Have brought our family's cars to All Car Care many times over the last 10+ years. Always honest, reliable, reasonable, great service and communication. Work smoothly with insurance company. Very happy to have All Car Care, and recommend to others without hesitation. Makes dealing with car issues as easy as possible.

All Car Care is run by extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. My car got hit by an airborne piece of plywood which broke through my bumper and impacted my wash fluid reservoir and radiator. Denise answered all my questions/concerns and I m very grateful for her awesome communication and recommendations on how I should proceed.I got my car back in a week and a half. I was so surprised by the quick turn around time. The bumper of my car looks brand new!

This shop is awesome. They were recommended by another local body shop that could not/would not do the work on my 1979 Mercedes. I went to 11 other shops including one that I've used locally and none wanted to touch this job as it involved cutting out my rear fenders and welding in new quarter panels. Rick, Tim & David did an absolutely fantastic job on this car that I have owned for 32 years and refuse to part with. No exageration , they made my car look showroom new and it is 44 years old. The work was done quickly, and on budget and I could not be more happy with their work. They are experts and do FANTASTIC work. I would recommend them to anyone, and I am a fussy person. Their workmanship is outstanding. I will use them for my other cars as needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They have always treated me well and perform excellent work, so I didn t hesitate to take my 1940 Chevrolet Coupe there when body work and repair was needed. Once again they did not disappoint. Their work is of the highest quality. Attention to detail and outstanding finish is their hallmark. I can t say enough good things about this shop. My mother had damage to her car requiring replacement and repair of the front end. The car looks like it just came out of the showroom after All Car Care finished the work. I had them work on two of my cars and I've been very satisfied. One of the bumper replacement for an old car. Considering the age of the vehicle, they recommended the smartest and most affordable approach. They didn't oversell me. The second was deep rust removal of two doors. They did a great grind, paint and buff job.I recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped in recently w/out an appointment as my battery was nearly dead. Took my car overnight and it was fixed the next day. Very happy w/ the service and the folks there are very pleasant, easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.

I was in search of a local repair shop that offered restoration services in hope of finding someone who could repair some rust & corrosion on the floor pans of my '05 Jeep Wrangler. Man, am I happy I found Rick and the team over at All Car Care! After emailing Denise, I was able to find a time to bring my Jeep over to the shop (on a Saturday when they are typically closed) and Rick was kind enough to take time away from his work to look my vehicle and give me his professional opinion on what needed to be done. I could tell after our conversation that Rick is one of the few remaining people in the industry that genuinely cares about his customers. I also felt confident that Rick had the knowledge, experience and know-how to get the job done right, and he even gave me suggestions on what could be done to save me a few bucks.Fast forward to the following Monday, I made an appointment with Denise to bring the Jeep in to get the work done and was able to schedule it to be brought in later that week. I even asked Denise to check with Rick to see if he would be able to install a carpet kit for me and Rick was able to add my request with no hassle. All of the rust repair work AND the carpet kit installation was completed in less time than I expected and I LOVE the end result!!! I highly recommend Rick and the team over at All Car care. They are professional, courteous and will help you get your car running & looking like new. My sincere thanks to everyone at All Car Care. I couldn't be happier with the work they have done and I look forward to bringing my Jeep back to have the exterior restored to showroom condition!

I have used All Car Care three times in the last year. Once for an oil change and twice for problems with my Dodge Grand Caravan. Originally, I came to them because they are close to my home and had good reviews. But I will continue to service my minivan here because not only are they professional, HONEST, and fast, but when I had a time crunch, they fit me in and got the job done fast. If I could give All Car Care more than 5 stars I would. Rick and team do great work and Denise provides excellent customer service, professional follow-up, and timely updates. Prices are fair and work is exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone needing any car work from body repairs to a simple oil change. They're great!

We used All Car Care back in early October. We are new to autobody shops in the area and were excited to find one to use going forward for all of our cars. Needless to say All Car Care will not be our pick. We were in an accident and brought the care here to do some extensive work to the rear and frame of our Explorer. After spotty communication and consistent delays we finally got our car back after a month and a half. Immediately there was a MASSIVE scraping sound from inside the right door, an area that was not in scope of the work. I brought the car back in to have them look at it and was told "nothing was wrong with it". Additionally, the radio would now receive static when turning on the rear defroster, an electrical issue that I later found out was caused by suspect electrical work in the rear door. I had to bring the car into our dealership for them to fix these additional issues because I vowed I wasn't going back to ACC again. About two weeks later I get an e-mail asking me to pay for our rental vehicle, which was fine, we thought we would have to pay that out of pocket. What I wasn't expecting was for them to jack up the price of the rental almost 3X hoping that we would not remember the agreed upon rate. Their standard rental rate per day is $12, a good deal. They attempted to charge us $36 a day before I called them out on the rate. Only then did the staff there send me a snarky e-mail showing their "policy" for $12 a day. So where did the $36 a day come from? Just trying to squeeze some extra cash out at the end of what was an $8,000 job. I don't know, maybe they're great for smaller jobs like oil changes or other things where its not as much work. But our experience here was an absolute nightmare.

All Car Care went above and beyond in helping us resolve an issue with our Hyundai Santa Fe. They were professional, prompt, and they had our best interest in mind throughout. We, like many of who don t know cars, cherish a good, trustworthy mechanic when we find one. We found one here. We can t recommend All Car Care highly enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They do wicked high-quality work and they're the only ones that took on a big job of mine which was rebuilding a lot on my 68 Corvette however my biggest suggestion would be to go over how much the jobs going to cost in other words get an estimate and also get a timeline because I didn't do either one of those things.Suggestion not a complaintSee Rick he's the owner and he's a good guy he's going to be selling the place soon in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Welding

This is hands down the best auto body shop I ve ever gone to, they make sure that you re always taken care of and at a fair price. For years this is the only place my entire family has gone to in order to get servicing done, if you re thinking about maybe checking them out, look no further. You found the shop you re looking for

Today I was driving and I received a warning that my car was overheating and to pull over safely!I luckily was feet away from All Car Care. I pulled in, panic in my voice, explained my situation. Rick came out and accessed my situation. I needed antifreeze. He did not have any at this shop but drove to his other to get some! He put the antifreeze in and would not take payment. This literally left me with tears in my eyes. We are always hearing bad stories but this random act of kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you!

Rick and his team are simply the best! We have been using them for many, many years now. The work is good, his quotes are always less than those from other shops, and Rick will never tell us the car needs something when it doesn't.

We have been a customer for 10+ years and even now that we are living in RI, we drive back for their professionalism, expertise and down right honesty (which is hard to find in this business!). In a pinch or emergency, they come through, handling it stress free, fixing the problem and getting you back on the road. I can t say enough about how amazing they are, as far as I m concerned they are a darn right find! Don t waste your time, go to All Car Care in Southborough you will surely agree!

I needed body work to get an annual inspection. I also explained that I intended to keep the caravan even though it is almost twenty years old.. The repairs exceeded my expectations. They look great, were done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. Good job

The repairs needed to our car were clearly spelled out, including eta and pricing. This allowed us to plan temporary transportation. Everyone at the garage was super friendly and the work was done 100%.

Went to get my rear differential checked, took me for a ride in my truck, gave me awesome advice. Very honest and down to earth! I highly recommend to anyone! Will be back garenteed!
