't disappoint - my car is looking spectacular, thanks so much guys! I called for an emergency detailing after finding I would have 3 colleagues in my very dirty car and Tim got me in the next morning. The service was excellent, the interior of my car looks brand new. He was also incredibly honest about the cost of an exterior wash/wax not making sense before having a much needed buff due to wear and scratches which I really appreciated (to be clear he wasn t trying to sell anything, he was being fair and honest). Oh my God. Great Job by Tim(owner) my car was full of dog hairs. First he asked me for extra $50. When I agreed then he voluntarily did extra step and cleaned all dog hairs.
