My mom and I are incredible happy with the customer service and with the used Toyota Camry we purchased last month from Central Motors. We were looking for a car for my mom, and it was important we find a safe, reliable car that fit her budget. A close family friend referred us to Mike, and we are grateful for the introduction. This was my first time buying a car (used or new) Mike was incredibly patient with all our questions and requests. He had the perfect car (and a nice colour too!) and at the right price. Prior to this we had been to two other dealers, and by far CM provided the best customer service. Would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for a used car.

This was by far my best car buying experience ever! Polite, professional and honest service at every turn. The car is amazing and I have been thrilled with every single aspect of the car, the price, but most importantly the service I received. I drove out from Western MA not knowing what I was going to experience SO glad I did! Thank you Mike for everything I appreciate all that you did to get my boys in to a safe and reliable vehicle. We will be back!

Mike took great care of us when buying a vehicle. I really appreciated how there were no pushy tactics and he was transparent with the whole process. Even went above and beyond helping with registration. Happy with the price and service we got. Would absolutely recommend them.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Michael and it was a great experience. After searching at many different locations in the area and having bad experience I was very pleased with how pleasant and helpful Michael was. He sold me a great car at a great price and made the processes simple and pleasant . I highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a used car

If I could give it a 10 out of 10 I would. Mike made purchasing a vehicle extremely easy and made me feel comfortable making the purchase. Answered all my questions and was honest about it all. Will be back and bring anyone I know looking for a car! Thanks again guys!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in the purchasing of a vehicle. My experience with them was comfortable, personable, and professional. The Jeep I purchased was in good condition at a very fair price. They were excellent in meeting any request I had in regards to my purchase. They have a wonderful mechanic who does his homework if needed, which was needed in my case. They proved to be better than the average used car dealership out there! Thank You Central Motors!

I was stranded 45 minutes from my home and they were able to not only fix my issue in 2 days but provided so much good information on what happened and why. Very fair pricing and open and honest. If I didn't live so far away this place would be my regular mechanic

Always polite, quick, kind, and helpful in fixing and showing any issues with my car. I have never had the same problem twice after Eliot has fixed it. Highly recommend!

I spent a fair amount of time looking for a mazda miata and came across Central Motors. The price of the vehicle was very fair considering the market price for these vehicles. The car is in impeccable condition forthe year. Mike is a great guy to work with. He corrected one concern I had about the car and made the process of purchasing very easy. He was kind enough to even have the car delivered to my home as I didn't have anyone to drop me off to pick it up. Excellent experience and would come back to Central Motors in a heart beat. Dated 11/28/22.

Needed to revise my review.Had a promblem after the warranty expiredand Elliot called us back and worked it out and resolved the issue for us.I am great full and satisfied and have an understanding that Central Motors management does take care of their customers.Thank you again!

Phenomenal experience. My car died on the Mass Turnpike and being towed to this shop was a pleasant experience. A friendly, open, honest shop that helped me out and were very accommodating on telling me the options of my vehicle. Would recommend getting stranded and ending up at this shop.

We were traveling through MA when we picked up a nail in our tire. We hoped to make it to a less congested area but that didn t work. We had to stop at a Gulf station to call AAA service. My husband spotted Central Motors in Southboro across the highway. AAA gave us 2 options, tow or change the tire to our spare. We called Central Motors and they were able to plug the tire right away. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes for a reasonable price.

A+++ service. Central Motors to the rescue. We were towed to the closest garage by Ted's towing after breaking down in the Mass Turnpike. Central Motors quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road a few hours later. Not only were the repairs quick, they were also reasonably priced. 5-star service indeed.

AAA brought my car here on the back of a tow truck little did I know that it would be leaving the shop the same way. Kyle really did not seem to have any idea what was wrong with my car. He tried one thing didn t fix it and then tried another said it was fixed 1100 dollars later. I drove it home and the next day brought it back he pinched a gasket while installing the new fuel pump. My car was leaking gas all over the road. He had it again for about 4 days and said it was fixed I picked it up and not even 6 hours later it was brought back again on a tow truck leaking gas. At this point they did provide me with a car until it was fixed. He called me and said it was fixed the following day that he had to reinstall the pump again but he said there were still error messages. So I brought It to my dealer completely stalled out (unclear whose fault this was) a month later I drove it off the lot from my dealer and went to put gas in the next day. I couldn t fill it up with gas. I called Micheal the owner and said, this is related to the fuel pump that was installed and I am not letting Kyle fix it again. Micheal first said he stands by the work that was done (after breaking my car three times) and that there is no way it d related. My dealer wrote up a description and took pictures to prove it was Kyle s fault again. Micheal did pay for the repair at my dealer but wouldn t refund me all of the money because they did do the work . Best part is pretty sure that the fuel pump wasn t the issue in the first place.

Michael could not have made my process of buying a car any easier! As a first time car buyer, I was nervous. But Michael put me at ease and said, "I'm easy." He wasn't lying! There was nothing shady or salesy going on at all. He truly wanted me to have a great experience buying my first car and I felt so safe and truly felt like I was making the right decision! I am so grateful to have found Central Motors and highly recommend them!

The folks at Central Motors are knowledgeable, responsible, and thorough. They fixed by brakes and installed a new prop shaft, and with the latter, given the age of my var, found a used one. Highly recommended!

I went to this repair shop because it was the neatest one to where my car s radiator failed. Initially I was told it was not just a radiator fail and needed flush cooling system and charge AC, so they asked me about $1000. Then I called another mechanic and they offered me $680. I told this to Central motors and he now offered me $750. However, on the pickup day, they changed it to 850 by saying coolant flushing needed more labor. I did not have idea what was going on to my car so it was difficult for me to argue with them. But the price up and down made me think it was sketchy.I also they did not put any protective sheet on the floor mat so it was very dirty after the repair.

This place was AMAZING! I m a first time buyer and I was vey nervous about being screwed over and wasn t having the best of luck with cars that day. Once I got here Steve helped me find a car I wasn t even there to look at and I fell INLOVE!! I got great car with low miles and it was still pretty new! (2013)I ve had the car for about a week and I ve never been more happy with a car purchase in my life!!If you see a car you want, come here and get it! They really want the best for you!

Michael was awesome to work with. Very non-stressful buying experience. Michael is experienced in the industry and is honest and straightforward. That is something I respected the most out of my buying experience. Also didn t have to spend the whole day buying the car, was in and out very quickly. Definitely will shop here in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased a 2011 Honda CR-Z from Mike Lombardi. Mike was a pleasure to work with. His team did a terrific job prepping the car. My vehicle needed a trim part. Mike had the new part within an hour as he has a very convenient network of dealerships to procure OEM parts. Bottom line is that his customer service response is almost instantaneous.In terms of pricing, he was very professional as there was no gamesmanship when it came down to closing the deal. He has a very nice stock assortment of vehicles, ranging from low mileage vehicles to low cost used and off-lease vehicle.Since I had such a pleasant buying experience with Mike and the vehicle was so well prepped, I am having some service work done on my other vehicle at Central Motors.Note, if you have a child in need of transportation for high school or college, I suggest you take the time to see what vehicles Mike has on hand.Central Motors is focused on keeping customers happy in the long run and to that end, I would he is highly recommended.

My journey with central motors started when my car completely shut off, while driving! Riding down route 9, my car was dead! By what could seem to only have been fate itself, I found myself right in front of central motors. If your car is going to die, it might as well die in front of a mechanic. I jumped out of my car and ran up to the first person I saw, and they immediately came to my rescue. Who I know now as Nick and Kyle, opened the hood, and assured me, by what happened, that it didn t look good. They calmly and thoroughly explained that I was getting no compression in my engine, and that my timing belt had snapped while I was driving. Of course I was upset, but Nick told me that I could wait to make my decision, my car would be safe until I figured out things on my part. Already, I felt at ease. I knew what was wrong right away, and I could gather my thoughts. While the guys found some other issues with my car, they worked with me to fix what was necessary and explain every step along the way. They were always quick to make sure I understood, and to answer any questions I had. I have to thank my car for taking me to central motors! I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon a great business with excellent customer service. They have gained a very satisfied customer.-Becca

I bought a car about a month ago. It was a nice car at what seemed to be a nice price. Michael was more Han willing to work with my budget and I left the lot that day with a new car.It has been a month and suddenly all of the lights on the car (including check engine light) came on. I just went to check the oil and there is NONE! I cannot get ahold of Michael and I m worried that my $8,000 went to a car that was only going to work for the 30day warranty period.

Great guys at Central Motors. I work across the street and they always take care of my 2002 Altima for oil changes (less than $30) and repairs. All the work they have done so far they have been able to complete the same day I bring it. They even drop me off at my office and pick me up when my car is ready. Great service, true pricing, and easily accessible location. Definitely recommend Central Motors!

I found the Jeep here that I ve wanted for a long time. Michael took the sleaze factor out of buying from a used car dealer. Fair price, excellent service, friendly, professional. He fixed some things for me with absolutely no hassle. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Highly Principled Auto-repair shopI found that everyone I have interacted with at Central Motors has provided outstanding professionalism and genuine care for the well-being of my car and safety. Specifically, I had a starter replaced. When they tested the installed unit, the car started like a charm, but they didn't like the sound. So instead of handing me the car, they did additional investigation and discovered the new starter had a small defect. They kept the car another day and replaced it with yet another starter. You need to ask yourself, how many other repair shops would have sent you on your way, to have you later find that the newly installed part was faulty? These guys care.

This was the single worst car buying experience I have had in my life. Service fixed a problem. Michael was gracious. Service fixed another problem. Michael was begrudgingly okay. Service fixed yet another problem. The same issue reoccurred because (according to multiple professional mechanics) the replacement parts were not actually reattached to the vehicle. Michael was hostile and patronizing on the phone. In the end, the car had so many issues it was taken off the road after 11.5 months because the cost of fixing everything enough to pass inspection just wasn't justifiable in light of the quality of the vehicle. It will make a nice tax write-off but that is the only positive thing I have to say regarding the car, Michael, or anyone other than Frank.

While traveling home to Maine from New Jersey, our car broke down. We were recommended to have our car towed to Central Motors. They were closed on Sunday, so while we waited for friends to come to our rescue, we figured out it was the alternator. We ended up fixing it ourselves and got the car running and continued on to our home. We received a call Monday morning from someone at Central Motors to check on our car. They were glad to hear we were able to get the car running and got home safely.We can't comment on their work but we can comment in their ethics. If they are concerned enough to check on how we made out, we can only imagine how they would treat those that do receive work on their car.So we'd say if you need work done on your car, give them a call.

Great buying experience. I found the price to be extremely reasonable and Michael made sure that everything was taken care of in my car. I would definitely recommend looking here if you are in the search of a used automobile.
