I brought my car in to have the oil changed and have the brakes inspected because of an unusual noise when stopping the car. I asked John if he or Gary could test drive the car and make sure that there was no issue with my brakes. As always, they checked out the situation and advised that all was good and there was no need to have any further work done to the braking system.The bottom line is that I can trust Onsite, John, and Gary to be forthright about their findings and give me an honest opinion regarding my concern. I've been to other shops that aren't always telling me the true story but only looking to make some extra money off me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Jon and Gary are just amazing. Fast, friendly, efficient, and best of all, affordable. They know what they're doing. Onsite is AMAZING!!! Excellent service and reasonable pricing!!! I take 2 of my cars there for service and will continue to bring them to John!John goes above and beyond!!! Just as I arrived home a Relative called and was having car trouble. I recommend John. They dropped off their car that day and it was completely fixed by 11 am the next day!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

John is such a likable, honest and engaging person. I have been taking my car to him for years now and I have total trust in their expertise. He and his experienced mechanics are #1 on my list. I have been an Onsite Automotive Service customer for the last 10 years. The quality of service and competence of the staff has been uniformly top rate. Finding a good mechanic is harder than finding a good doctor. Now that I have found John, he is the only mechanic who works on my cars. Reasonable prices, highly skilled, honest, and a nice guy - not sure that there is anything else you could want in a mechanic.Recently, another great experience at Onsite. Muffler issues and instead of replacing the entire exhaust, which would have cost several hundred, John took the time to cut and weld in new pieces. As good as new and less than $200!

We have trusted John to fix our cars for at least 8 years now. We wouldn't go to anyone else. John and Gary know exactly what they're doing and they are very trustworthy, honest and fair. We trust them completely and wouldn't go anywhere else. We recommend them to everyone!

I've been taking my truck to John for 8 years now. Always quality work. I came here because the last guy didn't communicate with me. John calls before he starts and offers an honest assessment. The work is always top quality and he goes over the work performed when I come to pick it up.

John and Gary are the best at what they do ! If anyone has read my past posts you must call John and setup a time to check out John and you will never go to another Automotive Repair Shop.I just brought my car to John for some needed Service. When my vehicle was done, John and Gary called me to pickup my car and John said that my car ran like a New Car and he was Right. I have never left disappointed. I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU NEED TO Bring your Car to Onsite Automotive ASAPGreat Service , GREAT MECHANICS , GREAT PRICING AND MOST OF ALL TRUSTWORTHYWHAT ELSE IS THERE I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND JOHN AND COMPANY HAVE BAILED ME OUT NUMEROUS TIMES,SO IF YOUR CAR NEEDS REPAIR YOU NEED TO DRIVE IT, TOW IT OR PUSH IT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !The only thing I can tell you is to bring your car in the next time you need an oil change and judge for yourself ! I do not bring my car to anybody I bring it to Onsite. I always feel good about the quality of work and the honesty and trust you have to have when it comes to your car !

John French and his crew at Onsite Automotive are great. John is such a nice guy, I always recommend him to my friends and family. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Can't say enough great things about Onsite Automotive!!!!They do great work and always in a timely manner, usually get it done that day!! Definitely a 5 star mechanic!!!!

John and his crew are always very accommodating and informative. They take the time to explain any issues they see with your vehicle and break down a cost analysis. They will not do unapproved work. They complete repairs in a timely manner and will work around your drop off and pick up schedule. I highly recommend Onsite Automotive!

I've known John for the better part of 5 years, and would refer him to anyone in search or an honest, friendly and professional mechanic. When you bring your car to John you know that you will always get the job done correctly and for a fair price. We used to dread bringing our cars to the dealership, and after we met John, we don't have to anymore!

I think you need to trust who ever is working on your car and feel that they are honest in their diagnosing. I never question what I'm told is wrong or not wrong with my car. Onsite Automotive definitely is a company that works with the highest level of integrity. I look forward to continuing to have my car serviced at Onsite!

Provides quality service and repairs at a good price. Have used them for about 3 years for everything from routine maintenance such as oil changes to complicated jobs. When confronted by a strange and difficult problem they are very resourceful. John and his assistant, Gary, are very pleasant to deal with, and obviously take genuine professional pride in their work.

I have always felt very uncomfortable with car places - always feel like they are dishonest. Taking the car to the dealer was ALWAYS stressful, telling me I needed things I did not. Onsite Automotive / John French and Gary are the very first time that I actually trust a mechanic is telling me the truth. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone (and I do).

John (and Gary) provide fantastic service and almost always go above and beyond. I think what's great about this place is how trustworthy they are and willing to tell you the bad but also the good! I've never been anything but satisfied with my service here and highly recommend it.

JOHN IS AN HONEST MAN AND MECHANIC--HARD TO FIND NOW A DAYS!!!I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE ON MY CAR. I HAVE NOT HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK AFTER A SERVICE ON IT-IT WAS FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! CERTIFIED MECHANICS HELPS QUITE A BIT. PRICES ARE FAIR AND BELOW DEALER COSTS. HE EVEN WILL SHUTTLE YOU BACK AND FORTH IF YOU CANT GET A RIDE!!! I WOULD RECOMEND HIM HIGHLY..
