This shop went ahead to work on our Volvo automatic transmission without having a Volvo automatic software for it. They removed the transmission for diagnostics to miss on a real issue and that's synchro teeth damage. They said its control unit and they went ahead replacing it. We provided the part. When they needed to calibrate the part to make it work, they decided it was ok to tow our truck to the dealer for calibration ( since they dont have a software for it). A dealer realized that's not the issue so they told us in order to properly diagnose the issue they need to reopen the transmission and do their own diagnostics. So then we had to have a dealer work on our truck again.This shop is ignoring all the facts about what just happened and still goes on about how it is completely ok to take on a job they cannot do and waste time and revenue for their customers. Cherry on the top instead of apologizing and having us move on without more time wasted and stress, now they are refusing to return us our control unit core they kept after playing with our truck. Our whole office and home shop team is beyond shocked with what just happened to us. Taking the work you can't do and towing trucks elsewhere without our knowledge and billing us for it. I have tried resolving this issue with them but no luck.

Broadway Brakes is top-notch! They came over without hesitation to where I was to fix my water hose that had blown and I was able to get back up and running to make it to my next pickup down in New Jersey time is money to a truck driver.

We have tried many places over the years for our straight truck repairs and maintenance with varying degrees of success. I can't believe these guys have been right down the street from us for all these years. They do the Best most Complete work and their pricing is fair. They turn our trucks around like magic. I never write reviews but this place is so good, I had to take the time to recommend them.

The worst place ever . Don t go there . They fixed my truck and 5 months after it broke down again I took it somewhere else to check and they said all work that was done previously by this place was bad and not done right . I called they refused to reimburse me . And said to come back and pay labor and they will recharge me again : avoid this place it will save u time and money

Listen..this place treated me so good! Phil was fair and offers GREAT advice. He actually tells you what needs to be done and gives you all the vital information needed to make your vehicles performance better. I would definitely use them again!! Phil and his crew are awesome guys. At least give them a call! Tell em Teresa sent ya!!

I drive long haul and my electric connection broke at the receiver's location. I couldn't drop the trailer and drive so I called Broadway and he said he will put it on the next truck out for delivery. Received the correct part within 20 min from ordering. Thanks Broadway Brake for great and very prompt service

We had a box truck break down yesterday on a delivery run, with brake trouble. We took it to Broadway Brake and the guys turned around the repair in 1 day! We are picking it up tonight. Super grateful for their quick response time and repair as we needed to get our Isuzu back on the road. Thanks!

I have been in contact with Phil since 2:30pm yesterday for a service call. Discussed pricing and what may be the issue with our truck. Said to call him at 7:30am the following day to confirm and to send out his service guy. 9:30am, I give Phil a call to check if the service guy is still coming out, said "yes, just very heavy traffic", mind you my driver was less than 20miles away.. 10:30am , once again I give him a call to check status. He said my guy had to turn back, he got sick.My driver sat there for 3 hours waiting on him and in the end I couldn't even get a phone call to inform me that his "driver" got sick.UnprofessionalRudeI do not recommend these guys..

As a Business Owner of a fleet of trucks, I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for many years. My trucks are repaired in a timely manner and are repaired correctly. I personally speak with the Owner of the the company who understands the trucking business and is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of Trucks.

Hopefully you have good brakes already because this maniac is one of the worst drivers I've seen, cut across 3 Lanes of rush hour traffic in the 93 tunnel to jam their way into the exit, honking the whole way. Can't speak to their work, but glad my brakes are already fine

Incompitent workmanship. force parts together, cut corners and use junk parts. they don't use gaskets where necessary and leave hardware loose. overpriced shoddy work. thieves. Bring your truck to Broadway Brake if you want screw yourself. scumbag is too nice of a description.
