Took my car for an inspection. Nice guys in the shop. Enjoyed chatting with the owner while I waiting for the inspection to be completed. It actually needed a blinker ..which they were able to replace onsite for me at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend

They lied to me and charged me twice the price for the old worst tire. It punctured 2 minute right after i leave the store. They lied to me and said there was a nail. When i asked to return it they said they are going to charge me 75 dollar labor charge just for one tire to return. Owner is too agressive and worst customer service, i had ever had in my entire life. This place is a total scam.

Worst service and very aggressive people. Very scary people. Please think 10 times before getting any service from them. Charged 100 dollar for used tire, and didn t even last 1 mile. Very manipulative at beginning and very aggressive if asked for return.

5 years as a faithful customer doesn't mean anything to the owner. I brought my car in for a check engine light. He tells me I need a whole new gas tank. Quotes me 2000 dollars for the whole thing. And that's the low estimate. I'm shocked so I ask what is wrong with it. "It's bad". Okay. Can you tell me specifically what is wrong? "It need to be replaced!". I ask again and he won't tell me so I say I need to get a second opinion and I'm going to pick it up.While I'm picking it up he starts barking at me for being rude. I pointed out that he wouldn't tell me what was wrong and then he flat out started to lie. Completely fabricating an alternate reality where he was trying to explain it to me but I just refused to listen. Delusional. Then tried to force me to bring the car in to go back on the lift so he could "prove it to me". I left while he was yelling at me in the parking lot.Turns out it does need a new gas tank. The new place had no trouble explaining the connection pipe at the top was rusting out. Clear as day. Also quoted me 950$ total. Bye Trum Sunoco. And keep your political views to yourself. I wanted to light myself on fire listening to you complain about paying for your kids college while ranting against student loan forgiveness. Well it's getting harder for you now cause after 5 years of inspections, oil and brakes I'll never be back.

I've been to a lot of auto repair shops and had work done on my car. None can hold a candle to Trum Field Sunoco! They have the best and most knowledgeable, auto mechanics and the fairest price I've ever come across. They are honest, fair and highly skilled workers.

Awesome staff. I came in due to a flat tire. They changed out the flat for the donut and gave me multiple quotes for replacement tires (they had to order one for me). I came back the next day and they put on the replacement tire in under 10 minutes. Very friendly, not pushy. I won't hesitate to go back to them if needed.

Had a pretty terrible experience with my car inspection today. The inspection failed for tires being too worn, mainly the two back tires. Upon closer inspection with the mechanic, I noticed that there was a piece of the tire on the back passenger side that looked freshly gouged. I did ask for a quote, for which the owner refused to share once I told him that I would rather bring my car to be inspected further by my own trusted mechanic for a second opinion before making a decision (unfortunately my trusted mechanic does not do inspections and when I told him of this place, he did not recommend based on the terrible customer service complaints). I will not be returning to get my car re-inspected here, I'd rather spend an extra $35 elsewhere once I have my tires replaced. The owner handled this extremely poorly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Perhaps being a minority and female does not help where these men feel that they can take advantage.

The staff was professional and I felt very comfortable here. They fixed my flat tire in under 10 minutes and it only cost $20. In the process, they noticed that I needed new brake pads. I could tell they were not trying to take advantage of me because although I needed both front and rear replaced, they said that the rear needed to be done immediately while the front could wait until I moved out of state in a month. Even though they knew that they would not get my business for the front break pads, they did not push me to get them done. Would definitely recommend this place!

well I had a bad experience, obviously the only time I will ever go there so my review reflects this. I went to get an inspection, gave them my key with my phone number on it and went across the street to the park there to study. when I came back the inspection was the standard $35 plus $30 for two license plate light bulbs!!. they did not call me they did not ask they just installed outrageously priced bulbs. of course they could have rejected my car and that gives me something like a few weeks to remedy the situation and I cannot legally be ticketed in that time. I could have ordered two bulbs on Amazon for a dollar a piece. yes I know that service stations need to make a living. but they should also be decent and ask before they do some work and charge me.so what is the first thing one does when one gets ripped off like this? yep go to Google and write a review. I wish I could get my money back but it is not worth the time. that $30 is a good chunk of my wage. thanks for costing me the equivalent of a good chunk of time! and I'll tell others not to go there. Bad Business practice.

I called frantically on a Friday morning after noticing I had a flat tire before work. When I arrived minutes later, the man who answered my call came outside upon my arrival and took my car immediately into the shop and repaired my tire within minutes. I wasn t even late to work. Very good people. Will come back for any future service. The other shops I called couldn t take me until later in the day.

The guys that work here are great. I've taken my car to at least 3 other places asking them to top of my transmission and they all told me they couldn't. These guys took care of it in 5 minutes . Great customer service that you can trust and not worry about getting ripped off. This is the only place I'll be taking my car from now on

It's so hard in Boston to find a mechanic that is both honest and not sexist. I am a woman who likes to roll my sleeves up and do some of my own car work, and these guys are always fantastic about answering my lengthly questions and taking aside their time to explain things to me when I'm in for some work. They're incredibly competent mechanics, and are very honest about what kind of repair is actually important and don't just try to sell you on work to make more $. Will never take any car I own anywhere else.

Hands down the best! My family has been going there for over 20 years and they are fantastic! Their rates are fair and their work is exceptional!One of my hoses became lose and I luckily made it to their shop and they helped me out without charging me since all they had to do was tighten the clamp.Thank You

I went in for an inspection pretty much knowing that I was going to fail the exhaust inspection. It had been making a lot of noise, so I knew there was a hole somewhere. They spotted it - heard it - before they even got it into the garage. They told they could give me a fail sticker or throw it up on the lift and fix it right then. They showed me where the exhaust had broken, and where it was also likely to break soon - the gaskets on both sides of the muffler were rusted. One completely gone, the other was essentially dust that crumbled if you looked at it wrong. They pulled out all the parts, priced them out and gave me a total, plus labor and the inspection. All fair prices, based on what I had run into before. The repair took a little longer than the hour they had estimated, but they decided not to charge for the overrun since they were the ones who estimated wrong.All in all, I will continue to go back to them for my inspections and some light labor. Still a fan of my usual garage.

Mike and his team are just plain awesome. We've been going there for years. I have a '99 Corolla that I just want to keep safe and running, so if you're looking for honest pragmatic advice, this is the place. I can't thank them enough for dealing with our insurance company, who dragged their feet for weeks on a claim. (Don't get me started about Arbella, horrible company.) Mike was patient throughout the entire process and even refused a tip! My pride was hurt :), but once again I was thoroughly impressed with their integrity. Keep up the great work!

Very nice group of guys. Kanaan will joke with you so be aware. The owner mike is kind. George and joe are very hard workers. Made me feel like family. I live 40 minutes away, but this is the only place I trust with my car.

The owner of this garage ( Michael) engages in price gouging, does repairs without confirming the cost of work first, and is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a gas station approximately 100 yards down the road which is infinitely better as far as professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend hillside auto for any repairs or work needed. Trum field Sunoco is trash.

Michael and his staff were awesome. Took my car in for inspection and they found a part was broken. Michael called four places to find the part and then broke down all the costs. He was thorough and totally professional. When the car was ready, he came and picked me up instead of me walking the two miles over there. Great service, nice guys, totally happy with the work done.

Legitimately nice folks. Small auto shop and gas station, gave me a free fuse in the winter when a window heater blew. Get my inspections done here, and other small repairs.

I called for an inspection and they stayed open an extra few minutes for me to get there and to squeeze me in before closing. I went again later because a warning light went on in my car. The mechanic quickly took a look, realized it was nothing, reset the mechanism, and refused to take anything for it. Definitely my new go-to place for everything car-related.

Friendly staff. Fast turnaround time on oil changes and inspections. If you bring your car in because you hear something funny, they'll take a look at it without batting an eyelash. Even better after they replaced the old pumps. What more could you ask for?

Needed my tire replaced ASAP at 7:30AM, and they were able to replace it (for very cheap!) in about 10-15 minutes. Great services and great prices!

This place almost killed me. They have side deals with AAA tow drivers. Got a flat, AAA brought me there instead of Hillside tires, 2 days car was sitting on lot. Very rude disrespectful and ignorant employees who blamed me for their order mistake, and removed my sway bar off my back tires, almost causing a rollover. Im getting a lawyer.

The personal was nice, but my credit card didn't work and went straight to Woody's and worked right away . So they just wanted cash every time we go there credit or debit same thing doesn't matter they just want cash!!!

Got my MA state inspection done here the other day. Easy experience, in and out in 10 minutes and they even put my temporary plate on for me.
