I went here because it was very highly rated by my friends in the automotive field's. I have always had bad luck with alignments. This place did a perfect job on my 13 year old eclipse that has never had an alignment before and it needed one bad, my steering wheel was way off center because of engine replacement. If you are picky about your car this is the place to go.

Not only is the guy who s in charge, ( I assume he s the owner, a miserable man) but the mechanics didn t reconnected my battery terminal cable properly and it loosened off and my wife was stranded in a parking lot till I arrived to reconnect it. By the way there is no reason he should have disconnected the battery cable. Poor workmanship, poor attitude, expensive. Thanks for reading.

I had an alignment issue after the small lift I installed, got it to a local chain with no avail, dropped it off with Rodger at Steve's alignment and got it back straight as an arrow. Two thumbs up!! The picture is before-and-after if you look close at the front tires

I have to give Steve's Alignment & Brake 5 full stars. Too long of a story to share, but they were up front, honest, and delivered on EVERY LEVEL. It's rare to meet a mechanic who will really work with YOUR best interest in mind.Thank you Roger!As much as I hope I don't have to see you again, I won't be going anywhere else for my brakes.

This place is amazing! The woman at the front desk is so sweet/helpful and the mechanics really know what they re doing. I ran into an emergency situation where I needed new tires over the weekend and the other company that put them on didn t balance or align them. I called Steve s on a Monday and even though they had a packed full day they took my car in and fixed it up perfectly. They even went out of their way and tightened a loose piece of metal rattling under my car. I m so grateful for these guys. A++++!!!Service: Wheel alignment

This place is awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They tell you how it is and don't do anything extra. Highly highly recommend. I was very please with the service I received. I was told how to maintain my alignment by rotating my tires so that my alignment and tires would last longer. All this at a much lower cost than I expected as I did not ask ahead of the service. I honestly believe the price they charge is to low. But they know their overhead etcetera. I will recommend and return. A big thank you.

I have been going to Steve's for auto repairs for years. 30+ years? Today I picked up my 2006 Honda Odyssey (mini van). My vehicle failed inspection for a tie rod end. I also knew I needed sway bar bushings, which are a pain to replace. I got an appointment for the next day after my call. The work was perfect. New tie rod end, sway bar bushings and a 4 wheel alignment for $330. I recommend Steve's Alignment for your car repair work!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I don t know why I don t go to Steve s first. I always get a balance/alignment at the big stores because I can just walk in but I regret it every time and every time I go to Steves to get it done right/get it fixed right, and done right Steves does. I never leave reviews but after dealing with Roger for an alignment on a Lifted Jeep Cherokee I must say I am impressed. First off price was very fair. 2nd he showed me a few Items that he would like to see me correct when I had the chance. Mostly with how to correct a few issues caused by the 3" lift screwing up the geometry of the steering. Great, quick service. Thanks guys.

Great fast service. Took me 35 minutes for an alignment. Came out perfect. Overheard customers interactions. Hear them tell a customer they needed a part but was honest and was still safe and could put it off for awhile.

The absolute BEST alignment shop around. Steve is old school and VERY good at his job. The prices are CHEAP and they are very friendly. Wouldn t go anywhere else. Was recommended by Rucki s tire in Holyoke and I recommend them as well!

Fantastic person and staff! my 2004 ford ranger had a front end knock that nobody could find. Just stopped in with no notice and he stopped what he was working on just to take it for a ride. Dropped it off the next and PROBLEM SOLVED! AT a reasonable price and timely manner. He doesnt fix whats not broken and if he cant find your front end problem nobody can!

In my opinion Steve s alignment shop on Taylor street in Springfield, IS the best alignment shop in Western Massachusetts .Fair price for a exceptional wheel alignment, which does not compare in anyway to the local big name alignment shops, and Steve s will stick by their workmanship 100%..!Stay far away from the Firestone s, Midas, Tire warehouse, Pep Boys etc, because they utilize unskilled non professional button pushers techs, who at the end could care less about you or your families road safety .IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT GO SEE ROGER AT STEVES ALIGNMENT SHOP you won t be disappointed..!!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

Steve's a great guy he will assist you with everything that you need for your front end alignment been doing business with him since 2002 when he aligned my 69 Mustang.How you recommend him top notch work that you can rely on especially when it comes to the safety of you and your loved ones you can count on Steve alignment first
