This is an awesome shop. If more automotive shops followed the business practices that Kyle does they to could be as successful as Kyles.My family has had great experiences with Kyles and we recommend all our friends and family to Kyles for there Auto repair needs.Thumbs up Kyle & Andrea.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

2017 toyota tacoma been on the road 8 years. After some minor issue started bothering me, brought it in for its first service (non oil change) very pleased. Truck feels new again.

I had scheduled an appointment for yesterday to have tires mounted. For nearly a month, I was positive I had scheduled it for 11, apparently I had it confused with an appointment today somewhere else Anyway, my appointment was supposed to be for 10, so I nearly panicked, because we got there at 10:40. They still fit us in! They did an incredible job and were very pleasant to interact with Mya, their office dog, is reason enough to go there, she is so sweet, very polite, and patiently waits for ear and tail scratches the outstanding service is icing on the cake! I will absolutely be recommending this business to my friends and family!Service: Tires

I feel like I found the automotive shop gem if there ever was one! They quickly repaired my tire no questions basically at their walk out time. No doubt an honest family making an HONEST living. I will definitely be bringing all my car problems to them in the future. It s behind Woodys on the left side. Unfortunately their $28,000 sign was hit by a truck but once you pull in on the left and go behind Woodys you ll see the very nice office that there is seating for customers. And Mya the dog that I honestly feel like I didn t get to spend enough time with, keeps you occupied. Thanks again Andrea and Kyle. See you soon I m sure.Service: Tires

Moved to the area recently and after going to a few places with minor issues I finally found Kyle's.The whole staff was very honest and upfront with recommendations.They were extremely fair priced and I could not be happier with the service they provide. I can not recommend them more.

Beyond helpful. I brought my car in to be checked out and The owner kyle looked over the vehicle and found no issues. They did not charge me a dime. And said if the car has any more issues bring it back. Stand up people

Went to have my front suspension checked because I couldn't find the issue. They helped me diagnose and proceeded to educate me on how to fix the problem. No charge either! These people are friendly and helpful. They also have a doggy in the waiting room! I will return for an alignment.

Rude, overcharged for a fix that shouldn't have been half the price.Never called to say what was wrong with the vehicle first before workong on it. Just worked on it over charged.

Quality work, fast, AND affordable. Very pleased.Also, when someone else sold me a bad tire that couldn't be balanced, Kyle's Automotive took the time to show me the problem. They didn't try to sell me anything, they told me to go back to the original seller and get a warranty replacement. Respect.

Not sure where my review wentAnyway Kyle s mobile auto service is the best he is so nice, polite and I feel lucky to have seen his business online, Kyle came in the late afternoon looked at my car and then went n picked up parts all in one hour n he was done WOW!!! My car started leaking and smoking one day, since I only go to school up in this area I didn't know any shops around. My friend and I were calling around with no luck and we then came across Kyle's, they said they could take my car in and check it out. I was expecting to get it back the next since I dropped it off last minute and was surprised to get a call that it was ready the same day. All the workers there were amazing and I'm so happy I found them! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend them!

I have trusted Kyle's Automotive with all of my vehicles since they opened. Andrea and Kyle always find time to get my repairs and/or maintenance done. If I have an urgent repair, they are always more than accommodating. The prices are extremely fair and the work performed is always of the highest quality. I was a first-time customer of Kyle's Automotive today, cannot be more pleased, and cannot recommend them highly enough.Until today, I had never taken my 2010 Subaru Forester anywhere else for service. However, I had an ongoing issue with my tires losing air. Once they ground the rims down in February 2020, 3 of the tires were fine; one however, continued to lose air. It got so bad, I tracked the mileage every time my low tire pressure light went on. Thinking it was a porous rim, I replaced it in August 2020. Problem not solved. Frustrated, to the nth degree, I was determined NOT to go back to the dealership. I've see lots of nice comments and recommendations for Kyle's and decided to give him a try. He found the problem and repaired it in about 10 minutes: A NAIL! Not counting the cost of repair today, that nail cost me $510.21 through the dealership. Unless it's a computer issue where I HAVE to go back there, it's Kyle's all the way for me now.Additionally, Kyle found a leaking axle, checked and replaced the break pads and rotors, and did an oil change. So much for the dealership multi-point inspection.Thank you, Kyle's Automotive!Services: Tires, Engine repair

I had to drop the van off but I had the option to wait. I was nervous at first, because I never been there.I pick up the van. And new tires looked great!!I Took the van for a spin No shakes no vibration, it's just perfect.If you're from spencer. Area. Don't think. Just go here. Tell your sis. Tell your bro.Even your granma.

I went to Kyle's automotive for an issue I had with my car. I got there and dropped my car off and within the hour they were done. Thank you guys and i will definitely come back and highly recommend them to recommend them to everyone.

Just a week ago I was enroute to a family members award ceremony. I almost reached my destination coming from the shoreline in Connecticut when I hit an unavoidable pothole. I managed to roll down to Big Y in Spencer.....right front tire was blown out. Not really knowing anyone in the immediate area, I first panicked. Then because time was of the essence I searched for an automotive business close by. Kyles Automotive popped up, and thank God for Kyle and Andrea. With only an hour remaining before they closed for the day, Andrea had a new tire for me. She actually went and picked it up. And then, not only was I due to be at a ceremony soon, I needed to be back in Ct for a meeting at 11:00 am the next morning... one that had been scheduled for 6 months! Kyle said he would come in early before the business opened to put my new tire on. AAA got the car to Kyles Automotive, I made it to the ceremony, and the next morning I pulled out of Kyles Automotive with new tire on and headed for CT! Never have I been treated so well in such a bad situation. I can t thank Kyle and Andrea enough, they went above and beyond. They are exceptional individuals, and would give them a five star plus! Thank you for your kindness.
