Note: I did not get anything fixed hereJaime and Matt and the other staff members were extremely professional, I had an extremely weird problem and at near closing time. However, everyone was so eager to try to help!! I did put the car there to try to resolve the problem eventually and I'm so glad they informed me that they couldn't do anything (due to car brands limitations) very honest and straightforward, that's what I love!Eagerness and passion to want to help and being honest when they can and can't. I think these kinds of gestures speaks a lot about the shop keep and ethics, well deserving of 5 star. Definitely will want to go back if I have a car problem, know I can trust them to be professional and honest!

I came in for an oil change and brake check, but I ended up needing some big repairs. Matt was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. He explained everything in detail and broke down the pricing for me. They were able to make all the repairs that day, so I didn't even have to come back for another appointment. My car feels much better now and is safer to drive. I will definitely come back here in the future.

I had a great experience with Midas in Stoneham. Their exceptional employee, Jamie, was the reason I moved forward. He was experienced in his trade, explained everything so I understood, was a really nice guy and priced the work fairly (I shopped). He gained my trust, and they did a great job! As a female senior citizen, I highly recommend working with Jamie and Midas for your automotive needs. They do more than mufflers!

Midas is simply the best! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only did they diagnose and repair my vehicle quickly and efficiently, they also did an incredible job of communicating with me every step of the way. I felt completely taken care of, which is a rare and valuable experience, especially in the auto industry. Midas touch? Some touch. On the phone, I was quoted $800 to have my front pads/rotors and rear pads/rotors replaced. When I got to the garage, they told me they wanted to take it for a test drive. When they got back, they doubled the estimate and failed to tell me beforehand they charged me $50 to take a look at it and give me a overbloated quote. I will NEVER go to another Midas and I'd tell everyone I know about their schemes and sales tactics. I wish I could give less than one star for this business.

Just did an oil change and my front sway bar links here, I ve been getting service here for years, Jamie and Matt are always wonderful up at the front desk, and the new technician, Chase, did a fantastic job on my car, the full check up on the vehicle and the explanations they all gave me when i asked made me feel much safer about my car and happy with the money I m investing into it. I won t be taking my car anywhere else.

I had a rental car that blew a tire so I brought it to Midas for a replacement. They found the rental's spare and put that on for us so we wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of paying upfront and getting reimbursed by the rental company. When I went to pay, they said it was no charge. I know it wasn't an incredible amount of work but it did take labor and time, and they were so kind and generous. As a bonus, they're very nice there! Went in for brake repair. The guys at the shop were able to save my calipers and provide a small discount. Before they made any repairs, they were transparent about the work suggested and pricing. Great friendly service.

My first time at the stoneham Midas was a good experience - got my brakes done, new tires and an oil change. Matt and Jamie were great - super friendly and professional. They provided me with a complimentary Lyft to and from Midas. This was our first visit to this location. Not only is Matt professional he is extremely helpful and great to deal with. He explained everything to us and we were in and out within hours problem fixed. Very affordable and great warranties! The technician I believe his name was Lam does excellent work. Thank you guys and we will definitely be back when repairs are needed.

Dishonest, back door deals while making you think they are giving you a break. I had work done here 8 months ago, came back with same issue, they passed it off, telling me it was something else (untrue). Then they tried to stick it to me with a "side deal", as if it was a good price. When I declined the job due to price, they came back at with me with another option.....at less than half the price! If you are an honest person, do not do business with this place! I shopped around, got correct quotes for the job, and landed at Baystate Muffler in Peabody (talk to Ron)......honest, also beat everyone's price by almost 20%

Ok for basic stuff like oil change, tires, etc that fall in routine maintenance. They have a guy who is good with finding car problems. Location is convenient. Their prices for brake pad and rotor replacement are on the higher side as most chains that they attribute to providing warranty. Waiting area is nice with a TV, cold and hot beverages.

Would recommend this Midas location for routine maintenance and bigger jobs. I ve come here for oil changes and recently for a longer list of repairs. The shop completed everything within the day, Jamie was very communicative and explained why and what work needed to be done.

Quick and easy oil change! I was able to make an appointment at Midas in Stoneham day of. Matt was welcoming, personable and attentive. He politely greeted incoming customers while also assessing to vehicles in the shop. He informed me of my cars upcoming service needs and made sure I was aware of their pricing/deals. I will be returning soon for more of my service needs.

Jamie & Matt were very helpful and kind. I came in for an oil change and found out the brakes and 2 converters were really bad on my vehicle. Great service and decent prices considering all the work that needed to be done.

I am always so pleased by my experience with the Stoneham Midas and their team. Jaime was so helpful and made me feel at ease the entire process. He explained my car s diagnosis to me clearly and showed great compassion. He even called me a Lyft so I could get home and back to work.
