10/10 best car buying experience in my life! The sales person was respectful and not pushy, they took care of all the paperwork including the registry and inspection sticker all while ensuring the car was safe and good to go with a final check before I drove off. Friendly fair and honest business

Jordan auto sales is the best I ve had my car since last march/April and it runs like a gem!! Whenever it needs work done they get it done. And my car hasn t needed much just keeping up with the oil and all the prices are super fair. Definitely check them out if you re looking for a used car.

Jordan s auto sales is hands down the best dealership I have ever gone too, best mechanics, and business men. They welcomed me in with open arms when I bought my Nissan. I recommended my son to purchase from them as well, and he just bought a Honda. They are a honest, reliable, and completely a trustworthy company. I would recommend them to anyone, for a purchase, work done on the cars or just a simple oil change!

Parking was a nightmare which isn t their fault but be warned. The car we went to look at had to be jumped, and was trapped in its spot by two other vehicles. Staff did not seemed thrilled when I asked about testing driving it, but it s foolish to buy a used car without testing driving it first. Overall not impressed.

My first time buying a car alone, I felt very comfortable here. They were helpful but not at all pushy. I came back three times before purchasing the car. I would recommend coming here to buy a vehicle. They are kind, honest, hard working people.

I came from NY to find a car at Jordan Auto. They have a great inventory at great prices. I m someone that does my research on the cars I buy, and they are wonderful and honest. They go above and beyond to make sure you re getting the best price and car that you can get. They even bought my mother and I dinner while they finished washing my new car! Good people and good cars. Thank you guys!

A BIG shout out to Jordan Auto Sales and Service in Springfield Ma! They are great people to work with and are now like family! They have great prices, great quality vehicles, they are efficient and thorough especially with all the paper work and care for the car, they answer all my calls at the drop of a dime, and have just a very pleasant vibe.
