I made an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday and they got me right in and started my vehicle on time. The customer service was great, the staff were very friendly and approachable. They did a courtesy check on tires and brakes, along with fluid check at no charge. I was out of there in about an hour and fifteen minutes. The price was great!

Even though it was a busy day I was still greeted politely upon entering, my appointment was confirmed, I really really appreciated that when checking oil it appeared that there was too much oil, but after realizing it was a new engine in my vehicle and dip stick was reading wrong, I was not charged for oil change, some service stations would not have done that. The tires that I purchased are great. I am a very satisfied customer will be visiting again, Thank you all.

The service advisor, Crystal, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the kind of tires that would be good for my car so it was easy for me to choose what I needed. She walked me through the financing process and was able to obtain some discounts for me. My car was ready within a very reasonable amount of time. Although it has been some years since I last needed tires, I am a returning customer since I have always been pleased with the Firestone service and products.

I utilize this location often for work vehicles and they do great work. Crystal in particular is the absolute best! Even when a manager isn't around, I know I can rely on her to solve anything that comes up and help with any questions I have. She's a huge attribute to the company and location and makes me feel like both I'm valued not just for my business but also as an individual and now this is where I bring my personal vehicle too.

I am leaving an excellent review because of my experience working with and dealing with Brandon at this store. He treats customers with respect and kindness and is very professional and cares about the work he does. I could not say the same for another staff member. I was having a horrible day 1 thing after another and I wish I remembered the ladies name but she was so nice and really helped me out. As I was waiting on my car to be finished I witnessed so many men come in and try to talk down to her and she was so professional about everything! I appreciate the people who worked on my vehicle as well making sure it was safe to drive for my kids. I bought tires from this place before and they lasted me for 5 years!

Stopped in on my way through to New York to check on my tire that was losing air quickly. They fit me asap last minute and it turned out to be a slice in it. They didn t have the correct tire but took the time to call multiple locations along my route to get me somewhere that did. For not being a paying customer, Kyle and Brandon really took care to make sure I would be all set.

Fast and Fair service, the guy behind the desk that assisted me was SUPER helpful, reassuring, explained everything thoroughly, it could have been an easily overwhelming experience, but it wasn't, I was in and out with 4 brand new tires, an alignment and wiper blades.

Great customer service and turn around time to get 4 new tires & alignment for our car our son took to college that had a leak in front passenger tire of 4 wheel vehicle. Happy to know our son was taken good care of and is driving a safer vehicle now than he came in with! thank you!

There is a lady name crystal. ,that has a really bad attitude like she doesn't like her job and she comes off. Really smart mouth and not a pleasant person to be around.. I have been coming here exclusively for the past couple of years because of the customer service. I usually deal with Brian, who is nothing but professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Today I had a bad experience since I dealt with someone new. This lady was rude and condescending on the phone and in person. I have no reason to go back and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Tim Labrecque just did my state inspection and he handled the vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism. Everyone in the office was pleasant and accommodating. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Great productsTerrible customer service1990's customer was so angry they drove their pick up truck through window of waiting area...we arrived for scheduled appointment morning after incident with oil change coupon and when we went to pay we were publicly reprimanded for not alerting them we had coupon and proceeded to add additional unwarranted charges our family called police coupon was accepted

I went to Firestone after I had previously went there for tires and an oil change but when I went back for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Ford Escape they stripped the bolt for my oil plug and snapped my oil pan. On top of that every single tire (they are brand new) is now reading low when I ve checked them they are not meaning after making me sit for almost 5 HOURS my car still wasn t actually good so I don t recommend going here cause I have gone twice and they managed to mess my car up so bad when it s only 2 years old!!!

Place is a rip off tried to charge my over $3000.00 for work she didn't need took to another mechanic who charged me just over $500.00 was told ball joints were bad and other mechanics said they were fine we are never going there again

I'm usually standoffish with chain places/think they wanna sell u the house, but what a great surprise! Very professional and I felt extremely confident and comfortable that they had my best interests at heart and only shown what NEEDED to be fixed and every thing was explained very good. DEF Would go back. Best chain place I've been too.Firestone is lucky to have advisor Jimmy and a A+ mechanic Patrick.

The Firestone people are very professional and work to understand the issues with your vehicle and fix them. They advise you of other issues that may be upcoming or need attention, but there is no hard sales pitch and I've found they treat me and my wife equally fair. They get the job done in the time promised and at a reasonable price. They don't stack labor, which means huge savings over dealers and by the book mechanics. I trust Tim, one of the managers and their employees to do their best and get the job done right, the first time. Plus they are national, so their warranty is good no matter where I travel and they almost always have coupons on their website, so join their email list. You can't beat Firestone. Thank you for always doing a great job.

Crystal, Tim, Bryan, Brandon - this crew was beyond helpful. Had major work done on my car, from start to finish -Crystal walked me through everything, parts, costs, shipping time, etc and helped me coordinate long (b/c complicated) with getting Tim on the job. Amazing service got 4 brand new tires on my truck and they are amazing. Staff was super responsible they were able to accommodate me on schedule and were able to get my truck done ! Amazing customer service !!!

They didn't properly plug my alternator after an AC compressor replacement which in turn made my car run out of power while i was doing 70mph on the interstate. Glad im alive

While i sat in the lobby waiting for my new tires, the front desk attendants used a fear tactic to make more money while diagnosing peoples car troubles and charged them for the diagnostic process. In my opinion, if they cant tell whats wrong with your car without using a computer program that costs $150 to use, i would find a mechanic who can.

B4warned Had 4 Firestone Indy 500 tires put on my 2004 Honda- S2000. Drove 1.5miles home, put the car away. Took the car out yesterday for a short 3mile drive. The right rear was only 22lbs of air !!! the front right 37lbs the left rear was 41lbs!!! the left front was 38lbs Recommended air pressure is 32lbs as indicated on the driver door. DOUBLE CHECK TIRE PRESSURE BEFORE DRIVING away from this place, BECAUSE THEY DON T It is BOTH DANGEROUS and CAN RUIN A BRAND NEW TIRE!!!
