I understand as a customer that if you are an expert in solving common problems in differentials. And even more so if this works based on rear rotation. It costs nothing to be nice and you check if there is a space where they are allowed to give a review or schedule so as not to lose a client. If the problem can be easily solved, you can breathe easy. Because you will have more supply and demand in your business than in others.

These guys by far are the most intelligent mechanics on the East Coast when it comes to differentials. I will never go any place else. There are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and will be the only place I recommend to my friends!.

These guys are best!!!! I d give them 10 stars. They rebuilt my rear end and then found on the test drive that the front hub bearing was no good. They were able to replace that as well and have the truck done by the end of the day.

I just spoke with JR on the phone, I was looking to change the rear end out of my pick up truck to give me more towing capacity. He spent about 20 minutes with me explaining how the gear ratios work which I thought was very professional and courteous. Basically he save me over $3000 by telling me how to drive the truck when I m towing. I would strongly recommend this place for their honesty

A+ Company. I wanted to have an early Pontiac/Olds housing narrowed and new axles made and couldn t be happier. They were the only shop around willing to do the work. Special thanks to Dom and JR! Workmanship is excellent and it was completed when promised. Very easy to work with and a positive attitude.

J.R. & Dan were awesome. Took my 20 Gladiator in for new gearing (lower gears). Treated like one of the family from start to finish. They did a great job and super easy to deal with. Very satisfied with the work and the business.

I attempted to have them do a repair on my Dana 60F. Brought my axle in to them as they asked, told it wasn't right and the guy I spoke to on the phone shouldn't have told me that. Called and went in shop in person multiple times to get updates on my job, spoke with 3 different people all of whom knew nothing about my axle sitting in their shop. They never even got me a quote over the almost 2 weeks they knew of the job, one of which included all the parts sitting in their shop. The owner was nice enough to hear my complaints in person but not without me asking someone that works at the drivetrain/driveshaft business next door (that I use frequently) to go talk to them.

I brought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in I had blown up the rear locker and the front axle needed pinion bearings, So I spoke to Dan, he told me he would be able to handle the job. I bought a new rear locker and 5.13 gears and these guys installed everything in lighting speed and were never bothered by my 20 phone calls to check on my beloved jeep :) Very professional and I pleasure to deal with.

Just got off the phone with a gentleman who told me their company doesn't work on BMWs. He then proceeded to discuss with me the possible problems with my car, answering my questions, all the while knowing that he wasn't going to make a dime off of me. That tells me all I need to know....When I need work done on my Ford, I'm definitely coming here.

Went there today to get some parts for my jeep. Work was done in 2017. They had all the records for the jeep A+++ place. Great staff

Great service and work. I took my 1950 Mercury to these folks and they did an excellent, careful and well communicated repair on my differential system. I highly recommend them.

The people at Mitchell Differential really know there craft, and do it well.I was in a bind, the driveshaft tube in my 4�4 Chevy plow truck had pealed appart three days ahead of a winter storm, and the guys got it back to me in two. And at a reasonable cost. Many thanks, Jeff
