Fantastic Service, helpful and friendly staff. I was looking to get 4 new tires the day before my vacation and had called multiple places with no luck. I went to Pete's and they only had 2 in stock. However, Alex told me he could have the other 2 First thing the next morning and to come back at 7:30 am. I showed up at 7:30 and as promised, he had my tires and I was out of there and on my way to my vacation right on schedule! Definitely recommend Pete's Tire Barn to anyone looking for tires.

Only place I go to to get tires. The guy behind the desk, I think his name is Alex, is always full of energy and makes the whole experience less daunting.

Just got a set of Tiger paws put on my E53 X5 and it s riding and driving better than it ever has since I ve owned it. Very fair pricing and dependable service. I appreciate being taken care of

They got me right in the door as soon as I drove in. Put on a new tire for a price that made me feel like I was stealing from them. Most importantly they put the spare back and all the tools in the right spots. I never would ve figured that out. The manager Alex and his crew are top notch!!!

Alex and his team saved my the day yesterday when i had a tractor tire issue when every other store said no he said yes!!!! Best costomer service ever and I am in customer service so i know it when i see it. While i was there a gentlemen came in 2 hrs off his truck rout just to buy rims and tires from Alex and his team because another trucker told him how great they are! Word of mouth goes a long way!!! Keep it up Alex you have an Awesome TEAM, thanks again your favorite race car driver.

Great store, great and attentive staff, quick service. Tires were available an hour after my call, all fitted snuggly in, all overseen by no one else but Alex. He is the guy to fix and square off any tire problems you might have. Highly recommended. Don't be afronted by the decorations or rather lack thereof in the store itself, they're working on improving the place. Seriously. It's the service that matters.

The absolute best! I'm familiar with Pete's because the company that I work for uses them, but they also take care of all your personal vehicle tire needs. My wife had a slow leak in one of her SUV tires and took it to another reputable tire shop. After a long wait they were unable to find and fix it. The next day I took it to the Springfield shop and they fixed the tire in short order. I would definitely recommend Pete's!!

Alex is a genuine 'people person'. No put ons. He's the real deal. He took time to listen to my problem, had his people immediately address that problem and we went from there. I will never ever go to another tire company again. All because of Alex Pabon!

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I will always go to them first for anything tire related because of how well they take care of you.Friendly staff, and very straightforward with everything. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Their name brand tire prices were better than Pepboys low end prices. These guys are the best. They're just not located where you can easily see them. No problems and no B.S.

I bought 7 tires for my RV. 6 and a spare because I was taking it to Tennessee to drop my son off. I drove over 1100 and could barely keep the rv on the road. I started hearing a noise from the front wheels and found loose lug nuts on both front wheels. I had to purchase new rv to get back to Springfield. Dangerous experience!!! When I told them what happened. They gave me labor fee back of $119 dollars. Never again!!!

These guys kept me informed of when the tire I needed would be there. And when I brought the tire in, they took it right away and the wait time was minimal. The staff was so amazing from the way they talked on the phone to the staff in the store. The prices are really goid too. Woyld definitely go there for tires.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would! A month or two ago I popped a tire and noticed another one was balding. My father met up with me to take them off my car and we ran to walmart to get new ones. We got a fantastic deal on two brand new ones and they popped the rims in super fast. My dad put the new tires on for me so all we needed was an alignment. I looked up tire shops near me but most were closed already so the only one open was Pete's Tire Barns in Springfield. We gave them a call and explained the situation and we were on our way. We got there and explained once more that we got 2 new tires from walmart and just need an alignment. They said ok be back in an hour. When we came back the total was over $300! We asked how it was possible! They ended up taking all 4 of my tires off (Including 2 brand new ones) and replaced them with their tires, then did an alignment. We told them to fix it and put my original tires back on because we just paid for new ones! They said sorry come back in an hour, so we left. An hour passed so we picked up my car. WE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE TIRES LIKE WE SHOULD HAVE! Weeks go by and my dad noticed all my tires are bald. He asked our car guy how its possible since two were 2 months old. THEY STOLE MY NEW TIRES AND REPLACED THEM ALL WITH WORN TIRES! We just looked and the brand isn't even the ones we bought or had on originally. Now we cant do anything and we need 4 new tires. Screw you guys! DONT GO THERE!!

Bought LT275R20 BF Goodrich TA KO2 Tire s at Costco. They were unable to install them (Not enough air pressure to set the beads). Referred to Pete s Tire Barn in Springfield. They did a great job and were quick and reasonable.
