I went to the AutoZone in Yarmouth, MA to buy a new battery, only to find out that they would install it for me too! Christopher S (only saw the first letter of his last name on his name tag) was fantastic. Chris offered right away, came out with his tools, and we chatted a bit about what he was doing while he installed it. Even found out the battery cover had been installed backwards - and Chris fixed that too. More than satisfied with the service provided and left the parking lot feeling secure and happy. Thanks Chris and thanks Autozone!!!

Thank you to Christopher at So. Yarmouth store for his marvelous explanations of paint for truck liner, for his outstanding ability to install new wipers in a jiff, for his wonderful personable persona in dealing with a non-tech person like me. Kudos Christopher

I went to Autozone is Sourh Yarmouth the other day to get a new battery. I asked an employee if they could put it in for me and was told NO. Then, one of the employees that was busy working on something else came up to me and told me they would be happy to put it in for me. I am a 66 year old woman who could not have done this myself. Chris S, the employee who put my battery in also ran a diagnostic test on my car to make sure everything was running smoothly AND fixed my windshield wiper that was put on backwards. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to help me and being so pleasant while doing so. Thank you Chris. You are an asset to Autozone and they should feel very lucky to have you!

Had a check engine light come on in my KiaCadenza and a fewminutes later my low oil light. Had my oil changed at Cape and Islands Kia 3 months ago with synthetic oil. Checked dip stick and showed no oil. Doesn t leak because car is garaged and no drips on floor. Went to dealership and said it appears to me that maybe oil was never added to full level. Asked to take a look and possibly read check engine light. The answer was NO . Went to autozone and was fortunate to get Chris S and explained to him was happened. Said he d gladly read code and check oil. More than went out of his way and bent over backwards to help me. Code was related to low oil and he checked dipstick which showed nothing. Told me to buy a couple of quarts and see if changed level. Came out with me again put in oil and checked dipstick where it was on the stick but dirty and at a very low level. Said oil was never changed at dealership and told me to take it to them. He was a great help and I truly appreciated people like him. Thanks again Chris.

Today I had the worst experience in a car stuff store, I went to buy a wiper for my car and I was very poorly attended. A boy ignored my existence and went out to smoke, a very ignorant woman answered me and paid little attention to helping me, only a lady who was at the cashier was polite and asked if she needed anything. The only two employees present just wanted to know about the moment of being outside the store smoking, on the way out I asked the woman if she knew anyone to help me change the cleaner of my car and her ignorance made me see that she needs a unfortunate job. I'm sure I won't come back to this store anymore.

My daughter car engine light came on we went to this amazing place . The lady came out and ran a scan and helped us get what we needed . And to top it off we always have a great experience here . They are the best !!! Thank you auto zone

I stopped by this location to purchase a few things for my son s car(he s getting his drivers license right next door at the rmv so I thought I ll grab some item's for his vehicle while I wait) but was told that they were not open. The door was unlocked and it was during store hours, so I m not sure what s going on here, but I definitely would not want this crew working in my establishment .I wonder how much business they have missed out on because of their business practices??

I went in today to purchase wiper blades. The lady at the counter did not seem like she wanted to be there. I asked for help finding the right blades for my car and was displeased with this ladies customer service skills. Another female came from out of the backroom. I asked her for help and she immediately took me to the wiper aisle and found the right blades. She then cashed me out and followed me out the door. She helped me install the wiper blades on my vehicle. Thanks for your help today Deana. You definitely made my experience a bettor one!

Poor customer service which resulted a loss in a sale and any future sales from me. I went in to get windshield wipers. No other customers in the store or at the counter. I asked if someone could put them on for me and she rudely said no we are short staffed and I would have to come back as she started to ring them up. I said never mind I will go somewhere else up the road. I went to Napa and they put the wipers on in less than 5 minutes. So customer service is really important . Management should make sure they have enough help and stress the importance of good customer service.

Deana Ruffino was so helpful when I was in the store looking for the right size car mats and windshield wipers. She not only found what would fit my car she installed the windshield wipers! I will be back!definitely be back

I purchased an item from this store and there was a fault from the manufacturer so I needed the receipt to prove I had purchased and I could not find my receipt anywhere and as I am from canada I couldn t just go back Patsy the manager when above and beyond to help me and managed to even find the receipt again Thank you so much the company will now replace the item can t say enough about the service Kelly Bowerman

On vacation and went to AutoZone today in South Yarmouth was helped by a young lady named Dina she was great told me why my check engine light was on and suggested I buy a gas cap so I did and after about an hour the light went out very helpful service would recommend to anyone

Old man behind the counter said "you have to open the keyfob to change the battery that's why we don't mess with them". Don't bother with this place, the other auto zone I went to was way more helpful and actually solved my problem. Must be nice to not help customers and get paid for it.

Great staff!! Always super helpful, informative, personal, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and all sorts of good things. I ve gotten to a point where I really trust the staff and the recommendations that they make. Have even had to make returns with no hassle at all. 5/5 would recommend!

The website said they were open and after driving 25 minutes we found a sign that said they were open only for a private function. Very disappointed.

I bought windshield wipers at advanced auto and when I got home I couldn't get them on. They were difficult as they had extra pieces with them and I couldn't figure it out even though I had changed my wipers many times before. I decided to stop in the auto zone in south Yarmouth on my way back from the grocery store just to see if the could explain why I had additional parts. There were three guys in there. They were very nice and one of them without hesitation came out to my car (in the snow) and put them on for me, even though I didn't buy them there. Great customer service and I will shop there going forward!

My battery died. Went into the Auto Zone. My car needed a jump to get from Job Lot parking area to Auto Zone. A customer gave me a jump, God Bless!! One of the men tested the battery, it was dead. Bought the battery and the man put it in!!!!Made my day. Thank you.

The prices aren't competitive anymore. Couldn't retrieve bonuses from their bonus card, had an employee tell me I didn't know what I was talking about when it came to a certain part, and I've worked on cars since 1967. I'll buy fluids, tools, paints, and other products but not repair parts. BTW, the fuel pump and sending can be purchased assembled for a '92 Explorer. I bought it at another store.

Ordered a part, was told it would be in @ 3pm the following day. Called at 3..."the truck hasn't come in yet". Called @ 5, still no truck. Called @ 7, "the truck just came in, give us 20 minutes." Waited 45 minutes, went in and was told that part didn't come in and had to be paid for before it could even be ordered...and then it would take another 4 days to come in. They couldn't have said that one of the four times I called? I would have paid for it upon ordering! Complete waste of time. Incompetent employees. Terrible service. They have just lost my business and hopefully that of many others.

All Auto Parts Chains are not the same. These guys are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, curtious, and they have the parts I need. I just replaced my rear brakes, everything, and probably saved $5-600.00!
