BBC Auto is great! These guys do good work and are very efficient. They re fair and honest. I have no complaints. I m new to the Boston area and very glad I found BBC. They will be my go-to repair shop from now on.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now for regular maintenance (e.g. oil change) and repairs for my Jeep. I could not be more happy with the service and quality of the work. Eddy, Diego, and the rest of the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They explain the issues clearly and provide fair and affordable prices. Eddie and his crew did an amazing and efficient job and are incredibly fair with their pricing. Brought my car in and they quickly outlined the issues I'd been having without pressuring me or upselling me. I learned I needed new front brakes, rotors, and hubs. The staff here and the quality of service is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I called this morning asking for an inspection due to some squeaking, and they were able to fit me in immediately. The inspection was done in under an hour, and they were able to do the repairs to my brakes needed immediately too! The staff were very friendly, nice, and very understanding, and helped a lot even when I was nervous!! The cost was very very reasonable, and the help that I received was invaluable. I will absolutely come here again for all of my maintenance needs, and highly recommend that others do the same!! :) I will be sharing this location with all of my friends!! The best shop around. Very friendly and professional staff. Fast turnarounds and extremely fair prices on most repairs. Eddy, the owner, is always very helpful and always goes out of his way to accommodate everyone. I have been a customer for a while and I'm always extremely happy with their job. I strongly recommend their services!

My car broke down and this was the place the tow service recommended. The next day, I got a phone call and they said they found the problem and fixed it. He didn't even charge me since it was a simple fix. I will be highly recommending this shop from now on

Exceptional service by Eddy and a team. Brought my car in the morning, got identified what s wrong and the quote in fifteen minutes. The car was ready for pickup early afternoon. Professional team, polite communication and high quality job.

Finally found my mechanic in Boston!! After a few years of trying different shops around Boston I can finally stop searching. BBC is great. Very fair pricing and fast service. I had gone to another place prior to BBC and BBC was able to do the same service significantly cheaper. Great guys and will be recommending to all my friends

They are very professional, fast and work with good quality parts, which makes all the difference.Whenever they replace some new part of our car they always show us the old parts that have been removed. I think this is very important because it makes us confident to know that we are investing in the safety of our family!I totally recommend Bbc Auto Repair!!!

BBC is incredible. My fianc� and I took our car there for brakes, exhaust and AC. Prices were very reasonable and to top it off, one of the pieces they needed for the AC wasn t available in Boston so the owner personally drove up to Danvers to get the part to get everything fixed before the weekend since it will be in the mid 80 s. Wow!!!
