That was easy! I love my new Toyota!!! Found a car that I liked, test drove it , decided to buy. John Jimmy and Rocco took care of the rest. Professional, friendly , knowledgeable and super helpful but NO pressure. If you are looking for a used car, go to John's Auto Sales . You will be happy you did.

First: my salesman, Carl, was professional, friendly, patience, listen to my needs, was not pushy, and most importantly very respondent. Either had the answers or if not, got the answer. There to help and serve. Thanks Carl.Jimmy (Finance department) Great man and person. Worked with me and made financing easy, stress free, and made it happened quickly. Always there to answer questions and very responsive, even during a very busy workday/evening. Very attentive to your needs and in person, made you top priority. Very personable and respectful. Thanks Jimmy!What I loved most was the whole staffing from the gentlemen who greets you at door, the gentleman who get you keys and plates to drive the vehicle, to the mechanic and even those workers not even working on your stuff, just making eye contact and saying hello. WOW!!! That just shows leadership throughout. Great friendly crew! I recommend these gentleman and John s if buying your vehicle. Very impressed!!!I had several issues with vehicle but through it all, the mechanic Chooch, and Owner John, have helped me through each issue with grace and integrity. John (owner) is a stand up man, and does all in his power to meet customers needs! Thank you John for your honorable service!!!The vehicle on the other hand. Please do your due diligence. If they say ok to bring your mechanic (but really folks who has a mechanic to bring along with them, pay them to inspect the vehicle on the spot). Something s can t just lift the hood and boom you see the issue.Mine cost me $2300. Things that should have been done if a normal dealership was selling it.Also ask for carfax report. Read it. I should have, since I found out on a trade attempt (my car would be given straight to an auction) (no value). Structural damage .Anyways, be thorough and wise.

I am a long time buyer at johns. I have been buying cars for over 10 years from johns. I like to switch cars a little more often then needed.I just recently needed to upgrade due to family getting bigger. Johns staff made it happen. The energy in their office is comforting. You walk in, everyone says hello, ask if youd like some coffee or water. Assist you in any manner whether or not theyre working with you. They helped me clean out my old car and transfer my belongings into my new car. John made selling my old truck and starting over possible. Thank you for all your help! Your generosity means alot to my family and I. We love our new truck!!!!

I love the energy they bring. My car salesman was Carl and he was the best at helping me find a vehicle big enough for my family. Rocco was amazing as well helping me get approved and get setup with my new vehicle. This my second car with them .

About a month ago we bought a used Dodge Challenger and worked with Malcon. When we brought it home, we discovered issues with the tie rods and the radio. I was afraid that we had made a mistake in buying a used car, but I called Malcon and they sent a tow truck to pick up the car. They fixed the tie rods and put a new radio in the car very quickly, and my husband loves driving this car. Thank you!!

I would not recommend this dealer if you are looking for a trust worthy by the word company. We purchased a truck from them with lots of promises from them that were never followed through with. It is upsetting that a company would put a family in a vehicle that is dangerous. We only moved forward with it because they said they would fix the repairs. Never happened. We ended up spending over $6000 to fix the truck on top of what we paid them. We have went to other dealers since them for advice and they informed us those are scams. We went through many different people to communicate the issues and could not get a solution. Please take your family to a credit worthy dealer for vehicle purchases. It would be smart for your safety and savings.

I worked with Paul. He was nice and professional. They certainly know how to haggle, but I feel I got a fair price for my car. Very quick and easy process overall.

Let me just say these guys are the best they helped me when I was in tough spot (they could of turned me away like all the other places I went to but they didnt) John lil John(Jimmy) Roco and big Jimmy in finance my second time buying a car with them and I am a very satisfied customer there aren't too many good people around but theses guys are it one stop shop you won't have to look no further check them out!!!! Thank you for everything. They actually care about real life stuff and they understand things happen. THANK YOU JOHN'S AUTO!!!!

Sold me an SUV that had all types of issues. Guaranteed me they would fix it! Attempted to return the vehicle within 30 days and was told no because they didn t get a chance to fix it so when I have them the chance they gave me the run around for 2 months. Here I am now 5 months later and having to fix a transmission that should have never been sold to me broken in the first place. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again! Shadiest, most untrustworthy car dealership in all the land!

Called dealer numerous times to make sure they had the car I was looking for and after traveling 2 hours to see it I was told by Carl, who I spoke with the same day told me he had it. Worst dealer ever, don't even waste your time at this place, bunch of liars. The owner actually admitted that his salesman Carl lied about having the car!

The truck I was going to see, that they said was there, wasn't. It was a couple minutes (more like 15 minutes) down the road at a garage. Got there and it was so buried I couldn't get around or even in it to start it. So they said sorry, they'd call us in a week to drive the 1hr to come see it again. After this appointment went bad I wasn't going back to that disorganized place.

They are helpful, kind and honest. I ve worked personally with John (at Somerville Locations) & Eric Perry (in Lynn Location) and both provided knowledge and outstanding customer service! Would definitely recommend! Love my new 2017 Toyota Camry!

Five stars hands down a great dealership that you can trust. Great people here took good care of me. Johns has a great reputation because of how they take care of their customers. When I was talking about buying a car people kept telling me to go here. So I checked it out and left with a car I absolutely love. I just want to say thank you to Paul and Rocco! You guys are the best!

I lived in Somerville for 20 years. Selling my mother-in-law's car because she will not be driving anymore. Jon's provided great communication and buying service, fast and courteous, and a solid price. Their competitor down the street lowballed me when I offered to sell at a fair price, but Jon's met the price right away, no problem at all. Then they arranged to transport me back home cheaply. I highly recommend Jon's!!

Please avoid them if you can. They will sell you a vehicle, make promises, overcharge and never follow through. Also, these 5 star reviews are scams. Service should be consistent not in extremes as these reviews are showing. Beware.

My experience buying a car at johns auto sales were nothing but excellent! I told Carl that I needed a car that I had no money but that I was desperate...he found me one and I was totally satisfied! That car was totaled and I needed another car because a family member totaled my car and it was the same thing . I went to Summerville and asked for Carl and he found me snother car that I could afford and I am totally satisfied with it.. Carl even had them drop it off to me in lynn. Everyone that I had any contact with at johns auto was very friendly with me and I would definitely go there if I ever needed a car. Thank you Johns Auto!

It was a real pleasure selling my 2014 car to John's Auto Sales.I got a fair price, close to Kelly Blue Book, with no hassle and it was 35% more than what the dealer offered as trade-in so I already come out ahead even if I just pay asking price on the new car.John's Auto Sales was super-efficient, texted me within minutes of entering my car data on Kelley Blue Book and Paul Meyer sorted everything out efficiently and pleasantly.With John's Auto Sales, I'll never trade in a car at a dealer again.

I don t even know where to begin. I was told on short notice that my little ford fusion wasn t going to make it through the winter this year. So I had started looking for a new car when johns auto sales came across my web page and there was a beautiful dodge charger that had cought my eye. I put in a request to come look at the car and not even 30 minutes later I had a wonderful man named Carl who I had talked to over the phone with for a while. He had told me all the information over the phone and said I could come to look at it that day. When I came and looked at the car I fell in love immediately. Carl had given me some great advice being a first time buyer and was able to help me understand everything about the car and the purchasing process before even looking at the car. I was overly impressed with the customer service Johnautoparts has been. Nothing but smiles and determination for you to leave happy with be waiting for you the second you walk through their doors. Not only that but Carl was nothing but truthful about the car and all it s little details and not only that but was even looking for flaws in the car to fix before I had even gotten the car in my possession after I had purchased the car. When I purchased the car he was able to get everything done and settled in a matter of two days and even registered the car right on the lot. All I can say is thank you to the whole staff for being so kind and making my priority! I will definitely be buying from you guys again!!!

Very nice place to shop for a vehicle. Prices are good,Cars are good and the service they give you is 5 star. John has a very good group who work under him and all work well together.I have bought a few vehicles over the years and Always had a good experience. Highly recommend shopping at John's.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PEOPLE !!!!If you want to get completely and totally ripped off then by all means buy from them. They promise to fix things before you purchase but they lie to you like your an idiot and when it s time to do the paperwork they will charge you more than the agreed price and hope you don t catch it. I ve owned my vehicle for a little over a month now and I can t even drive it because when you go to put gas in it it just pours onto the ground instead of in your tank. Check engine light came on they said they fixed it but all they did was clear the code. Dash cluster didn t work they told me the fixed it but it still doesn t work and when I asked about it not working they told me that they did replace it but the 2nd one was broken as well. Really do you think I m that stupid ? Oh yeah and when I went to get it inspected I was told by the guy inspecting it that my emergency brake doesn t work. So my advice is if you don t want your money stolen or to be lied to or treated like your an idiot and totally taken advantage of then PLEASE DON T BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!UPDATE- just had the emergency brake fixed $1350. Thanks John s Auto SalesBunch of SCUMBAGS !!!!!If I could give negative stars I would !!!

I never in my life time wrote an review but Johns Auto hands down THE BEST!!!!!!! I first met with Paul M He kept it up front from the start then he handed it to Rocco to get me the best Finance Company around very fast and accurate not to mention very pleasant was in my car less than a week went to pick up the car and met Jimmy omg he was amazing also...and the owner John he gave me the best service since i called even after i got my car he called to make sure I loved it this is my first time financing and they made it easy for me these guys deserve a big round of applause for the great work they do i will recommend them to anybody thanks guys !!!!! You guys are amazing

I sold my car to Paul with way less drama and back-and-forth than what I got from 2 other dealerships beforehand. He was courteous yet direct, and explained the process well. I was a hot day, and Paul offered me water when I walked in, then offered a lift back home after I sold the car. I appreciate the gestures and their offer was competitive.If you have a car to sell, I recommend coming here to get a quote.

I had been looking to sell my car for a while and I ended up here through a KBB referral after trying to get an idea of what my car was currently worth. My interactions with John and Paul were very friendly and professional.I spent most of my time here with Paul and he made me feel like a valued customer. At no point was I rushed or felt pressured to do anything. He was informative and gave me the space to make my own decision. When I did speak with John about the potential value of my car, he didn t pressure me either. We did end up reaching an agreement with a number both parties were happy with. The paperwork took less than 30 mins and I received copies of everything. If you are trying to sell your vehicle, bring the title with you to save time (even if you aren t sure if you will sell). Verbal quotes for a depreciating asset like a car are tricky and may not be valid anymore beyond the moment they are given (ie if you have to come back another day) and without the title present, the paperwork cannot be completed.I recommend John s auto sales to anyone who is looking for meaningful human interaction and honest sales people. I didn t come in to buy a car but I did notice that they do financing as well and they have an employee designated for that there.All of the staff were so courteous as well. Someone always held the door open for me if we happened to be walking through it at the same time, and another staff member even provided me with random bags to take all my items out of my car which was him going above and beyond his job. I should have emptied my vehicle/ checked that it was empty beforehand but due to uncertainty of being able to sell it, and thinking that since my husband cleaned my vehicle to take photos, he had emptied it already.The location although is in a great place for marketing (you can see their sign as you drive right on by towards Somerville), the size of the lot is a little small and difficult to get to with all the construction currently going on. Use the Burger King parking lot to make it easier on yourself.
