Polite, fast, and cost efficient. I thought I needed new breaks and rotors. It was actually a different problem that was way cheaper. They could have been like some places and charged for both services, but they did only what was necessary .

I have been going here since 1998. Ed was fresh out of automotive training. I was one of his first customers. JST has changed hands several times, but because of Ed, I continue to be a loyal customer. I grew to trust Junior! Crystal is great, too.

They didn t care to check my windows last year for tints when I came for inspection. They didn t care to do their job right and now they don t wanna pass my inspection. I m in the system as well. Horrible workers.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! they deserve a zero star review. As I tried to explain the issue with the car, the lady there responded with blatant rudeness. She displayed an impatient and condescending attitude, cutting me off mid-sentence, and making me feel as though my concerns were unworthy of his attention. The tone of their communication was not just unwelcoming, but also disrespectful, coupled with inappropriate language used in front of my kids. This kind of behavior, especially in a customer-facing industry, is unacceptable and unprofessional.

These guys are professional, talented, and really nice. They fixed my coolant problem without any frills or trying to charge for extra work. I highly recommend then to anyone who needs help.

These guys are no nonsense professionals, although they do get a kick out of my "hey its me the subaru guy i need your help lol"they helped me with my lemon subaru and managed to keep it running safely for longer than it should have effecetively turning my lemon into lemonade. Not only did they keep my Frankinstien car going but when it was time to look for a new car they've been amazing at helping me dodge future lemons last one was a rotten lemon so yeah...lemonade was not possible LOL. I will most likely be coming here for years and i dont even live in the same city anymore P.S. im truly sorry that my airhead delivery driver was sitting on one of your cars car hood i died a little inside during that incicdent.....was definitely scolded by me ruthlessly

On vacation, 630 miles from home, had a serpentine belt break, freaking out, made it to JST Automotive Center, they has us back on the road in a hour. I have taken my car to JST to have it fixed quite a bit lately. I think their prices are fair. They always seem to find out what the problem is and fix it! THE MECHANICS AT JST ARE MY NEW GO TO CAR FIX-IT PEOPLE! The girl in the office is always courteous and encouraging!
