Just purchased a vehicle from the gentleman over at furnace Brook motors and couldn t be happier .very easy to deal with ,quick and simple process. Put my down payment on the car on Friday 10 minutes before closing and was able to pick the car up Monday with no issues .very pleased with my experience overall.

very very pleasant experience. Though i did not end up buying here ,i truly wish i did, such was the comfort given to me as a customer by Gary, super nice person was extremely patient n understanding n helpful. Just that the bmw i looked was great but had to pass given it was a v8. His son Jacob from the brief conversation i had was great sounded v gentle n genuinely concerned for customer i truly hope i buy a vehicle with them sometime for the kind service they rendered. Highly recommend them n my best wishes to Gary and his team.

I bought a car from them and it s amazing. I love my new car and everything works perfectly. The service was great and they offered to do my registration for me and get my inspection sticker. All took little more than a week after I bought my car. very fast and easy!

I called ahead to ask about test driving a Buick Encore and they assured me it was still available. Arrived 15m later and they admitted they had already sold it and tried to get me to buy a different car. I'm leaving this review because it's been weeks and the same car is still listed on their site. Some customers will be making far longer drives, plus if they're willing to trick you into coming they'll probably trick you into buying too.[In response to the owner: Are you seriously claiming that the car was sold and driven away in the 15 minutes it took me to drive to your dealership? I had never visited you before. I simply called ahead at 11:15 to confirm availability, arrived at 11:30 to test drive, noticed it wasn't on the lot but went in anyway, and was treated to "Oh, I must have misheard you, we don't have one of those. However, I'm sure you'll be very happy with . . ." A customer 60 or 100 minutes away, treated in the same manner, would be massively inconvenienced.]

Jake is a nice guy, wonderful negotiator. Always looking out for his customer's best interest. Jake will never intentionally want to push you into getting a car or a deal that will not make sense at the long run. It was nice doing business with him as the car I bought from him still serves me till date. He helped me cut cost of little expenses. I highly recommend buying a car from furnace book car.

Bought a Subaru with extended aftermarket warranty. The warranty company denied lower control arm bushings and dealership took care of it for me. Great to deal with, fair prices. Definitely Recommended!!!

I purchased my car from Gary Stone, at Furnace Brook, back in June of 2023. I was assured the car was checked out by Gary's mechanic and that all was fine. My deal included my VW Beetle in trade for the VW Eos I was purchasing. The trade in value was $600. Unfortunately the alternator on my Beetle failed and the cost of the repairs would have far exceeded the value of the car. When I arrived to pick up my Eos I explained about the Beetle and agreed to pay the $600, to cover the trade value, the 3rd of July. While Gary was exceedingly rude and insulting, he nevertheless agreed and arranged to debit my account for the $600 balance. I then took the keys and entered my "new" car. First, I noticed it had not been cleaned....at all. It was filthy on the outside with black soot on the back bumper and front driver side wheel cover. It was quite dirty on the inside as well, including the windows and mirrors. Second, the ac had not been repaired as I was assured it would be. It "blew" coolish but certainly not sufficiently to cool the car. Within 20 miles a check engine light came on, the first of many. I had the light identified the following day and it was a problem with the coolant system. Upon arriving at home the day I got the car, I noticed that my registration was good for only 16 months. When I contacted Gary he said I was mistaken, while my license plate sticker said Aug of 2024, the registrantion was actually good until June 2025. He tried to tell me that I would receive a second sticker, by mail, from the RMV. When I told him about the coolant system problem he told me to bring the car back for repairs. I explained it would not be advisable to drive the car that distance, about 75 to 100 miles round-trip, as it could result in catastrophic engine failure. Then he told me to have it towed to him, that it would cost only "around $50 or $75". I asked him to provide me with the name of the company that would transport, not tow, the car for that price. The following day he said he would forego the $600 and we would consider the sale complete. To date I have spent $4,200 in repairs, including replacing the turbo charger, on the car he called mechanically "fine". The car was in the shop for 7 full days and replacement transportation cost me $300. My advice is to be very careful in dealing with Mr. Stone at Furnace Brook Motors. He will lie, cheat, mislead and offer the most outlandish explanations. Absolutely anything in pursuit of a sale. For my part, I reported him to both the Attorney General and the Office of Consumer Protection. Proceed at your on risk......

I bought a DUD!! I went there by myself trusted them to sell me a good car and I already had to replace the transmission pan. It needs a oil pan and the whole muffler system is rotted!! Including cats. Also it's sitting in my driveway undrivable because it needs a steering pump!! I'm still making payments for nothing

Ali was awesome! Why? It was not first time bought, buy cars all the time but this time I really couldn t be happier with the service. Best car shopping appointment I ve ever had. I I set up an appointment, came in saw the car loved it, and made a deal happen.Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and making my car buying such an easy experience. Definelty do not recommend to buy from here and go to an actual dealership instead. If you do buy from here be prepared for them to tell you only the issues that are not a big problem, all the issues that cost a lot of money they will not tell you because they want to make a sale.

So I made my purchase last year, waited to make this review. My car has been great to me no problem basic maintenance done to it. I travel a lot (road trips) in 1yrs I ve been to New York Pennsylvania, DC, Maryland,.Funny thing is I had to come back to the dealer to show him the car is great and I need a state inspection. The dealership was super happy to hear I love my car and it s been good to me. For many more years.PS..Dealership workers with your credit.Great payment plans.Great communicationwhen I even invest in a another car I come back here.Thank you

Please please please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. You must go here prepared to inspect any vehicle you plan to purchase. If you're purchasing out of state, please do not rely on their words. I purchased a 2000 Monte Carlo and the first thing I asked Gary was, "Hey what are the known issues with the car?" He told me, "I wish there was something wrong with the car". So I made the purchase in PA and had it delivered. Upon receiving the car, the check engine light was on, along with several other warnings. Turns out the vehicle needs several sensors put in, needs new tires and bearings, possible transmission mount, along with some other things. He lied to me about the condition of the car and lied to me about compensating me for being unable to drive the car for a month after receiving it. Said he'd give me $300 towards service. After spending over $1000 on repairs and preventative maintenance, the car drives great. service was bad all around.

A couple months ago, I was involved in a rear end collision and was out looking for a car. Rhode Island has a lot of shady used car dealers that I visited that are not trust worthy. Thankfully, I was lucky to find this place. I called and was greeted with a warm response and scheduled an appointment to come in to look at a Buick. When I arrived the car was washed, had its dealer plates attached and was ready to go for a test drive. The odometer read exactly as it said on the website and besides a few scratches on the vehicle, there were no Mechanical problems with the vehicle after I inspected and drove it. I signed the paper work and bought it for a relatively cheap price compared to other dealers in the area With a warranty and no extra cost. (vehicle had 76,000 miles on it). They re also including a Military discount to my purchase and I m thankful to know that the discount Is available to all service members. Furnace Brook Motors is one of the best car buying experiences I ve had, it was quick, structured, and straight to the point. I highly recommended this place for anyone out there looking to buying a New/used vehicle!Update: *My car is still running strong, I will post an update in the future*

We purchase a car this week. Excellent customer service and they kept us abreast of financing progress all along the way. The car needed one thing done to it and it was ready when it was supposed to be ready. The Registry service was perfect and they got the car inspected. Friendly, know their stuff and do what they say they will do! This is the second car we've purchased at Furnace Brook Motors with the same experience both times!

Ali (the car salesman) hit on me and then sold me a car that is going to need god knows how much work done to it, I am a student with no money. It was my first car, and as a young woman he completely took advantage all while making me feel beyond uncomfortable.

When you're in need of a good looking, reliable vehicle this is your place! They make it so easy to find what you're looking for and educate you, so you are super secure with your purchase. Usually finding what you need/want is a pain, but with furnace brook motors I got an AMAZING deal and am so happy!
