I cannot give enough praise for Webster Auto Body. My daughter had an accident and we weren t filing an insurance claim. I sent photos of the damage to 3 different auto body shops (Webster had the best reviews) but only Jerry at Webster sent me an estimate - within 24 hours. Lisa runs the office and followed up with knowledgeable, courteous service. Owner Jerry worked with me to give the best results within my budget. The car was finished in 2.5 days! They re perfectionists who take pride in their work and the outcome FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did the car look like new - but they detailed it! AMAZING! They cleaned the windows and got a sticky residue off when nothing I tried had worked. They even vacuumed the car! On top of this, I had somehow misplaced my work cell when transferring items to the rental car (which I believe Jerry s son and Lisa worked out and had delivered to the shop at their low rate). I went to the shop yesterday and three of the specialists stopped what they were doing to help me look for it. I was humbled by the courtesy extended to me by these brilliant, skilled specialists.While I hope there s never another accident, if there is, I will only do business with Jerry and his team at Webster Auto Body.

Best experience with an auto-body shop yet! Adam was so helpful when I first brought my car in and figured out how to do the repairs I needed at a lower cost. They were able to get the car done quickly, while I was away, so I didn't need a loaner. The work was excellent and the car was pristine when returned to me. The customer service is fantastic!

Real professionals. Their work is fantastic. They finished the repair on time and way under the estimated cost. They even detailed my car while it was in their shop. They dramatically exceeded any expectations I had. This place is an asset to the community.

Recently had some body work done on my 2014 A4 after a vandalism incident and I'm glad I was referred to these guys. Worked with Adam - clear and professional communication, great responsiveness, fair pricing, and the work was done very well. Would definitely recommend.

Really great first time experience with Webster. They were efficient, communicative, and patient when explaining the process to me. They even coordinated a rental car through Hertz for me. Quality work and I will definitely be using them again!

I brought my truck to Webster auto body never expecting the 1 st class experience I received. I did learn this place has very long term employees one particular employee 47 years . This alone tells you something about their integrity. They also cleaned my truck the inside is spotless. I never expected them to add this to their service. I can not thank Jerry and the staff enough for all the hard work in just 4 days,Unbelievable turn around. Their work is impeccable.Service: Body & Trim

If you have a car body issue, run, don't walk to get it done here. Park yourself on a waiting list if necessary. I have a Toyota Prius that was involved in an accident that mangled the front wheel / bumper / tyre rod. Took it to Webster. They did a great job and did according to the agreed timeline. Great communication with me and insurance. Excellent customer service pre and post. I had a dishonest state inspection after the repair, that flagged an issue in the area of the work they did. Took it back them. They were so professional about reviewing the "area of concern" that had in fact been completely made up by this other shop and offered to help resolve the problem. I write this review for Webster Auto Body with great pleasure and lots of enthusiasm.I visited with them to repair a broken sideview mirror. On the way there, I blew a tire. As soon as I arrived, Jerry Siegel, the owner I believe, greeted me, offered to make a phone call to a tire repair shop, and to install my spare wheel.Overall, the shop has a family feel to it. I can't remember walking into a body shop where I felt treated with such courtesy.When it came to installation, they got the part ready in a day and a half. I walked in the next day for installation, which took half an hour.I recommend them highly.Demba.Service: Body & Trim

I recently took my car in for a bumper replacement at Webster. The Webster team did a thorough job with the specific replacement I requested, they managed to get hardened cement off the hood of my car (which I didn't even ask them to do), and they returned an item I'd apparently left there the last time I took my car in. They do great work and are a team of nice people.

Both passenger side doors were completely wrecked to the point I couldn't even open my doors. Jerry and his team did such an amazing job, the paint job really is quality! It basically looks like new.I also got a full car detailing and shampoo and my car looks and feels like it rolled off the lot yesterday! I am more than pleased with the service I received. 10/10 recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So they did a very good job with the repair, but the communication was fairly frustrating. My partner and I kept getting various levels of frustration from staff when we called for an estimate on when the car would be ready. They changed it at the last minute a few different times. I'd rather they take the time to get it right, but we shouldn't find out within an hour of when we're supposed to pick up the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Webster Auto fixed some body/paint work on my BMW when it was hit while parked on the street on Boston. Lisa and the team at Webster were fantastic to work with! They were very responsive and worked with Geico to make sure everything was covered and fixed properly. Super transparent and they do great work. My car was hit while parked by a truck (street parking, yay!). I had never had an accident before and was nervous/panicked, but Webster Auto Body was incredibly easy, patient, and attentive. I needed a lot of work done but when I picked up my car today it looked better than EVER. Not to mention that they cleaned the inside (despite it having bags of clothes in the trunk I had been meaning to donate when it was hit) and managed to remove perfectly the gunk from my old parking permit on the windshield. I was already so impressed, but paper and glue remnants being gone really was the cherry on top.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Incredible service. Had some mirror work done, they ordered the parts and gave me a quote. Turned out they already had the parts in stock, so they used those instead of charging me for the shipped parts. Saved me $100.

Came here after running over a blown out tire on the highway - I needed an entirely new exhaust system and these folks really came through!! Jerry was very kind and respectful. After spending some time contemplating if I was ready to shell out the $$ for the parts, I brought my car in and they had it ready within about 36 hours. My car runs significantly better now. They are amazing!!

Webster said they could just put it back in place no problem for a minimal fee. They could've easily charged me a lot to fix this but didn't. Great people who do great work. Lisa also was so helpful and much more calmly than I could have, dealt with the poor communication and gaslighting from the insurance company of the guy who hit our car, and got things resolved. She is an essential part of the team there. They also covered over a spot that wasn t in the purview of the damage from the accident. They always treat me well at Webster.Service: Body & Trim

My car was in a hit-and-run that left the ENTIRE driver's side in need on replacing. From the bumper to the headlights, whoever hit my car left no spot undamaged. I couldn't even open the driver's side door and the rear driver's side door had been ripped up, with ribbons of metal sticking out! Webster Auto Body came up as a partner with my insurance (Amica) and from the moment I dropped off my car, I knew I had found my new auto body shop. The last shop I went to repaired my car pretty shoddily, with parts that the dealer could tell weren't fitted properly. Since I lease, the repairs needed to be Mazda-approved. When I picked my car up at Webster, it looked better than it did off the lot! I have never seen a car so clean - it looked brand new! The paint job they did on it put the original to shame - BEAUTIFUL! It reminded me of my I chose the color in the first place, it sparkled it was full of gemstones! While my car is literally better than it was before, what really stood out about this shop is how personable the staff is. They worked with me to get me a rental at an incredible rate since I didn't have rental included in my insurance. They orchestrated everything so all I had to do was show up. They made taking my car in for repairs such a great experience, I no longer dread having to take my car in.

A+++ ServiceI have lived in Cambridge my whole life and have passed Webster Auto Body many times. Fortunately, I haven't been in any accidents until now.I called up Webster after I rear ended someone in my Genesis Sedan. They got me in very quickly to start working on my car. They told me it would probably take about a week and a half and that is exactly how long it took to complete the job.The quality of work was excellent. My car is not a common car so I was impressed on how fast they completed everything. I am not even lying when I say the car looks better than before I got in the accident.I dealt with Billy on everything over there. I only have good things to say about him. He is a stand up guy and definitely exceeded my expectations of service. Always was available to speak and was always straight up with me.Hopefully I am not in any accidents anytime soon, but if I am I will be bring my car to Webster. I definitely will be recommending Webster to friends and family in the area.

Jerry and his staff provide a great experience. This is the second time I have brought my cars here for body repair. The people at this shop are trust worthy and provide professional service. They took care of all the insurance paperwork, got me a rental car, and also fixed two small dings that were on my door for a great price. As a car enthusiast that loves his car - this is the only place I will bring my car in the future. Thank you

I came here about two years ago after a minor collision that needed repair on my rear bumper. They took care of everything! They ordered the parts that I needed, they called me back when it arrived and quickly scheduled for me to get it repaired. I met with Billy he was very courteous, professional and gave me realistic timelines. My car came out amazing! Like nothing ever happened! The paint matched perfectly. Fast forward to the present (2 Years later) I noticed that there was a small chip on a corner and upon closer inspection I noticed it was peeling nothing major just a small spot I thought they could just add more paint there. I brought it back and met with Jerry. He told me that they d have to redo it and make it right and that they guarantee all of their work. He scheduled a time for me to drop off my car for them to redo it. I got the car back it it looks brand new! They vacuumed and detailed the inside, washed and maybe even waxed my car (it was so shiny!)! The bumper looks fantastic! Color matched perfectly (I know they mentioned my paint is not easy to work with, 3 stage process)! I couldn t be happier with the work and the respect I ve gotten from these guys both times I ve come here. I ve recommended them to my friends before but I wanted to leave a review here to let people know that these guys are honest, reliable, and hardworking guys that take great pride in their work. A+!

Happy with their work and mostly happy with my customer experience. The first time I went to them they were straightforward, dealt with my insurance company, and did excellent work that still looks good 2 years later. The second time, I had a limited budget and they worked with me to stay as close to that as they could. They damaged a headlight in the process but didn't notice the issue before turning the car over to me. They did replace it at their cost, but it was a bit of a hassle. The third time I went to them, they declined to work on the vehicle as they stated it would be written off as a total. I ended up getting the work done at another shop and did keep the car with a clean title, so I'm a bit confused to have gotten the response that I did from Webster Auto Body.All in all, I'd recommend them if you're in the area and want high quality work done. If you're looking to work on a budget (e.g. on your own dime or on an insurance payout for an older vehicle), then I'd personally shop around.

I went to Webster Auto Body for fixing some significant scraping on the side of my car. They were able to squeeze me in for the next business day and buffed out the scrapes and touched the areas up with with new paint. It was very reasonably priced and it looks great. Looks as new as possible given that I opted not to replace the panel. I recommend them based on this small job they did and I would not hesitate to try them out for a larger job some day.
