I had a smooth and easy experience due Gerald Queck. I appreciated Gerald s professionalism and demeanor during interactions throughout the entire process. He was very helpful from the jump with an in-depth knowledge of all the amazing features that the car has to offer. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide explanations. The license registration also went through quickly than expected. My car is also looking real sleek and I love it. Can t wait to create memories with it. I would recommend Gerald to anyone in need a car at Mercedes Boston. His professionalism, product knowledge and excellent customer service made him a pleasure to work with.

I just bought my first car from this location last week and I cannot stop raving about my experience. Andy Espinosa was the salesman who guided me every step of the way and he truly made this experience as amazing as it was. I very much appreciated his breadth of knowledge and his ability to answer all of my many questions about this process seeing as it was my first time purchasing a car. He guided me through all my options and supplied me with all the facts I would need to help me make my decision. I ve had my car for just about a week and I couldn t possibly be happier with the choice I made. If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes I highly suggest this location be your first stop, you won t regret it.

I had the MOST amazing experience at Mercedes of Boston. I had just moved and was about to start my new job which I travel for and need a car; I contacted them Thursday and my car was ready to go early afternoon Friday!!!! I worked with Rob Tinkham and he was the best, I needed a rush job and he made it happen with a smile! He was kind, informative and most of all efficient!! His manager who I closed out with also had a great whit about himself; overall I had a great experience. I've even went back with questions a few weeks later and yet again another good experience. I had my dog with me and one of the reps gave him a treat and played with him, so sweet!
