It s been many years since we ve needed a new car but wanted to stay within the Kia family, so we started our search with Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury.From the moment we arrived and greeted by our salesman Jean, we were very impressed. We were taken care of every step along the way, never felt pressured, and are very satisfied with our new Kia.All our questions were answered, all our concerns were addressed. Pretty much whatever we needed was handled perfectly.Would easily and strongly recommend Wagner Kia to anyone in need of their services!

Pros: Mike in the service department is great. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle s warranty work and was willing to answer all my questions (he is the reason the review is 4 stars and not lower).Cons: No loaner available (warranty work); was asked if I had purchased the vehicle from them (did not but shouldn t matter, they are the brand representative for the vehicle and unfortunately Kia won t tow to the dealership I want due to it being further away).As for the rental I had to get, Kia corporate said I should be able to go through the dealership to get reimbursed since it would be faster for me but the dealership does not want to do that since it takes so long to get their money back from Kia so instead I have to submit directly to Kia corporate. . This to me goes back to the dealership being the brand representative and this does not bode well in my eyes to the dealerships customer service.I used to really like this dealership before Covid (no issue with loaners, etc before), not sure exactly what has changed over the past 4 or so years but not feeling the customer appreciation anymore.

This is my third lease from Wagner Kia. My last two were Sportages but this time I went with a Soul. I owned a Soul 10 years ago and it s the right size for meMy sales consultant, Jean was very knowledgeable and explained the process that would take place turning in my old lease and getting the new.He went through all the features and explained what each one did as there is quite a difference from my 2012 Soul.He was very courteous and friendlyI ve been with Wagner Kia since 2012 and I wouldn t go to any other dealership

Very friendly and convenient. They take the time to sit down and explain each maintenance repair they do. I also came in for my first oil change (since purchase) a week prior to Thanksgiving..but they informed me they were fully booked out 2 months in advanced. I told them that I wasn t aware of this and needed an oil change immediately as I was already over mileage and about to start the big holiday travel. They were very understanding and made adjustments to meet my needs (getting me in 2 days prior to Thanksgiving) Even with squeezing me in, they still went over and beyond without it feeling rushed. Thanks Kia team!

Very nice staff that helped me get the car I wanted. Just went for my first service and they are as awesome as sales. Thank you for actress as t experience. This is my 2nd review. I had to bring my car in for a recall and while it was in for the recall they noticed I needed an inspection sticker and asked if I wanted it. I m glad they took the time to ask me. Saved me from having to get it later. Then the vacuumed it and washed it. Excellent service in a timely manner.

I just went to Wagner Kia for my first oil change after purchasing a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. The experience was simple and fast. Mike at the front desk was nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. I let him know I would be walking down to a local store while the work was being completed. He called me the second my car was ready to be picked up! I will definitely be going back for all of my car needs.

Dealer will not service Kia vehicles not bought at their dealer, even in an urgent matter where the vehicle doesn t start. The first question was did you buy the vehicle here? They reported they could not service my vehicle until a month from the time it was towed there. I paid extra for a tow service to take my vehicle to a Kia dealer who provides superior service for any Kia vehicle. Car was diagnosed and repaired under warranty at a dealer 50 miles away(Tasca Kia). They even provided a loaner vehicle for that time. Wagner Kia did not want to service my vehicle because I did not buy the vehicle there.I am Disappointed that the dealer closest to my home runs a poor business model. The service department is not reliable for Kia customers that have not purchased a vehicle from them.

Bought a new Kia Seltos from here. Jean was my salesman and he was incredibly patient. It was my very first time buying a new vehicle. There was no stress and no pressure from him. He made it an enjoyable experience!! I also dealt with Joe and he was great going over all the details from financial to the in s and out s of the SUV. Today was my first oil change and Jose in the service department was pleasant. It was an easy process making the appointment and it wasn t long at the dealership. Waiting room has coffee, snacks, WiFi and a comfortable environment.

Had a very positive experience with the service department at Wagner Kia. Had a problem with the electric seat adjustment with a relatively new car still under warranty. Had a specific time for the appointment and the car was seen at the designated time. The problem was resolved along with addressing a recall that I wasn t aware of. The staff were very nice to work with and the repair was done within an hour.

My husband and I were Toyota addicts our Toyota lease was up and the prices are insane we decided to go with Kia we heard amazing things and great reviews. We stopped and talked with Daniel he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE !! spent time and explained things Not pushy at all !!! Just a great overall experience. Today we picked up our new Kia Daniel spent over 1hr with us going over all the bells and whistles !! Daniel was amazing thanks for all your help & knowledge. Very happy & excited about our new purchase.

This dealership didn t push for a sale, they went at our speed and were very accommodating. I used to work for a dealership and made that known, requesting a no time consuming experience and I feel that s what I got. Mark was great on the sales floor and made the process smooth. Any issues we had they (unlike other dealerships I ve been to), owned the issue and respectively did something about with zero expense to me.

Shirley in the service department is hands-down the best not only does she remember your name but she is genuine in her conversation but also straight to the point. They were quick with service and I didn't have to wait any longer than they had told me I would I highly recommend Wagner Kia ofShrewsbury and say hi to Shirley in the service department.

We purchased our Kia Niro from Wagner. The whole experience was pleasant and the sales process was good.My only complaint is that I was never notified that Kia connect is not available in Massachusetts due to Kia's issue with the right to repair law.I feel that selling cars that are advertised with this technology and not provided should be disclosed to the customer BEFORE the sale instead of post purchase.

They did a great job on my car and did a multipoint inspection to ensure everything was working properly. I never go to dealers for maintenance because of how overpriced they are. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and will be back next time I need an oil change or work done.

Wagner Kia is superb. I did not need an appointment for the inspection & just showed up. The waiting area is clean & comfortable & there is coffee available & a tv. I brought work to do & planned on being there for at least 2 hours but it took less than an hour. Mary Carlo & Shirley were very helpful.I ALWAYS use Wagner Kia because I bought my car there (her name is Ginger) & I know that Wagner treats her well.

My Kia was consuming oil at greater than allowed. Wagner Kia took the vehicle through the three step process and ultimately replaced the engine at no cost. I had researched online and read a lot of horror stories but Wagner was good to me and stood behind the warranty. There was no out of pocket cost, a loaner was provided and the engine replacement was two days.

I recently purchased a Kia Telluride with my wife at Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury. Brian Sullivan was our sales representative and he was great from start to finish! I had come off a night shift so wasn t in the mood for any games. Brian was a straight shooter, was very easy to work with and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (we were debating between two models specifically). There was no upsell and we walked away with a fair deal.I don t car shop often but would be happy to go do business there again.Highly recommended!
