I had my truck towed here after I recently had my radiator replaced at a different shop. The valve that runs the transmission fluid line to the radiator was crimped incorrectly during this install causing all my transmission fluid to dump while driving.Wayne had diagnostics done the same day, repair made the next. Excellent communication throughout. Honest exchange of services. Wayne and his staff made an unpleasant situation, surprisingly pleasant. Mechanics don t come in this fashion anymore. Genuine business with folks who care. Gained my loyalty to his services in the future.

I like getting my vehicle maintenance handled here. Wayne is a great mechanic and he s always upfront and honest with me. It s not a large place so call ahead to schedule appointments. Once your car is in his garage you always get quality work.

Highly recommend! Bought an 04 Cherokee for my daughter a few weeks ago. I did my research. I went through the vehicle inside and out. Went under with a flashlight. Met Wayne. He saw what i was doing and offered to place the vehicle up on a lift for me to see better. We talked at length on the jeep. Told me everything he knew about it and what he replaced. I felt he was very trustworthy and honest. Jeep was flawless and runs great. We will be back to see him in a few weeks/ months for another vehicle for my son.

My fianc� brought his car there to be fixed and its been over 2 weeks now. The frustration and anger has been in place for a while now. Wayne sent it to another shop, didn't bother to tell him about it. We haven't heard a thing yet about it. Just you'll get it back this day and we don't get it back. You get it by the end of the week. And then nothing. Enough is enough already. Horrible service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Shout out to Wayne's auto over in Somerset, MA. Went to multiple dealers all over the state and by far had the best customer service there. Not like some of these other shady dealers in the area. If anyone else is looking for a used vehicle I strongly recommend visiting there first. He only trades clean quality vehicles and he's an awesome dude overall. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

Wayne, gave me a great price on a used truck. He has been honest and upfront with me ( both selling me the truck and doing work on my other vehicles) and makes sure that the work is done the correct way and not to add extra things that are not needed. He treats you like family. He treats you like he wants to be treated...with "respect"....Highly recommend him both for auto repairs and as a used car salesman!

Just purchased a SUV from Wayne's. Wayne actually found the vehicle for me. I told him what I was interested in and he went to work to find it. I test drove it and was pleased with the ride and how it handled. His price was reasonable. The car was gone through thoroughly. It was detailed beautifully. I can't thank Wayne and Sheila for making my car experience wonderful.

Recently realized I had a headlight bulb that had blown and was in need of getting it swapped out. I've done this on cars in the past so I purchased a new bulb and attempted to do it myself yet again. However, despite my best efforts I just couldn't get the new bulb to click in for some reason. This left me in a tricky spot where I was in need of a relatively minor "repair" and unsure of where to go for it. Had seen it advertised as a service provided at a lot the express oil change places but felt like they might overcharge me for what I really needed done.This ultimately is how I ended up finding Wayne's Auto Repair, did a quick google search of "auto repair" on google maps and started to look at the various ratings. Was very happy to see that Wayne's had received 4.9 of 5 based on 21 Google Reviews. This impressive rating left me feeling good about my choice and so I made a plan to swing by Wayne's on my way to work to see what they could do for me.I popped in and found the receptionist and briefly described my situation and she very politely said that she was unsure if he ("Wayne" himself) could help me out at that time since he was very busy. I appreciate that she did go into the shop to check with him though as he very kindly said he would take a look at it for me in a few minutes after he got the car he was working on out of the garage.About 5 minutes later Wayne came out and took at look at the car with me, then jumped right in to replacing the bulb for me. In a matter of 2 or 3 minutes he had successfully installed the pesky bulb that was giving me all sorts of fits back at home. After doing so he simply said "You're all set!" meaning he didn't want any money from me for the quick fix. I made sure this was really the case and he said "Yeah, no problem... maybe I can help you out again someday".Needless to say he gained immense respect from me and in all likelihood a new returning customer. I strongly recommend you give Wayne's Auto chance the next time you are looking for any sort of car repair or maintenance to be performed!

Had my starter go and needed my car for work. Wayne gave me a quote over the phone and had my car fixed the same day. Paid exactly the amount he said no weird add on fixes. Finally got quote from dealership and it would have cost me double and they didn't have the part. Guess Google reviews are right. Found my mechanic.
