This is my absolute favorite auto shop - I always feel incredibly well-informed, respected, and understood when I bring my car in for repairs. I'm not part of the family but they make it feel that way!Along with my personal and business vehicles, the guys on my work crew also take their cars to them now. Despite not having a website up lol (inside joke since I offered to help with it), I highly recommend Ravelo's for your auto repair needs!

Ravelo's is a family owned company. They treat their customers as if they were part of the family, too. Went in at the end of March, 2021 to have back passenger window looked at for not going up or down. They diagnosed the problem right away, ordered a new master switch, and had the window functioning with precision the very next morning. Rafael and his daughter, Joselyn, were friendly and warm. They gave me an extremely fair price for the part and labor. I've always treated my 2002 Honda with TLC. I am so grateful to a neighbor for recommending them. This is my go-to auto service from now on. I feel welcomed. They care about my needs. Another waiting customer also spoke of them highly. Their work and word of mouth speak for themselves. Rafael and Joselyn, thank you for making me a part of your extended family.

Worst inspection I've ever seen. I didn't know they knew the used car dealership from down the street all they did was sell me the car and tell me its perfect . They told me the oil was full i checked and it was almost empty .When i brought it back to the lot i told the car dealer they said You've been friends for yearsand he says yeah they do all my car work stuffScam

My mom has trouble financing a car at a good price , because of her credit, but when we went to Ravelo, they helped her get a new used car, in very good condition. We are so thankful and grateful for their services. I would recommend them to others.

I tried for DAYS to get through. Nobody answered and there is no machine to leave a message.I had two vehicles to bring in. You would rather a reliable garage.

I bought a used car from them. I was looking for a while but picked them because of their reviews and they had the car I wanted. Now 5 months later, I love my car, it runs great and I got it for an awesome price. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Ravelos

Quick work efficiently done. Fair prices and they get the work done every time. I had my fair share of going to mechanics/auto shops and after a lot of wasted money not to mention time i have found my honest go to shop for my cars needs.

Bought a Jeep whose transmission broke down after maybe 39-40 days of use.. when I took it back to Ravelo, the owner wanted to change the filter of the transmission to fix it obviously that didn t work - ended up spending over $2000 buying and installing a new transmission in a jeep authorized dealer. Not a pleasant experience.

Had to get my car towed here. Saturday before Easter. Was very lucky they were open. Very very nice people. Very quick also fixed the vehicle on Monday day after Easter and now I just have to go get it

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They have had my car for a week and all I seem to get are excuses on why it's not done. this is the first and very last time I go to them. The only reason I went to them was because I didn't have AAA to tow my car far so they were my last resort, I now wish I paid the addition money to have it towed to where I know they would get it done. At Santo and fausto in Waltham, ma. No bullshit. No excuses. they get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Im a tow truck driver in the area and when people dont have a mechanic i always recommend ravelo because its the go to place for the people of medford and his ratings speak foe themselves

They are the most honest shop around Boston. They show you whats wrong and only fix whats broken.. I wish more shops were like this..
