There is a reason they have amazing reviews - theyre the best in the game! The team at Union Auto Services goes above and beyond. As a female - bringing your car in for work can be nothing short of intimidating at times - Not at Union Auto with the caring and welcoming team they have. I have been able to ask detailed questions about my car and not feel "stupid".Quick and effective services. Their great communication does not go unnoticed; they provide an accurate expected timeframe for your vehicle's work to be completed.If you need an oil change, inspection, work etc. look no further than Union Auto - 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. They are truly trustworthy, do great work, are transparent about pricing, always keep their promises. I'll miss these guys when I move back home to my home country.

Really disappointed with my second visit, as my first one was great. A few days before heading in I received an email price for the synthetic oil change ($69) before going in. When I paid, they charged me $79 for the oil change and added a service I did not ask for (cleaning battery acid off of battery terminal) which resulted in a final bill of $103. I asked him to test the battery and clarified that this service was free - I did not request any other additional battery service. I recommend going elsewhere if you want your requested services to align with the charges in your bill.Service: Oil change

They are extremely friendly and professional. Bryan called me and texted me pictures midday on the progress which no other auto service I've been to has done. These guys rule. They were patient & helped me out with every part of the process when my engine died & several other repairs on my old car, from sourcing the hard to find parts though transport and install of a 30 year old engine. Very fair prices for all the headaches my car has put them through. It s a small space but they ve been super accommodating with storage while waiting on parts etc. Recommend!!

I went in today for service and when I decided to ask the mechanic a few questions, the guy that sits at the desk inside cursed me out and told me I m wasting his time because I had a few extra questions about the servicing of my vehicle and he didn t like the fact that I had questions. He raised his voice several times, telling me I wasted his time, all in front of customers getting gas. He smiles in your face because he wants your money but they don t really respect you they just want your money. He could ve simply told me that there s nothing we can do at this point, and that the mechanic had to get back to work. Don t go to UNION AUTO SERVICES if you have questions!!!Service: Electrical repair

These guys are incredibly honest and nice. Union Auto has helped me with everything from brakes to body rust (clarification: the car had rust, not me ). They're always polite and prompt. You can't put a price on honesty, but their rates are extremely reasonable to boot!

I recently had to have a car door replaced and found that Union Auto Services had the best price compared to 4 other local auto body shops I contacted. They found a used door to cut the cost of replacement, and when that door ended up being damaged, they found ways to keep the cost manageable. Not only did they repair my door, but changed my brakes, rotated the tires and changed the air filters while they had the car - all at a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning for any repairs needed.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming

This place is hands down incredible. For a quick review, Union Auto has a crew that is kind, honest, very fairly priced, don't pressure you to get work done on your car that is expensive/unnecessary, and they care for the safety of their customers.For a longer review to detail my experiences, I had come in last minute quite frazzled about damage done to my car (all cosmetic but significant), and Rabi was not only extremely helpful but also honest in the work he was going to do with my car. He gave me flexible options in replacing my bumper, and didn't push me to do any of the expensive options. Also, although I chose the least expensive option, Rabi made my car look great and quite frankly cool!Furthermore, I was on a bit of a time crunch and couldn't get my car fixed right away before a 7 hour drive. Upon telling them this, they very kindly took a deep look at my car to make sure there was no internal damage that would make the car unsafe during my drive. While they were checking it, they asked if I wanted to see under the car and explained to me what some of the things were and how my car was okay so that was very cool! But this I think really shows how much they care for the safety of their customers and community, and their service went above and beyond what I had expected.I ended up having to go back to them not long after due to something I did to my brakes, and they remembered me and helped me in the same day.Also, beyond the care and kindness of this crew, it's also worth noting that they have the best prices I was able to find for the auto shops in Cambridge/Somerville!Thanks again Rabi and team!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Incredibly helpful!! I came in needing a tire replacement and they rushed to order and replace my tire when I told them I needed it before a commute to work. It was really incredible to see how quickly they moved as soon as they heard how soon I needed it. They were able to do it within 2 hours, as a walk in! They were so friendly and gave amazing service. Great price too! I expected it to be a much more stressful situation, but they were awesome and really made you feel like everything was going to be taken care of. 10/10 and will definitely be coming here again for anything I might need with my car!Service: Tires

I had my brakes fixed a couple years ago by another shop in the area. They were cool, had a nice shop and similar prices to the area. They even sold me on going with nicer materials so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while. My brakes ended up breaking down less than a year later and instead of going back to them, I decided to take a chance and come here to Union Auto. They took a look and found that the other place used cheap parts. They helped me out and actually took care of my car problems and I've been back with other issues that they've been able to help with. Their service is amazing and the prices were even better than the other shops I've tried. Haven't been anywhere else since. These are the guys to come to if you need any work done on your vehicle.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

Rabi and the crew are awesome. They are thorough, honest, fairly priced and provide quality service. We have been going to them for the expected, oil changes and unexpected, crash repairs. We trust their expertise and work. What an incredible crew Union Auto Services has. They have been taking care of my car ever since the Dealer Warranty expired. From Oil & Filter Changes, Tires and most recently, my brakes. They are very thorough while inspecting my car to make sure it s safe to drive. Being a woman, it s very difficult to find a trustworthy Mechanic and I m so happy that I found them. They take pride is everything they do. What s best is that they are so close to my home and work, I just drop my car off and they take care of the rest. A++ Service & Quality - thank you so much

My absolute favorite auto repair shop. The whole team is incredibly friendly and helpful, they know what they re doing and make an effort to teach their customers as well-emphasizing autonomy and confidence. They worked on my ancient Subaru several times, replacing belts, overhauling the muffler, oil changes, brake replacement, and more and I was completely satisfied every time. They have fair prices and are a true community shop, putting people above profits. I would very highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Most 5 star reviews on this website is faked, if this company messes up your property, they will be dodging you and making up excuses for their driver s drunk decisions from personal experience, the communication doesn t exist between them so don t hold hope s of them passing important messages between each other, they have the tendencies to blame other ppl like a simple address, you can give it to them precisely but they will still go to the wrong address than blame another company for their incompetence. So I recommend another service for professionalism & courtesy.The company even has the owner s sister running things when he s on vacation as if being his sister is a job title within the company. Lol

Brian and Union Auto have been great to me! They work fast, have great rates, and really do their best to take care of their customer. This was my first time owning a car in Boston and was worried about taking my car in after stories I have heard, but Brian made the process quick and painless. He didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs or overcharge. Instead they were very straight forward about what my car needed and even took the time to educate me a bit about what was going on.I recently went back there for my third time, this time to get my breaks changed. They gave me a great price and I ended up saving a ton of money. This will be my spot as long as I live in Mass!

They once me a free inspection of the brakes to make sure nothing was wrong with them.Another time, my brakes actually needed a repair and they gave a good price, good service, super fast turnaround. Robby is great.

Stumbled upon this place by pure luck while googling in the Boston area for a shop that can finally solve my 2007 Corolla Le excessive vibration issue. Decided to give here a try because every single review were a 5 Star and let me tell you, every 5 star is worth it. Bryan is amazing and best mechanic I ever met (not exaggerating). Before coming here, I took my car to many shops that told me the vibration is normal, there s nothing wrong with my car, parts etc. Bryan figured out immediately that it was my Engine mounts that were going bad. The mounts were replaced at a decent price. Bryan and John took care of it in a timely fashion and I did not have to leave the car all day. Me being a female, Bryan also did not try to take advantage of me and overprice me. I will highly recommend this place to anyone. They will explain everything to you in detail. My only regret is not finding this place sooner .

They seemed totally honest and charged a fair price. I dropped my car off one afternoon to get new brakes and they had it done by noon the next day. They charged a fair price and pointed out a couple other issues I was well aware of. I decided to not to get them fixed that day and they did not pressure me to or act like it was an urgent issue.Service: Brakes

What a great crew Union Auto Services has. I came in with concerns about my car when it started to overheat. They put it on the lift and gave it a thorough check up. They pointed out that I had a coolant leak coming from the thermostat & water pump area. Within minutes, Bryan was on the phone and ordered the parts. Zizi- the mechanic started working on my car and in less that 2 hours my car was fixed!I couldn't be happier with my experience. Very friendly. knowledgeable & professional. Keep up the great work!!

I had an alternator go bad on my car less than two days before an week long trip that would see me in my car the majority of the time. Union Auto Services was top notch in getting me in, getting it fixed (an annoying/hard repair on the Honda Accord) and getting me back on the road the same day. I had my brakes, axel, tires, timing belt replaced and they did it steadfast. They have keen eyes for repairs, attention to details and work with the budget. I love bringing my car, leaving it with them and feel at ease, knowing they will take care of me and give me the best service.

I fully recommend Union Auto Services. All the guys, specially Bryan, are great at detecting what is going on with your car. Very thorough throughout the process. They take the time to explain and give you information about what is happening with your vehicle. So far, I only have great things to say about this place and the crew. Keep up the good job!

Jos� (Zizi) & Bryan were incredibly helpful. I had a flat tire on my new CR-V. Within an hour they had got a new tire and installed it on my car. Excellent service on all levels!I highly recommend Union Auto Services and will definitely be back for my regular maintenance.

I ve been here almost 5 times since I bought my car in 2019. Always service is amazing they are so friendly and will never try to con you. Best prices I ve come across in Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington, Malden and Everett. They always go above and beyond to make you happy and save you money. I m a young girl with questionable driving skills who clearly doesn t know anything about repairs and they never try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I had an issue with my car and wasn t sure what it was. I asked around and someone referred me to Union Auto Services. They took the car for a short test drive and right away, Zizi (The Mechanic) new exactly what it was. He put the car on the lift and pointed out the my rear wheel hub was worn out so bad that my tire was close to falling off and my brakes were almost grinding down to the metal. Within minutes, Bryan was on the phone ordering parts and Rabi was on his way to pick them up from the warehouse so they could finish the job ASAP.I couldn t have been happier with the service I received. So professional throughout the whole experience and best of all, their price for all the work was so much less than what I was expecting to pay. Thank you so so much!!!
