This was my first time going to Quality Auto Services. They were very professional over the phone and went through potential issues with my car without it even being seen. After bringing my car there I was met by very friendly and knowledgeable people. My car issues were quickly diagnosed and repaired. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed and the prices were reasonable. They have my future business and I would highly recommend!

I recently paid a visit to Quality Auto because my car- key battery died. So not really familiar about opening the key , I asked Pat if I could come over and pop a new battery into my key.But here s another reason why I m writing, it s because a few weeks later I realized that maybe my Car Starter needed a battery.Yeah, thinking that my car starter was broken for a couple of years now, you would have thought I d figure it out. Not so! Until I thought of Quality Auto and called Pat! He s says come on over & let s take a look.Sure enough, he puts in a new battery and now I have a consistent starter.I don t know you, but it s nice to have a starter on these cold days.Even more, you don t have to feel stupid about something you don t know about, just call Quality Pat and he makes you feel like, hey no worries, let s take a look.I feel this is a very honest service center, and they are so trustworthy to do business. They do there best to take the worry out of worrying.Thank you, Pat & Kenny & crew! We appreciate your service!

The service at Quality Auto was great from start to finish both times we needed a vehicle done in the past month. They were very affordable and did a great job so far as I can tell. They were a one stop shop for oil change, repairs, and tires. They even recommended a windshield company that could do repairs/replacements as well, while the vehicle was at their shop. We will be back again and highly recommend them.

This is literally the best place I've been for my car! The staff is extremely helpful and honest and was very easily able to recommend me to where I needed to get my exhaust fixed at a good price and then easily come back and get my inspection sticker! Would definitely recommend to everyone, especially women who don't know much about cars like myself, I've never worried about them trying to charge me up and extremely honest employees!

This shop is on the top of the mass.inspection report as being a emission specialist which he s definitely not..If your going there for a diagnostic on your failed inspection for emission this is the last place I d go to.I ve been there 2 years for him to diagnose a emission problem and both times I left with no answer about what was wrong..The vehicle also sat outside his building for 2 days untouched.He takes care of his regulars even if you made an appointment 2 weeks in advance.Not impressed on his knowledge and his so-called mechanics knowledge of vehicle repairs and inspections.I don t think he should be on the list of go to shops for vehicle inspection problems.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF ITS THE DEALERSHIP..you ll get an answer to your problems instead of dealing with this shop that is a waste of timeService: Vehicle safety inspection

A week or two back, my wife had a breakdown on Highway 79 in her 2012 Hyundai Sonata. AAA towed her car to Quality Auto Services as they were the closest to where she broke down.I must say, Pat at Quality Auto Services is second to none! He brought her car into the shop and realized that her engine has seized. Instead of quoting us with what would undoubtedly be a very expensive estimate for the repair/replacement, he recommended that we reach out to a local Hyundai dealership(Pride Hyundai of Seekonk) that he has a previous relationship with dealing with this type of issue.I reached out to that dealership, and they were able to provide an engine replacement at no charge to us!Thank you Pat so much for your recommendation, I will be sure to refer my friends and family to you, and I will seek your advice on any future car repairs!

Needed my brakes fixed, oil change and check engine light. They seem to have done an excellent job. Also good customer service, will come back again

I'm typically never write complaints, and it truly is disheartening to even have to write this review. Especially after a very close friend of mine so glowingly recommended this shop.It took 10 days to get an appointment, which seemed excessive to me, but with the idea this was worth my wait, pushed me to just accept that time frame. So I booked it. I had explained my situation, where I already had my parts that my previous mechanic had ordered but unfortunately due to his health, he was no longer going to be able to do the work. He did explain that they typically won't do that, but to bring the parts in and to let the person I see when I drop the vehicle off, know.10 days later, I entered the shop was greeted quickly, but the attitude became apparent shortly there after. I had the feeling that he couldn't find my appointment in the system, as he asked me all the same questions as when I made the appointment originally. I even added another item to my list to give him the opportunity to make more money, in light of the fact I had brought my own parts for part of the job. He even asked "if the parts I brought are wrong, what did I want to do". I explained, "if thats the case, call, and I will have them get the parts and have the work done anyway, no problem".My friend came to pick me up, and we headed off to do some errands.It was around 4PM, I was getting concerned, as I had not heard anything and at that point, it had been 9 hours. I called, I got the story "your vehicle still hasn't even been looked at, and that they will be getting to it soon, but no way was it going to be finished today". I told them "not to bother, and that I would come get the vehicle, as I couldn't wait another day". I showed up a few minutes later, and another gentleman handed me my Keyes and I left. I received no apology, no explanation as to why they couldn't get a 3 hour job done in 9 hours, nothing... I was furious. I wasted 10 days to get this important repair done, took the day off from work, drove 90 miles roundtrip and had nothing to show for it. The actions of this shop were Unprofessional and inexcusable. I was shocked really, as all the reviews I had read and my friends positive accolades. That my experience would wind up being so disappointing.I will not be returning here, nor will I be recommending this business to anyone else. My friend who recommended it, was horrified and embarrassed that this had happened as well. I think what was most angering was the complete lack of communication and no remorse of what had happened. I mean, when exactly was I going to hear from someone that they couldn't get a SCHEDULED repair job done? A job that wouldn't have taken even a slow mechanic, 3 hours to do, and they couldn't manage to get it completed in 9 hours. I was immensely disappointed as I so desperately wanted to be blown away, as I am in need of a new and great mechanic. However, in light of today, they lost what potentially would be a really good customer. I own multiple vehicles and I am fastidious about repairs and maintenance, and would have brought a lot of business to him. Instead I had to find another mechanic on my way home to do what they failed to accomplish.

AAA recommended quality Auto they told me my turbo was broken that it would be $2,000 to fix. Halfway through the job they said we cannot fix this you owe us $1,700 bring it to a dealership.. I popped in to the shop for an auto inspection and my car was seen after waiting only 10 minutes (Monday morning). I didn t have a front plate in Florida so I was waiting until I got home to drill the holes and put my new plates on. The mechanic drilled the plate in for me, as well as switching my rear plate, so I wouldn t have to do it myself. Great service at a great price- I ll be returning here in the future for any auto work :)

Quality Auto is the only shop I take my vehicles to. They are always fair and honest, and they stand by their work. The only problem is that they are so busy because they do such great work that sometimes they can't work on your car for a couple of days. Give them a call if you need work done!

Pat's long time team of auto mechanics are the best anywhere. Honest, dependable, thorough, and highly respected. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I purchased a car from Ted's Auto sales and they brought it here for a state inspection. I took the car out of storage in April and the ck engine light came on and next there was a loud exhaust leak. I brought it to the dealership and was told the left & right side catalytic converters and exhaust manifolds were not there and performance headers with the oxygen sensors reconfigured were in their place. How was this not caught on the state inspection??? Also the car was lowered with oversized tires that hit the inner fender wells. The springs have spacers and rubber hose installed to gain height and deaden noise. This can't be legal either?? How was this car given a passing sticker??? I'm looking at 1000's of dollars of repairs to bring this car up to specs to be able to pass inspection. Definitely not happy with Quality Auto Service!

Unwilling to answer customer questions after spending over $1,000. "You're asking questions I don't have answers to" was the exact quote. After work was done, vehicle will not pass inspection! Would not recommend, sorry!!

Have known Pat and the guys since a kid, they have been in business even longer and did not get there cutting corners. Quality Auto, its in the name.
