Antonio was great! I came in with my baby and since there was a long wait time, he recommended I come back at a later time so I d be in & out. I appreciated his consideration for me & my baby. He also kept me updated throughout the process! I d definitely recommend coming here!

I stopped by town fair tires for wheel balancing and an alignment. Antonio provided exceptional customer service. I was impressed with the overall experience. The building was very clean, all staff were very professional, and the expeditious service was very appreciated. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Thanks again Antonio!

I was incredibly impressed with Dan the customer service provider or maybe management Idk ! Dan took the time to answer all of my questions, I was extremely impressed by his knowledge base on all topics tire related and more! He helped me figure out what to get that was best for the vehicle not just what I thought I wanted!! Dan also made sure everything I needed to be 100% safe , got done right and right the first time, before tires and rims! Got put on! I Not only did get what I wanted but he made sure everything was done correctly!!!!! U could tell that safety was there top priority!!!!! Dan even found away to make it affordable for new rims and tires for all my other vehicles. TOWN FAIR TIRE MASSACHUSETTS, Springfield store. Has it all friendly employees in the front and back of the store! That actually know what there doing!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of tires or rims or more! I definitely respect the fact that safety was so important.

Went to town fair tire after driving 200+ miles and I just wasn't having it with the weather today. I was stressed out because I remembered I lost my wheel locks right when i got there. Last year they couldn't do anything but today Antonio not only took care of me with the wheel lock situation but his mood as well. Dude got a very uplifting motivational kinda spirit in him. Everybody knows nobody likes waiting in the town fair tire lobby. But the guys uplifting spirit had me ready to take on the day all over again and even changed my mood a well and his character rubbed off on me as well also. Had me smirking in the lobby with a good mood. If only service can be like this everywhere people would honestly be happier in this wicked world. God bless Antonio and his character. I pray he doesn't change cuz somebody wants to have a bad day and take it out on him. May god protect this guy and watch over him out here. I know Good when I see it, and he's is just that.

I went in to get new tires and William was the gentleman that helped me. When he inspected my tires he said "you don't need new tires" and that I have another 40k miles left. Thank you so much for being honest! I know some of us girls don't know much about cars and get taken advantage of so I appreciate the honesty! I will be back when I actually need new tires!

When I called Town Fair Tire for a quote on 4 tires, I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony, who was both polite and helpful. I made an appointment for the next day and happily discovered that Anthony would be the one assisting me then too! A truly pleasant experience with this kind and efficient young man - highly recommended!

Don't go anywhere else for any of your tire needs! They are always honest, helpful, and have the best prices and quality around. They will get you what you need quicker than anywhere else can, and their prices are very reasonable. They are very friendly, and extremely trustworthy. Ask for Luis: he's the best!

Came in to get 4 new tires. Antonio took amazing care of me. He was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly suggest asking for him if you need any tire stuff done!

Great place for all of your tire needs. Kenny was a great help with my tire purchase, the back of the crew were great in getting my car in and out as soon as possibe and the guys in the front were very helpful in helping me purchase the right package.

Don't tell me I got VIP treatment, cause it's my third time back. However, I'm here 70 minutes and my vehicle is still not pulled in not sure how that's VIP treatment. You were happy to take my $1700 but my tires sensors still don't work 3 rd time here to fix it, just keep wasting my time right, very disappointed in the whole store, Billy n a random white guy were the only ones to try n help me

Kenneth helped me out today to get a new tire put on my car and a wheel alignment. My toddler was running around and he helped entertain her or try to calm her down when she was getting cranky by showing her some toys he had by his desk. Everything was done fairly quickly so over all it was a good experience.

Jason is the one who helped me from beginning to end. He came out to assess what was wrong with my tire sensors to completely understand what I was looking for. He took a look at my tires and knew immediately they needed a rotation, balance, and alignment (the whole tire package). Overall the service was amazing and quick! I would recommend town fair tire and if you see Jason, let him know he s doing a great job! It was a pleasure to work with you!

This place is great. Been using them for years and I have zero complaints. Had all my tires replaced within 45 min of me handing them the keys and their customer service is on point, friendly and knowledgeable. Just avoid using their online store. Originally I was quoted 980 for the tires and services I wanted, found that a little too high so I called the store and the guy quoted me 887. Arrived at the store and the sales guy knocked the price down to 845. That's over 100 dollars less then the original online quote. Super happy I chose to wait and didn't check out my online order. Definitely the place to go though if you need new tires or any other tire related service.

Anthony and Luis seen how frustrated I was on arrival and they checked in and assured me my car was next in line once my car was taken to the back it was on the big screen which helped a lot with my anxiety they did not try to get more money out of me they did not try to hustle me at all nice guys and the man behind the scenes working on my car did a great job I watched him do all the necessary steps to fix it first time coming here comfy seating area as well
