This is the bus dealership I ve ever gone to this place, treated me like family the owner his name is Ray an he is the most respectful truthful an honest gentleman I ve ever met in my life! He is always willing to help his fellow customers! He showed me everything piece by piece from start to finish!!! He is a man of his words!!! Luis is another employee that works there an he is so polite and respectful as well as humble! He looked out for us an treated us like family! If you need a car go to choice auto!!! I promise you will be happy a treated the exact same way!!!!!

I couldn t have had a better experience. The guys over at choice treated me like family. I went in there having horrible credit after my divorce with no hope. All I wanted was something fun and something I could work on. Maybe a hobby. It s only me and my puppy now. They worked with me for over a week being extremely patient not only with me but also with the hard decisions I had to make. After a week some how they I was able to land in a 6 speed BMW, with little to no money down, very affordable payments, and they did all the RMV & insurance paperwork/calls with me to make certain I had answers to all questions that may be asked. They made this nightmare situation into one of the most fun, memorable, and redeeming moments of my life. From now on Choice Auto Center will always be my ONLY choice when it comes to buying a new car. Not only are these people amazing but they are also miracle workers! Stop waiting and get down there now! Feel the same feeling that I feel right now. You will never regret it!!!

Ray is a great business owner - called him directly to inquire about a listed vehicle.He set me up with his salesman Louis who was communicative , friendly and knowledgeable. I gained his trust after our initial conversation. He was answering all of our questions about the vehicle, and when we asked one that he was unsure of, he told us that, and let us know he would be getting an answer.In any industry honesty must be valued, however in the CAR industry where most customers are deservedly wary, it went a long way to feel the honesty firsthand.The test drive & purchase process was smooth. I made a few logistical errors on my end but Ray was more than accommodating in getting the vehicle ready to roll off the lot as soon as possible. So he was helpful in dealing with my own mixups, forgetting a license plate etc..he also went above and beyond to help make sure the insurance transfer was smooth.Above and beyond all, his inventory is highly respectable and performance based - however he did NOT treat me any different or value me any less in purchasing one of the cheaper cars (comparatively). Overall, he made sure the vehicle I inquired about was available , ready and safe, and that there was no question in the process of registration and insuring.Ray, and Louis - and his family have my respect and business for life.

After a recent experience of dealing with a totaled vehicle I was, to say the least, not looking forward to searching for a new vehicle and the process that entails. I am now in a new vehicle and I couldn't be happier with my experience after going to Choice Auto. Not only do you not have to deal with the all of the hassles of visiting a franchised dealership, but the team I worked with, Ray and Shayan were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. They take the time to understand your needs and preferences and help you find the perfect car and plan for the future. The entire transaction was non-time consuming and stress-free, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Choice Auto to anyone looking for an easy and personal car-buying experience.

I would very strongly recommend against this place, and for anyone considering a car here, I will take emails to provide further detail.In a nutshell, I was helping my son get a car, and so I would end up co-signing a loan.The dealer messed up all forms of paperwork. They filled out the insurance information incorrectly, causing it to not be processed correctly, they filled out the loan application backwards, having me as the primary name rather than him, they got the title filled out incorrectly, having the title assigned to me when the loan is paid off rather than him.On top of all this, the car had a slew of issues, which took a few months to sort out.My take is that they are not trustworthy, and that they are grossly incompetent. Don't go here!

I purchased a 08 M3 from Ray and his family at Choice Auto. They made the entire process so easy. No pressure, very family oriented business. Only problem was they had so many nice cars I had a hard time choosing. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a high quality car and a high quality buying experience.

I went in last night to look at a blue 2018 Mustang GT, I had my concerns but these guys were more than willing to put my mind at ease. Ray (I think that s his name, Rich was great as well) offered to do a compression test, let me look over the vehicle in the shop, and even take it to a Ford dealer for a second opinion. They also agreed on the price I wanted for my trade. Unfortunately, I decided to pass on the vehicle, but I d have no issue purchasing from them in the future. And if you re somehow brave enough to purchase a VW Phaeton (not knocking the dealer, just VW) they have 4, yes, 4 of them.

I bought this beautiful 2002 Mustang GT from Ray at Choice Auto Center this weekend and I m very happy with the car and the overall experience. I m from out of state and it s complicated to get a deal done but Ray was a man of his word and since I was the first caller on the vehicle he accepted my deposit and I picked up the vehicle a week later. Tony was also very helpful in the process. Tony helped with paperwork, getting an ailment done before my 5 hour road trip, and detailing the car. The 20 year old Mustang drove great on the 300 mile road trip home. I love it. Thank you Ray and Tony!

Just purchased a viper from them today! Amazing people there. Ray and his son Shayan were extremely polite and easy to work with. It was a no pressure sale nothing was rushed to get me out the door. they took the time to explain everything to me and show my son and I around the car. They handed me the keys and told me to take all the time I needed. Even pointed out tiny flaws in the paint, no other deal ship would have done that they would have tried to touch it up or hide it. 10 out of 10 for these guys. Would definitely buy from them again!

I haven't dealt with this dealership personally however I have been following their inventory and ads for years. I have never seen a car priced fairly or at market value from this place, never. They target specialty vehicles and jack the price through the roof. I recommend taking your business elsewhere and stop lining their pockets.And now I will reply to your unprofessional comments that make you look even worse as an establishment - #1 Nobody has been stalking you. #2 Learn how to spell properly. I'm a car enthusiast through and through and because I am often on the market for the types of cars you sell, I have naturally ran into your ads.I also have a newsflash for you - People are more inclined to leave a review when they have had a bad experience of some sort. And yes I have actually left great reviews as well.You're mad because you've been exposed to the public by somebody who knows what he's talking about. Your prices are ridiculous and we both know that.If anyone is going to point fingers at problem makers in America, I should be the one pointing it at you. You folks are ruining the market for cars and making vehicles that should be affordable out of reach to people who should be able to buy them. That is called greed my friend.You can still make a healthy living and price cars fairly. Believe it or not, it's possible. I'd refrain from replying again with that poor grammar of yours for your own sake.

Great dealership! Rich and Ray were very knowledgeable and helpful while we searched for the perfect low mileage standard transmission Audi. The 2009 A3 seemed perfect so we put $500 down but we asked for a second opinion from another mechanic. They graciously delivered the car to the mechanic for us but then our plans changed and we asked to back out of the deal. They were very understanding of my situation. I offered to pay them for their time and trouble but Ray thought the right thing was to give me a full refund. If I ever need a nice used car, I will definitely check with them first!

Absolutely the most amazing place that I have ever had The pleasure of doing business with.They worked hard for me to get my dream truck.I want to say a very special thank you to Shayan,Ray,Rich as well as MO. For outstanding professionalism.The owner of the business even came out to shake my hand.You don't get that at any other dealership.I never felt pressured all my questions were answered.I have been shopping around for a vehicle at some other lots and the salesman come at you like vultures with there speel that they learned in training.Then I went to choice Auto.I had the best experience.DO NOT waste your time at any other dealership.You will love it here.They have the nicest cleanest vehicles for every budget.They will help you and you won't feel pressuredYou to will have an amazing experience and drive home with acar you love.I wish I could give more stars.Thank you again choice Auto for making it happen.Go see shayan,Ray, Rich and Mo.

I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them . I went in , found a car I was happy with signed ananagreement and two days later they breached the contract. I had sold my vehicle and was without a vehicle . I told them wanted my down payment back. Ray the kingpin of this shady operation said I would not be getting my money back because I said I should come down and rip my money out of your pocket, because they breached the contract we had. I am now going through the courts to retrieve my money from these peoplepeople.unse my money. Shady is the best words I can use to describe these people. Filthy

All I can say is wow . I have bought many cars over the years and I have to say this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had . They were patient ,kind and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. They even told me a transport company to use so that the car could be delivered to my home in another state . What impressed me the most was after I bought the car there was a final inspection , they found a few issues that needed to be fixed . Instead of just sending it with the issues they made sure everything was fully fixed before leaving the auto center . So after the sale they still treated me well. I would highly recomend them and Rays son who works there was excellent and helping me . My new to me car is beautiful and drives very well . It is nice to know there are still a few honest auto centers out there .

After visiting at least 10 dealerships, test driving at least 30 cars ranging in price from 10 to 40k, I drove 2 hours to buy a car here, and 100% would do it again. I'm over a month into owning the car and I'm still super happy with it - I got a great deal on a great car. Shayan was very up front, personable, and honest with me at all points during the process, and Ray found me financing that was WAY better than any of the other offers I received. I'm very much a car guy, and I'm just super impressed all around. The people here know cars, and more so, genuinely care about their customers. Bottom line, it's a family run business and that's how you can expect to be treated here. Thank you so much Ray and Shayan!!

Long overdue as I had bought my 13 Civic from them over a year ago. I was in a tough situation, but Ray and his team pulled through for me. They listened to my situation and worked with me. Ray, Shayan and Tony, they're all top notch guys. Car was perfect mechanically. Lasted me the 10-15k miles that I owned for before trading it in, mind you, I drove it off the lot and never did anything to it over than put gas in it (not recommended, do your oil changes regularly instead of being like me). 10/10 would do business with again.

For the past year I have been in search for my first car, since the pandemic hit it s been very difficult to find the right place to find my vehicle. I ve been to numerous car dealers and none of them has lived up to my expectations. Tony and Ray, and the whole staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and were honest about the vehicles they sold. They re vehicles are taken care of to insure safety and quality. I truly felt the care and pride that they hold in their job, and I am forever grateful for their work. Truly felt like part of the family.

The staff, the company, the quality and customer service is close to none. They are very good people and they made me personally feel at home. The Best dealership I have ever been and the friendliest staff. Got a great deal on a beautiful 2017 Toyota camry. Derek was a great person to deal with along with all the staff I talked with very family oriented place. Derek and I looked over the car he gave me all the time needed not pushing or rushing me well I went through everything. He was straight forward honest and would recommend this place to anyone. The whole experience was easy and stress free they even helped find me the best deal for financial services. They offer a running service so I was able to leave with me new car 100% ready no hassle. Will be recommending them to everyone I know thanks again to everyone at choice auto center
