This is terrible store, I was there for little noise on my car, they change my tier, when I did not need new one, and they say was nothing wrong with it, my car did not pass the Inspection, and I turn my car back, they say was a hear batting problem, they fix it, and the noise continue, and I drop off at other mechanic they fix the problem. Them my coolant liquid, I bring there and they say was the holes, they change soon I get home, all the liquid of coolant disappear, I bring back they change 3 more holes, they finish the job soon I drive home it happen again, I spend over $200 dollars in coolant water to replace it, my husband find out the the holes they put on was loose, he tie it and I never had a problem again. It was only the temperature was too low, and it got loose, but the mechanic at Firestone make me pay $1,600 for nothing. Other problem happen my assembly light was out, they told me because so many problems will charge me for replacement $70 if I bring the light, after 3 hours waiting, they bring my car with one light out. And told me I have to wait more 1:30 hour tho 2 Hours to replace and I have to pay for it. It s all a scam to toYour money, they don t do the job right, and do what they want, and charge you a lot. For things you don t need. Please don t go there! Save your money go someone else responsible and honest.

Juan and the pit crew at Firestone delivered a great quality service while realigning my vehicle. I was impressed by the way I was treated with respect from the moment I called to set up and appointment to walking in to the clean showroom to drop off my car. Being greeted with a smile and welcome to Firestone! This Shrewsbury location really shows it s customers the crew shows great integrity keeping to the company s core values of striving for excellence by putting the customer first. If I could relay one message to that store, it would be a simple - Thank you for a job well done!

First time at Firestone I liked the experience because the technicians showed a very high level of customer service made me feel very welcome. Add to that the price for the service I requested was good.

Absolutely amazing team here! Saved me from needing to get a hotel. I was an hour away from home and had brake issues, had gone to another chain and after pads and rotors and a caliper replacement I had another stuck caliper on the other side. Got to Firestone about 2 hours before they closed and they got me in and out by the time they closed, cheaper than the other place and fixed mistakes from the other chain. Got home with my family safe and sound. I can't thank you enough!

I took my car in for my 9 am appointment to get two new tires. By 9:45 I had not heard anything about the progress so I inquired with the representative at the desk. At that point we discussed what tires I wanted them to install and the wheel alignment. At 10:50 I inquired again about the progress and found out that they had not done any work on the car, and I was informed that they didn't have the tires that the representative told me they would install. Basically, they wasted 2 hours of my time. I thought that Firestone specialized in tires and took my car in thinking that it would be no problem to drive out with new tires, but I was wrong. The people working there are completely incompetent and should not be trusted with anyone's vehicle.

Steer clear of this place, they ruined my car. Absolutely totaled my bumper and said I had been in a accident and that it always looked that bad. The worst decision I made w my car was bringing it to this Firestone. They also did not fill my car with coolant and left me with a lil leak after taking it there to fix a oil leak.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Updating from the previous comment: I ended up going back (24 hours before the first big snow storm of the year) and had another great experience. Thanks Vinny!Previous comment:I stopped in randomly this afternoon to see if they could replace my model 3 tire. Vincent was the associate that helped me out and he was awesome. He humored me as I discussed the screw in my tire and then how it disappeared. It must have come out on the way there (I had a loss in pressure days earlier). He had to look to see if the tire I needed was in stock (warehouse listed 1). He did have it and they started to work. Turns out that all of the tires are bad, which I expected. He didn't have 4 tires in today but didn't want to do just one anyway for safety. We didn't know if my quiettrack tire could be plugged so they decided to take it off to see if I had the foam, and luckily I didn't and they patched it right up.Thank you Vincent, I'll be back in for 4 tires before the winter!

It was totally a nightmare changing tires here. I had 4 tires changed here. After getting my car, I had a test drive in the parking lot for 1 minute, then I stopped and checked the tires. I found something (see the photo) already poked into my brand new tire. I talked with the service manager, but he said that it was not in the tire when they installed it. He guessed that it might poke into the tire when they pulled back the car into the parking lot, and he claimed that there are a lot of trash in the parking lot. I really doubt that. The thing poked into the tire is not a common trash, but something more often showing up in a car workshop. Now I don't have any trust in them, and can not exclude the possibility that they just wanted to sell the faulty tire to me, a girl who doesn't have a lot of knowledge about car. I requested to replace this tire with a new one, and they refused, saying that the poke didn't go through the tire. DON'T BUY TIRES from them. And if you do receive services from them, check your car carefully in the presence of the staff, otherwise, they will just push all the responsibility to the customers. In addition to that, the so called "brand new tires" are really dirty.

If u want to pay triple the price for stuff to be done wrong go here ..I got 4 hi quality tires online for 40 dollars a piece ..anything they do here a mechanic can do at a shop cheaper and correct ..be ready for a long wait and good luck on them picking up the phone..o ya they only do the very basic stuff so you'll probably still have a check engine light on when u leave here to

Honesty in diagnosing my car defect. I was sure that the front brakes needed repairs, but the mechanic informed me that the defect was caused by the different sizes of the front and rear tires. As I was already changing the two front tires the problem was solved at no additional cost. Any other workshop could have changed the brakes without bothering to verify the real need. Congratulations!

Got a tire pressure loss notification returning from a vacation with over 100 miles to go tillhome. Stopped in here, and even though they were busy they made sure to check out my tire, and get my spare on so I could get home the same day. Really appreciated their quick attention, and fitting me in on a busy Sunday. It made all the difference. Thank you!

I made an appointment to have my breaks done for 6pm. I showed up and they sent me home saying they couldn't do them come back 8am. I was there 8am and waited over 7 hours to get them done. I don't suggest bringing you vehicle here unless you have all the time in the world to wait.

I've been to this firestone many times over the years but I'm not coming back to this location.I went in for an alignment which they couldn't do because of a couple issues, which I knew would happen, I just wanted to know what I had to fix. When I got my car back one of the lug nuts on my front driver-side tire was different. I went back inside to talk to the guy up front and it was like talking to a 4 year old. He just kept denying it and saying why would they do that. He didn't even try to figure out if one of the guys out back was lying. All he did was stick his head through the window and ask if someone messed with the tires on the Mazda. This happened on 4/23/2020 at 4:10pm, during the virus lock down so there were no cars there.I know this happened at this firestone location because I walk by that tire every day when I'm getting in my car. I would've noticed a different lug nut on my driver side front tire when I was getting in my car to head to firestone. I'm also the only person who works on this car, I just go to firestone to get alignments.I'm giving 3 stars because this location had been good in the past but I haven't been there in almost 8 months.Update: Firestone corporate did reach out to me and replaced all the lugs on my car as well at replace the stud that got stripped from the different lug nut that was put on my car.

Brought in my car with a sound coming from the rear. Asked for an inspection as I wanted to know the cause. Both the technician and manager told me that there was no sound so the issue must not be there. Not sure why I would bring in my vehicle for fun, or just to lie about a sound. Waste of money and time.Edit: Comment below from Firestone was also useless. I emailed them twice to the email provided with all relevant data just to be ignored.

I ve been using Firestone ever since I had my first car. I had being going to the Leominster location for years for both my old and current car and have always been satisfied with their work. When I relocated to Worcester, this was the closest Firestone to my place. My brother had warned me about them before I went there since they had cost him $400 worth of damage to his car. My car, being a well-maintained newer car, I wasn t too concerned. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had them check to make sure everything else was running alright. They recommended I replace two of my air filters so I did that, and they gave me my car back within an hour. 20 minutes later, I had to go back in because my hot and cold air blower was now sounding abnormal. They had told me it was because there was a nest and they were cleaning it up. Why hadn t they noticed that before? Anyways, it sounded fine afterwards but I found myself back at this location a week later because my car was making a funky noise. The only thing they found wrong was that my battery was about to die. Once again, why didn t they notice that last week when they had my car? They blamed the cold weather and said everything else looked fine. My car is still making a little bit of noise after that repair but I m keeping an eye out on it, and I m never using a Firestone again, let alone this location.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

I ve gone here for over 10 years, sworn by them in MA and FL. Took my car in to fix a tire that was leaking, worn on the outer part. I had purchased the warrant so I thought worst case replacing the tires at a prorated cost. Nope, no fix to the tire, won t rotate, and won t replace. It would cost approx $800 to replace them. Warranty meant nothing because they hadn t been rotated there every 5,000 miles. I was told they had 40000 miles on them so pay 2/3 cost let s say. Not once was it stated that needed to happen. I had another fixed, at that time had they said you should get a rotation to stay in warranty . Nope fixed it no problem that was around 25000 miles on them.I ve been loyal to them for years but there was no loyalty to me. I had tricked myself into thinking there would be.Would not recommend getting tires there or anything else at this point. I m done with them.Service: Tires

I brought a well maintained sedan into the shop for new tires, an oil change, new transmission fluid, and new spark plugs. The transmission fluid couldn't be changed because they didn't have the fluid. On leaving, I drove 1.5 miles before the check engine light came on and the car lost power. I returned to the shop and they gave me the diagnostic code and said they couldn't fix it until the next day. The next day I took my car to a better mechanic who determined that the spark plugs had not been installed correctly. The service was fine, but the work was messy and sloppy enough to warrant another mechanic. Overall, I spent 250 dollars undoing what Firestone did.

I brought my car here after an accident.It was an absolute disappointment. I picked up my car at 6pm. They close at 7. Lights for my stabilitrak and stearing were still on. Vinny told me he couldn't help me and to just come back tomorrow.I had to miss work to return the next day. At this point my car is also shaking when I drive it.The manager apologized a lot for me being dismissed the night before. However he just rest my lights and sent me in the way. He didnt address the vibration in my car.I took my car to a different Firestone location to find out I actually have a bent rim from the accident. The Shrewsbury Firestone just put a brand new tire on it and didn't say anything to me.Do not go here. I certainly won't be returning.I will take the hour trip to Natick going forward.

Had an appointment for brakes at 11. Arrived at 1030. Told them I had no ride I would be waiting. 2 1/2 hours I call while walking down road and ask and they say that they will call me back in 20 minutes about the car it's being looked at now and they will let me know what's up. 45 minutes later I show up and my car hasn't moved and they admit it was never even looked at. I told them I would just leave at that point. Was told with attitude they are very busy. If you can't get it done, then just say so! It's not fair to people.

Came in with a popped tire. Vincent was super helpful and put us at ease right away. Him and the guys solved our problem and had us out of there in about 20 minutes . I had an excellent experience .

On Dec 29th 2022, I had an appointment with this shop at 10AM. After promising to fit my 2 rear tires in 2 hours time, five hours later the tires were not fitted. I was upset so they made me wait for more hours as a punishment. The mechanics made sure I was the last customer to be served by 7PM. I am concerned if they did a good job that can guarantee safety.Service: Tires

Horrible experience. I went for oil change and they sold me additional services like brakes service etc. I opted for brakes service and realized it would be safe to do. They kept me waiting for more than 2 hours with out even telling the parts are the shop. When I asked for update, they mentioned that parts are on the way.I took the day off and they kept me waiting at the shop for hours without telling me that parts are not available at the shop. They care more about the business not the customer. Clearly missing transparency here.I would NOT come back to any Firestone in future. Clearly rip off and no transparency.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I'm new to the area so when I wound up with a flat tire on Tuesday I went to the closest repair shop which happened to be here. I was told they had no appointments till Friday but if I was able to leave my car they could get to it by Wednesday, so that's what I did. I called early Wednesday morning to confirm and they said yes they'd be getting to it on Wednesday and have my car ready by end of day. When they called around 11 to share I needed a replacement tires I approved and they again assured me it would be done by end of day. When I didn't hear from them I called again at 5pm, knowing they close at 7. They assured me again that my car would be ready so i asked if I got there around 6pm it'd be fine to wait to which they said yes.I took a lyft to the location, as i relocated i have no one in the area for support, i arrived and again once there was assured the tires were coming and they'd have my car finished by end of day. After waiting about 20 minutes I was told that they had picked up the wrong tires so they wouldn't be able to finish my car. It's always frustrating to be without a car but add to that all the reassurances that I would be done that day I was even more frustrated. As I work I asked them, knowing they open at 7am, if I would be ready by 9am the following day (thursday) to which both the Manager and the person helping me at the front said yes, absolutely. I then had to take another lyft to return home, spending more money than is needed.Thursday morning I waited for them to be open an hour before calling to check in, which was when I was informed that the tires were on their way and my car was not yet ready. I asked for an estimate as to when, as I had shared yesterday I had work at 9 and was assured by them my car would be ready by then. To which I was told they'd reach out to the person getting my tires and give me a call back, which they didn't.They finally called me around 10:30 to share my car was ready. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had and the location had at total lack of empathy. I've worked in retail my whole life and while I know this is a difficult time, there's a basic level of customer service they totally lacked.My whole family uses firestone so I expected a good experience as my family has always had them at the locations they visit. So I was horribly disappointed by this experience. If they had just been honest the whole time about when my car would likely be ready I would have figured something else out. Whats ironic is they have a sign with a slogan about honesty right in their lobby. But instead I was continuously reassured and lied to. Despite this location being extremely close to where I live I will never go again.Service: Tires

Well went in wanting a particular tire but wasn't in stock . Not everyone has the best of credit , which I certainly don't. So I applied for there store card an BOOM ! lol got approved! That said this is definitely a good place to go if u live paycheck to paycheck like myself. Having been approved got me 4 Brand new tires w out having to pay in full up front . Had a lil wait time but all in all was well worth it
