These people are very professional and they know exactly what there doing with any car you bring them.. I highly recommend everyone who has electrical issues with your car?? Come to this place!! You will not regret it!! Yahaira is the front desk receptionist/Owner of this company and she is very nice! She made sure my car was in good hands!! My 2014 Toyota Avalon was having a bunch of problems because of wiring issues to the ECM! And PLAR Got the job done!!! Thank you PlAR and Yahaira for your professional services!! Godbless

They were very attentive and communicated everything being done to my vehicle in a timely manner. When I had questions or additional issues come up they were quick to offer additional support. Great experience overall!

We had 2 vehicles repaired here and the work was amazing, prices are fair and I will definitely be returning if I ever have car problems again. Beats being taken for a ride with the prices dealerships charge. Highly recommend

2009 Range Rover sport 145,000. Miles. They changed out my fuel pump with a used one. That one didn t last long, started the back and forth with them, drop the car off for months at a time. They charge me additional costs for miscellaneous issues they create related to fuel pump and continue to charge additional for their time. Claiming it s not related to original issues. But end up fixing a fuel pump related Cir. And just add random stuff like ECU replacement, and BCM replacement leaving my car with more issues now seat controls don t work and sunroof. They damaged my key fob when returned to me, they are negligent.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have brought 3 of my vehicles here to be serviced, on one occasion, I brought my 2003 SL55 AMG with a transmission Leak, Wilson stated that my case was cracked and I d be needing a transmission. I went ahead and let Yahaira source a transmission for my car and paid for it through there financing. With good faith that they would do the right thing, I left it up to her and Wilson to take care of my vehicle, i paid her ahead , and let her pick out a transmission on my behalf with Wilson s guidance. she never told me the mileage or age of the transmission and I was fine with that, you know, In good faith I know they will do what s right for me, and here I am, with a faulty transmission, every car I have left them, still suffer from problems related to the services that they have performed.With all due Sincerity,Leonard

After keepin my car for 5days for a Diagnostic They couldn't get to the issue on my vehicle. still got charged for undo job. On top of that i got my car back with a Punched Tire Don't waste your money there guys.. be careful. These people are Money hungry!!!!! Very poor service . Would never be back.

My car AC is running again! I've had issues with my since I purchased my car and they finally got it right! Management is also very lovely and has execellent communication. Go and get your car fixed now!!

Our car broke down in Springfield Massachusetts and Pe�a was the only service center open. They were amazing and so kind and helpful. Our alternator went on our Honda Pilot and they ordered the alternator Friday afternoon and put it in that night. They got our car back to us by the next morning. Their service was impeccable and they got us home safe and sound.

Pena Lopez Auto repair was very professional and courteous in my dealing with them for a diagnostic for my car's suspension. Although I had to put off the repair for another time, at least now I know what I'm dealing with. Great place.

Hello my name is Gary Franklin and my car had been giving me admission problems I have in the pass took it to other repair places WEEL! I decided to take it to Pena Lopez auto repair and there first and second diagnostic on the car was very detailed and professional I have no more check engine light car runs great I can finally go get my sticker now and for the time and the amount of price it was worth it if you are having and problems with your car stop by there have a talk with them they will go through the car thoroughly and give you the best diagnosis they can what more can I say!!! Took my 2008 honda accord with a miss fire and didn't pass 40 miles so took it on a Friday and didn't hear from them until the following Friday to tell me my computer was bad and the cost was 800 dollars smh I told them I was taking my car ...the Mechanic told my to give him one hour for some reason the guy was working on my when i when to pick up my car it wont even tur on my windshield was cracked and my radio didn't turn on ...the next they I took it to another shop and they said it was a bad solenied I pay them 150 dollars i had my car the same day PENA LOPEZ AUTO REPAIR ARE MONEY HUNGRY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

These people are a rip off. They had my for over 3 months. And they charged me a arm and a Leg . For work on my car . Then my check engine light was on when it wasn't .so he tells me oh DNT worry it a go away. So i do as he said . And all that did was ruined my engine. He not trying to fix it . I lost my job and apartment cause i had no transportations do to Mr.PE�a and the lies he feeds people...
