July 2023: We agree with all of the amazing reviews of Mastroinni's Auto Body shop in Springfield! It's right off 291 - very accessible, easy in and out. Gary is a very kind and honest business person - gives excellent service to his customers and knows what he's doing. These qualities are hard to find these days. If you need auto body work done, do yourself a favor and go talk with Gary - problem solved. Thank you for surprising us with your service and care.Update November 2023:: We had a car accident - he appraised the damage and gave us a printout within 20 minutes when we stopped in for the assessment. The pricing was fair so we agreed for him to order the parts. Within 2 days, he had the parts and called us to schedule the work. The car was ready when he said it would be ready and the car looks great! They even cleaned the inside!! You don't get friendly, knowledgeable service like this too often these days. Pleasant and patient; knew what they were doing, were honest and willing to rip the bandage off when it came to what was likely to happen with repairs of my vehicle. If you want good work and an honest assessment of what to expect (even if it's painful,) this is the spot I would go to again for body work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Gary and the team did a fantastic job fixing the rear gate and rear window of my Toyota Sienna van. They were prompt, detailed orientated, and delivered amazing service at a fair price. We did not file a claim, so Gary worked extra hard to deliver the goods at a very reasonable price. Very impressed!!

AMAZING ALL AROUND! Great communication. Gary, the owner, contacted me directly & was always happy to answer any questions. His staff is FABULOUS too! Would give 6 stars if I could. Above and beyond! I will never go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If you want the best of everything, service, communication, prices & terrific end result. I had family in the business so know of where I speak. Don't bother looking, immediately go to Mastroianni's. Thanks y'all!!

Amazing work by the team at Mastroianni, very friendly, great environment. Longer than anticipated turnaround time for my vehicle (I think it was the insurance company's fault though). I can't say how extraordinarily happy I was with my experience at this shop! They made a crappy situation painless. A few reasons why I would recommend them.1.FAST! I received an estimate and info within 5 minutes of walking in. I had checked in with other places and didn't experience the same speediness. Also fast when I did bring my car for repairs. Everywhere else said they were behind and it would take approximately 5 days to complete. Mastroianni's took 1 1/2 days. Unbelievable!!!2. Very knowledgeable when dealing with my insurance. I had no idea how it worked. They explained it on the first visit. When picking my car up they took care of it all.3. The vehicle looked great upon pickup. The color matching impeccable.4. Wonderful, friendly, humorous staff. I had a lot of fun talking and joking with them. They took the time to explain everything and answer my endless questions.There are more reasons why I'd go back or recommend but I think you get the idea.THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Customer Service at The Office great, Bob and Gary but The Auto body Technician that work on my Black MDX it's not have any idea How to Buff a Black Color paint. After two Time worked in my Car all I saw was Wet Sand Paper MARKS. FIRST time i noticed it Bring it back ,the tech went too Deep with the Wet sand paper or the Buffer machine . Resulting with more marks over the Bumper and my Back quarter panel .I was Really disappointed than I not even want to bring it back.

It's about time I posted a review about these guys. I've been going there since the '90s and my father before that. They consistently do an excellent job and a couple of times performed a miracle on cars that were considered totalled! I can't recommend them enoughI Very Friendly and down-to-earth people.

Been going There since I was a kid and now my kids go there we've bought in my son's 1st car there I bought my 1st car there and if you ever have any accidents they are so perfecthey are so professional they do such a great job unfortunately I've had my share of accidents they know you're going through a stressful time they're very helpful, friendly ,.. I love this place!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

When I scratched my new Porsche it didn t know what to do.... I asked everyone I knew where should I go? I was recommended by multiple people to go to Mastroianni s Auto Body. Everyone said: great people and top notch work That was exactly what I experienced! I could not have been happier. They used the lastest technology to color match the paint, the work was flawless, and they even detailed my car top to bottom. I just wanted to take the time to thank Gary, Bob, and Roxanne such a great experience. 5 stars!!!!

I would recommend this place for their workmanship. The customer service was non existent. No one called me to give me any updates on my vehicle or to let me know that they had it. Once I got the car back it was mint. I am a fan of the repairs but the rest of it is meh.

Kept me up to date with repairs and unforeseen damages as they got into the tear down. They dealt directly with the insurance company allowing me to focus on my daily tasks. Repairs were completed timely and the car looks as good as it did prior to the accident. Great friendly staff too.

Leaving Mastroianni Auto Body, I was extremely pleased with their work, and how nice everyone was at the door. It was not until I got home that I realized how "thoroughly" they had detailed and fixed my car. I always kept a $5.00 bill that my grandmother wrote a note to me on before she passed away in my center console. Upon returning to my home after getting my car back from Mastroianni, I checked my center console and found my $5 missing. I feverishly searched the car to no end and found nothing. The theft of the $5 was not the problem, it was the fact that the last message I ever had from a lost family member was taken away from me, so they could pettily spend away something that was so dear to me. It is good to know the $4,800 was not enough, and that the extra $5, and my remembrance of a lost family member, was more important than integrity and good business practice. I hope it was worth it you thieves.
