The sales experience was awesome. I went to a number of different dealerships in my search for a new vehicle and Patrick outshined every other dealership I spoke with. If you re considering Patrick Subaru make sure you drop in for a visit. Its well worth it.I felt zero pressure from Mike when i was exploring my options. He was knowledgeable and truly sincere in wanting to help me find the best car for me and my family.And the finance process was a breeze. Dave was honest and great to work with. And all the staff I encountered were very helpful and polished. These things make a difference folks. Go to Patrick Subaru. You ll be in good hands.

I came in as a walk-in for an oil change. I know I was taking a chance as I did not make an appointment. The gentleman that assisted me went and checked. Sorry, I forgot his name. Came back and told me that it can be done. Before I agreed, he was straight to the point and honest that it could take up to 2 hrs. I said I was OK. Well, service was done promptly at an hour. So that was a bonus. Overall, from beginning to end, I was treated with utmost professionalism and not saying that because my service was done early. Keep up the great service. Thank you!

I have been leasing cars from Patrick Subaru for many years. Recently I had a new lease complimentary (free!) service visit where they rotated my tires and adjusted the pressure, changed the oil and the filter, topped off the fluids and performed a multi point inspection. They even gave me a coupon for a free local car wash as I was leaving. I interacted with a receptionist named Mary who was super pleasant and very helpful. Customer service, as well as a quality product, is the reason I continue to go back year after year!

I recently brought my Outback into my dealership, Patrick Motors, for an oil change and multi point checkup. The service rep was extremely customer friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My car was completed on time and had even been washed. I was very satisfied.

The service department namely Rebecca and Lisa were great in coordinating what needed to be done to my forester and got me in a loaner car for the day very quickly especially because I had my 2 year old with me. The GM Todd was great and checked in on us frequently! Would recommend Patrick Subaru in shrewsbury!

Purchased a 2023 Impreza from here back in March 2023. Overall was a terrible experience. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, because it's a new vehicle, my main issue with this place is the finance department. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and the sales person was extremely nice and worked with me, the issues started after the vehicle had been purchased and I sat with the financier.The first thing I said after hello was "I would only like to purchase Gap Insurance for the new vehicle, nothing else." The man I was working with then proceeded to move everything but Gap insurance & the Car extended warranty over to the left column. He then went on for 40 minutes about the options and still kept the Extended warranty in my purchase list, which I already made clear I would not like to purchase. So I thought that this warranty was the basic come with the car warranty not the stupid extended warranty. After all the talking we signed the papers and I left. Once I got home and spoke to my family I realized my mistake. I called them the next morning when they opened and asked for them to cancel the extended warranty and the Gap insurance, after speaking with my insurance company they offered me MUCH better rates (25 dollars a month for my insurance, 600 dollars a year for the one offered by Subaru.) I spoke with a man named Tri, who said the documents were "in transit" and that he would cancel them within a day or two when they were settled. Figuring the matter settled I continued on with my month, at the start of the new month I checked my principal and noticed that the gap insurance and & extended warranty were never subtracted. I called Tri's number that he had given me and left a message, never heard back from him. Called again a couple days later, again didn't reach him. Called the front desk to see if they can connect me and they managed to. Turns out Tri had moved departments and never actually canceled the contracts... he assured me that he would contact the new guy and have him complete it. Thinking surely he will get it done this time I let it be. Checked my balance a couple months later in August now, they were not removed from my principal balance. So realizing that I'm just being lied to I called the front desk and asked them to connect me with the finance department contract person. They connected me to John who understood and assured me he would get this fixed as soon as possible. I sent him an email with the requested information (picture below, just provided what he asked.) So I waited for the new month and check my principal again, you will never guess what, IT WAS STILL ON MY PRINCIPAL. So again I called and they connected me to yet another new person to help. Who assured me this time it would definitely remove it. This time I proceeded to call them every day to make sure it's not being pushed around. After the 4th day he refused to take my calls and would just speak to the front desk person who would relay what he said. I never raised my voice or got angry at any of the people I just did not want this to continue on. I had now had SEVERAL months of additional interest accrued on my loan for this portion of the principal that these guys had kept "forgetting" to cancel. Which of course they did not care about that.Overall the finance department at this Subaru dealership is made up of the most incompetent, uncommunicative, and untrustworthy people that I have ever had to work with. Will never purchase a vehicle from a Patrick Motors dealership again. Terrible experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership between sales, finance and the service department. All of my visits have far exceeded my expectation. If you need a new vehicle talk to Marco DeLeon. He was extremely helpful and most importantly honest and straight forward about everything involved with buying my new car. I was well taken care of on my trade as well. Everyone has been extremely courteous and helpful after the sale, which to me is where it really counts and says alot.

I had the most fantastic experience purchasing my car here. Frank Wilcox, my salesman, is not only a gentleman- but he is an expert in this field. He was diligent, intelligent, kind, professional and above all he was extremely patient with me. He went above and beyond to make sure my standards were met, and aside from that he was just a great person through and through. He is as good as they come. I would also like to give a shout out to Teddy at the front desk, he was very attentive and kind. He will go far in his field! Thank you Frank, you re great at what you do. And a special thank you to all of those who contributed to helping me find my beautiful new car!

I have been taking my Crosstrek to this Patrick Subaru location since I purchased it in 2021, and I will never go anywhere else. Each associate that services my car has treated me like I m their only priority in that moment. The whole staff is personable, knowledgeable and helpful. They don t recommend services I don t need. I m in and out and on with my day. It is also very clean and easy to get to. Coffee, snacks, and waters. Comfortable places to sit and get some work done with privacy. Very thorough and highly recommend!

On the day before Thanksgiving I brought the 2019 Forester for service and to have snow tires put on. After inspection I needed a few more things done and Matt managed to coordinate all of these services flawlessly .kept me informed as I waited and all the extras were completed on a very busy day. Matt was professional, courteous and excellent.On Friday brought in another car for service. Patrick did an excellent job. Everything checked out fine and I was on my way with another Excellent experience at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury!!!

I would give zero star to this dealership if it is allowed on Google review. To be short, it was my worst car buying experience. Before I went into this dealership, I already had a lot of email exchanges with serval salespersons of this dealership and had settled down with the specific vehicle, the price and other details, as well as the appointment for the transaction. My wife and I drove over half an hour to this dealership and expected a smooth and easy purchase process right before the Christmas. However, first, the agent who worked with me obviously had no idea about all the information I negotiated with them before; second, he couldn't find the vehicle in their database. After a couple of rounds to talk to someone else, he told me the vehicle was sold! No one told me this before my visit! How difficult for them to send me a message or email to give me an update before my visit? Is this a typical trick to make a promise or goodwill gesture to attract customers and then tell them they can't honor the offer or don't have what they want during their visits?Just saw some previous reviews who had the exactly same experience as me. Even the excuse is identical - "that vehicle was sold last night". I wish I had read the reviews before my visit.

I had a delighful experience at Patrick Subaru on Thursday March 28th in the morning. From the moment I called in to request for an appointment with the service team, I was treated with alot of respect even though it was my first visit. The customer advisor promptly took my details and booked me in. When I arrived, I was met by Becca who also handled me very professionally.She explained to me all the work that they had to do in detail. I will definitely be back to follow up on the remaining work that needs to be done on my car.Otherwise, much appreciation to the entire team for a job well done!

Normally I don't write reviews, but Austin went so far above and beyond that I felt I needed to! Between several different issues (long turnaround times for getting a USAA car loan, needing a new license), Austin made sure I was taken care of in the meantime and never inconvenienced. Over the several days it took to get the USAA loan figured out, he was able to get me a courtesy vehicle so I could still get to work. He also registered my vehicle for me and, once everything was completed, he went above and beyond and PHYSICALLY brought my new car to me at work! Outstanding service, will absolutely be back. Very grateful for making a stressful situation a whole lot less so! Thanks Austin!

I bought a car from Patrick Subaru in September. I soon discovered there was an safety issue, which they agreed and are working with me to get it resolved. The staff has been great, helpful and friendly from Isaac the sales mgr, John and Patrick in the service department and Lisa the service manager. I am not one to service my car at dealers, but I will definitely consider it with these people.

Good service. They paid for an Uber so that I didn t have to wait there. Only complaint was that it took a lot longer than I hoped. I had a 9 o clock appointment and asked that I get my car back by 3:00. At 3 PM I called to check in and found out that my car was ready, but I hadn t been called.

Bought a used car here a few months ago, disappointed with the whole experience. Sales rep was nice, that s about the only nice thing I can say about them.I don t think they did any work on the car between my test drive and me buying it, I asked the sales rep and he said to ask service, I asked service and they said to ask the sales rep. When I came in to buy the car, the sales rep told me I wouldn t be able to pick up that day. Then when I show up he said I could drive it home. So I had to drive all the way to pick someone up to come back for no reason lol.On top of that they don t even give a free oil change, or cover inspection fees. If you re really looking for a car and want a hassle free experience just go to a herb chambers.

This is more a Subaru issue than the dealership probably, but 1300 to replace a thermo control valve feels so excessive- from the internet I gather this is a problem lots of people have with the 2019 Foresters. The Patrick Subaru service rep is very nice and the facility comfortable but the cost of repairs is sky high. The service rep gave me a $100 managers special discount, which was nice. Great having the heat back and the check engine lights off.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Austin who I was working with was so excited for me because I was getting the car I wanted and shared my excitement just like everyone else there. He did the best he could do get me a good deal but in the end it was out of his hands with certain aspects but helped me with looking up things that I would need for my car. The gm even gave me a matchbox of my car that I was buying. I drove down from New Hampshire to get the car that I wanted and they made sure I was taking care of. Definitely go there to get a car if you have the chance or even just to talk to someone and if you get Austin you'll be in good hands.
