not sure if it was just me but i had a terrible experience here. they charged me $45 for a flat tire. thats still ok but then the guy just put the spare one in trunk and not underneath, as it happens in Subaru for which i had to come again and wait for over 30 min.to top it all, the same tire started giving warning for low pressure next day itself. tried contacting them as this shouldn't happen but not able to connect for last two days. finally going to Pete's tire, had a wonderful experience there earlier.

Keith has always been excellent to work with on any car problems I have had... My front brakes were gone an scrapping . Saw Keith He ordered the parts an got me scheduled asap. Great price, quick service an excellent quality.. same last week, I needed one front tire and 4 wheel alignment, he got me in quickly and got it done for me and tire was a better price than Townfair tire... Excellent service, price, quality and very professional friendly people.

Keith has made sure Fiore s is a top-notch shop for a long time now! He keeps evolving with the times and repair quotes are electronic which is easier for many.He was even able to have my last bill be lower than the initial quote, which is not the norm with many businesses!! Highly recommend!!

I ve been going to Fiore s for a number of years for auto repair work, after my manufacturer s warranty expired, for both my cars. They have always been prompt, courteous and done a great job at a reasonable price. Recently, I had an emergency repair required during a very busy time when they were backed up the full week. Keith went out of his way to accommodate me and got my vehicle repaired and operational. Highly recommend them.

I heard great reviews of Fiore's Automotive so I decided to give then a try when I was having car problems. They were fast, very fair and professional. I was very impressed. I'll be going to them for all my future car work.

Excellent service & prices, Fiore's is my 2012 BMW X5 solution!Every time I bring my car in, the service is expeditious, the quality of the work is outstanding and MUCH cheaper than Wagner; I recently brought it in for an oil change and they made me aware that both front/rear brakes were in need of immediate replacement (I thought I could make it a little longer, and I didn't ask him to check, he just did!!) Keith and his team were able to get the parts there and work done by 1:00 p.m.; really appreciate the excellent service and won't ever consider bringing my X5 anywhere else! ;-) You have a loyal customer for life!

Brought my vehicle in as a first time customer. Was having continuous problems with my vehicle and other mechanics weren t able to pinpoint and solve the issue. Keith and Pat were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Fair prices, great customer service, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Best experience I have ever had with auto service. My car broke down during a long-distance trip from BOS to NY. Not only did Fiore's make the time to take a look at the vehicle within 10 minutes of arrival, but they rush-ordered a part and stayed late to replace it to ensure I could get back on the road same-day. They were able to order and replace an alternator within 2.5 hours and ended up charging me even less than the originally quoted price. Excellent service, very friendly, and went the extra mile to help me out in a pinch.

Called Thursday for an estimate for 4 tires, alignment, etc. they were able to get me in for Friday and were the best priced in the area! Always professional and will not do work that isn t needed. Love this shop!

I've had several cars serviced at Fiore's over the last 20 years. The quality, convenience and service has always been top notch. Keith has taken the convenience to a new level with the use of text messaging to approve work being done on your vehicle. They have always been known for only completing the work that's required, so no extra charges ever appear.

I had a great experience here, Rico and Tom are professional and accommodating. I drove 2 hours from the cape to see this car and I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase, the vehicle was exactly as advertised and at a very fair price point. Although their inventory is small they only stock quality dependable trucks. Highly recommend.

I blew a wheel bearing out in Shrewsbury and being an hour away from my normal mechanic I stopped at Fiore's right away. They not only took my truck in right away, they also found some other things that needed to be fixed. I was expecting to get my truck back the next day at the soonest being an emergency fix but they had it done in a few hours. This is twice they have saved me in a pinch and did not charge me anything more than what the normal customer would pay. Would recommend Fiore's to anyone who is in this area.

Fiore s stands behind their work I ve checked out a few places in the area and they have consistently been honest, priced fairly and stand behind their work even months after service.Great local family owned business. Did I mention the owner Keith is the man? :). Great staff!

I had a brake issue with a caliper. Fiore covered the disc replacement and brake pad replacement parts cost. Still have a brake shimmy in the front, but I was basically a drop in visit and I can see how that would be hard to squeeze in.

Bought my first truck from Rick at Fiores and was an easy, painless process with him and his team. He made sure to take care of me with any problems the truck had and was always quick at returning texts/calls. Got a great deal and never one issue with these guys. Everyone was so happy there.If you're looking for service or a used car, ask for Rick! Extremely personal and easy to talk to- hard to get at most used car places. But i would not title Fiores as a "used car place"- they are much more than that!

I purchased my first car from Fiore s, and after my experience will never buy another car from them again. I was sold a car by Rico with the verbal and written promise it was in proper working order and if any issues were found they would be fixed. I soon found the AC did not work and the actuator was shot, the left fog light was out and the parking brake would not set if the pedal was moved past of the way. When I brought it back for repair per the warranty I was told that the parking brake would pass inspection and therefore didn t need replacement, that they only needed to recharge the AC and could leave the broken actuator. When I insisted the repairs be performed I was also told I needed to wait another week just to have it looked at again with no promise it would be fixed, they then told me the warranty doesn t cover the car but only the powertrain. It was a nightmare and I decided I would rather have the work done by a trusted mechanic. The mechanic also found the tires advertised as recently added were balding and needed replacement, and later that the AC compressor was broken and needed replacement before the car could be road-safe again. Fiore s misled me about the car, omitted information regarding their written warranty (which is really just a printed lemon law), never provided the detailed reports I asked for on the work they performed and reasoning for what they didn t do after repeated requests, and didn t provide the updated warranty I asked for repeatedly until I emailed them with my displeasure of how they did business. Overall I ve had to spend over two thousand dollars within the first month of ownership to get this car in proper order. Fiore s is quick to tout their experience and warranty, but from my experience do not back those up with action. Take extreme caution if you want to purchase from them, or better yet find somewhere else to do business.

I ve been very satisfied with the work needed on my car at Fiores - they are professional, honest, quick and hold to their pricing without unexpected add- in s. I highly recommend them!
