Hector is a snake...Very nice guy initially..then turned out to be deceiving..He was a gift and a curse..got the job done for reasonable price however charged me $400 dollars for a part turn out the part was a USED part...charged me 120 for valve covers and this dummy used worn out valve covers...He had my car for 8 whole days then gave it back to me in limp mode. After 2mos of trying to find a mechanic to work behind his work..I was informed that this dummy left several wires disconnecting in my vehicle causing it to be in limp mode...He didn't even want to fix his own dam mistakes he made..just terrible..All around I will never bring my car back to him and I learned a very valuable lesson ..bless be

This is exactly what our community needs honest humble and most of all great prices. Today. I found myself in a bind.I am a owner of a small landscaping business here in Western mass. Unfortunately. Today as I was working my machine broke in the middle of a job. I called them and ask them if they would be interested in trying to repair My zero turn machine which needed a serpentine belt he gladly said bring it in. I will take a look at it if I can help you out. I will do it with no problem and of course that is exactly what he did. These people are amazing hats off to them. Please do not hesitate to give them a chance. They are the best hands down thank you again KWIK FIX AUTO!!!!!

Got a problem with your vehicle i suggest you come do business with Kwik Fix customer service and work A1 and the best prices in town. If you want the job done right and in a timely fashion I recommend you stop by the shop dont delay. And the mini mart has the best candy lol. I love this business and the people who own operate it. Really made me feel like family and not just someone to make money off of. HANDS DOWN KWIK FIX IS THE BEST NO NEED TO TRY THE REST I GUARANTEE YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL LEAVE WITH NO STRESS BECAUSE AT KWIK FIX AUTO THEIR AIM IS TO IMPRESS. I have been coming to this place for oil changes for about a year and a half after having moved here from the New York City area.Hector and the rest of the staff have always been friendly and pleasant.When my 2009 Toyota Prius needed work on its cooling system, I decided to have them do the repair. The repair turned out to be more involved than expected. And I needed to return to the shop to have an added part replaced. Despite this, Hector kept the repair cost to what he originally quoted. Under the circumstances, this was quite generous of him.If you want to be treated fairly by an honest group of mechanics, you should give these guys a try. I think I'm a good judge of character. Fast, efficient and quality work from genuinely nice people. I had them replace my clutch and flywheel, and they got my car back to me in a timely fashion. Family owned and operated. Amazingly helpful after one of the cars tires became damaged. Reasonably priced, and being from New York, they did not take advantage of our situation. Honest and hard working. I would highly recommend them .

Had an amazing experience! Hector and his wife were very hospitable and were both very knowledgeable about helping with my brake pads, rotors, and calipers. They were very detailed when showing me the issues with my car and how they resolved it. Even went above and beyond to show me about the lower control arm that was starting to get loose.I highly recommend them to everyone I know and they were very reasonably priced. Very fast service! I will definitely be coming back.

Hector, Melissa, Carlos and the whole crew at Kwik Fix are amazing! They re generous, personable, and will go the distance to help you. I called in 30 minutes before close with a sudden check engine light on and they did everything they could to help me while making me feel comfortable and lifting my spirits. This is the worst place I've ever been to .i call this place in the morning and ask them I need a engine tune up and the gentleman said yeah bring it in we open at 9:30 am .I said ok I bring my mini van there explain to the guy about the car he took note and said the mechanic should be here leave the car and we will call you if anything mind you we drop it off at 9:30 and it was like 2:30 pm in the afternoon and no phone call so I go down there and see if the car has been work on and it was not the car was still there were it was at they said it should be done by 4:30 or 5 pm the mechanic said I got other cars before your I said ok I should have been told and with an attitude so I took my car Else were never again.but thank you

Went in there with a clogged catlyctic converter and a blown egr and they did what they could to fix and make my car run a lot better if it wasn t for them I probly wouldn t of had a car thank you guys you guys are the best in town
