Excellent customer service and great auto body work. Our van was in an accident and Best Auto Body was so helpful explaining how to navigate with insurance and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Definitely 5/5 stars.

These folks do an outstanding job. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services three times in the last two years for family vehicles. Each time the cars come back, they are perfect. Simple, professional, and excellent service provided quickly. They also support Shrewsbury Crew, so how could you not love them.

Craig was really awesome, friendly, and most importantly honest when I took my car in. He guided me and saved me money on the area when a simple trick took care of my issue. In my mind, he could have taken advantage of me easily but didn't. Craig and this body shop has earned a life long customer and I will not hesitate to come back

Best Auto Body did a great job on my truck. Someone hit my truck and luckily it was still drivable. Craig ordered all the parts and when they came in the appointment was made. They told me 2 week to complete the job. They finished the truck in one week and it looks great. They even cleaned the inside for me. I am very happy and highly recommend Best Auto Body. 10Wow. Couldn t believe how easy the process was. Best Auto Was on the list of certified auto repair shops for my insurance company. After reading the reviews I chose them. The owner did a great job from notifying me and getting the car repaired as quickly as possible. They arranged the car pick up an hour away, dealt with insurance, repaired the car and best of all it was detailed inside and out. Returned to me spotless. The overall experience from the day I dropped off my car to the day it was picked up has been seamless. Mike and his team did an amazing job. The repair work done was phenomenal and his team went above and beyond to give the car cleaned and washed. I would definitely recommend anyone living in the shrewsburry, grafton area to service or repair your cars here.

Mike and his team did a great job on my Toyota after the rear was pretty damaged in an accident. As they were on the list of approved body shops of the insurance company I was speaking with, once dropped off they reassessed my car and dealt directly with the insurance company and it was a hassle free process for me. The communication and timeline for the work was clear and they provided a rental for the time my car was in the body shop. Also another plus was getting a shiny car on the inside and outside when I picked my car. Thank you.

Mike and his crew are great! They coordinated everything with the insurance people. They were fast too. The under promised and OVER delivered! They even detailed my car inside and out. I could not be more happy with Michael and Best Auto Body. We were in an accident while visiting family in MA and after a horrible experience with the insurance and tow companies, Best Auto Body offered to help even though they didn't have to. We live out of state and they have helped us through the whole process of dealing with our car, which was first deemed repairable, then totaled once they found more damaged. They always kept me in the loop of everything and never lied or gave me any bs answers. They were super straight forward and up front with everything. I cannot be more thankful for them and they help that they have given us, especially with the difficult situation we were put in. I knew we were in good hands when the first question Michael asked was , "Are you and your family ok?" That's the sign of a place that actually cares.Service: Body & Trim

I have used these guys twice now once in 2019 and again in 2022, I have to say they are awesome. In my experience, they were completely honest, polite and were able to answer all my questions about what needed to be done. Both times I was completely satisfied with the work, you couldn t tell they did anything. I would recommend to my family and friends. As for me I hope I don t need body work again ; ) but I if I do I will be heading back to Best Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A 5 Star review does not do justice for Mike and his team at Best. Read this knowing there should be a 6th star here... Mike went above and beyond to ensure my insurance claim was handled smoothly even when an unexpected underlying issue surfaced after the initial repair Mike took the vehicle back in and made sure everything was handled professionally and to the absolute best of his abilities. The body work was EXCEPTIONAL, and the detail shop had the paint and interior looking like show room standard. Don't call around, go to Best you will not be disappointed. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I ve never had such an easy experience. From the second I called for an appointment, to the initial viewing of the car for estimate, Communication. Everything here surpasses excellence. It s hard not to be impressed when your car comes back looking as good as the day you bought it inside and out. Mike and team went above and beyond in every way, right down to calling the rental place to have them drop by and pick up their vehicle. The whole office is a class act. Bravo!Update: I have sadly observed that there is an alignment issue on the repaired door. I no longer live in the area, so not much to be done. I only thought it was a one-star problem because the paint is perfect.

I am very satisfied with the service, best auto body had to offer. The guys are very professional, humble and easy to do business with. Mike (owner) is a very helpful person. Knowing my situation and date by when I needed my car, he made sure the car was ready on time. It was Black Friday and even though the shop was closed, Mike was in the shop for car deliveries- which was impressive.There was a minor issue with the hood alignment that was identified while I was there for a pick up. Few days later guys from Best Auto body picked my car, fixed it and brought it back. Issue was fixed without any hassles.I chose my auto body shops based on their customer service and will definitely recommend these guys for the very same reason.

I have been going to Mike Hanc at Best for 20 years for collision repair. They are the best for a reason. Quality work and great service. Updated 2/5/19. I had my car repaired again. (we keep getting hit), and not only was the work awesome, the people friendly and helpful, but they detailed my car! It was horribly dirty but they did a great job. Just additional service that they provide.

Could not be any better at resolving a bad situation. The repair work was excellent and the complimentary quick detail was definitely appreciated. What really sets them apart in my opinion was the operations. Every piece of paperwork was prepared in advance of my arrival, my rental was ready I just signed and drove away. No headaches, extremely professional and great communication. I hope I never need repair work again but if I do I would only go to Best Auto.

Very good. Mike is on top of things. Giving correct timelines and answering all questions without getting irritated. The person who answers the phone also answers any queries with regards to rentals etc. Overall, the whole operation is top notch. Thanks guys my car is as new.

Sadly we ve had to use them several times over the years. Service is outstanding. They back up their lifetime warranty without hesitation. Recently had to have a car towed there, they stayed open late until the car was dropped off and made sure everything was in order. My 2017 Mustang was struck while it was parked. The damage was to the left front corner of the vehicle, where the vehicle is most defined. I brought it to Best Auto Body for an estimate. They were AWESOME! They took care of all the paperwork while keeping me informed each step of the way. The entire staff was friendly, respectful, and on top of the repair from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. They made sure all the replacement parts to my vehicle were original OEM. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was put back to its original condition. Thank you again for that extra effort, it did not go unnoticed!Jim Bretta

Super nice owner. I don't hand out 5 stars often. But the staff and owner is awesome. We were involved in an accident. He took care of everything. From test driving the vechile, keeping you informed to talking to you about how to handle claims.They truly go the extra mile all with a smile on their faces.
