I brought my battery that i had purchased in early summer and then was hospitalized for 5 or 6 months which left the battery quite dead . Scott in Shrewsbury is helping me with getting things straight to return to me driving my vehicle. , Scott & crew thank u in advance of Wed. morning, Steve W.

I had a tremendous experience there with Tyler, although he was busy he still took the time out to install my battery in a very brief time. He was extremely courteous. Great job Tyler.

Excellent customer service! Tyler was very helpful in helping me choose the correct oil type for my car. I am a senior and truly appreciate his service. I will definitely recommend him!

Every time I ve ever come here it s been five star service. . They ve changed windshield wipers for me, key batteries, lights etc. today Manager Anthony helped me change out my headlight fast & efficiently. As someone who knows nothing about cars I can come here and feel confident that they are going to have what I need and help me correct the issue and for that I am very thankful!

I went to three different auto zones with nothing but a run around then ended up at this location and was helped by the store manager Anthony. He was absolutely amazing very professional very kind and helped with me switching out a battery within minutes. He clearly enjoys his job and treats customers very well! I will return to that specific location anytime I m in need it s a 30 min drive but worth the great customer service throughout the entire staff are very professional and kind! Thank you guys so much I appreciate it! Give them a raise all the other stores I ve gone were just rude and waste your time. Keep being great!

I've been sitting outside this store since 7:55am because they open at 8am. It's now 8:34am and the 2 people inside haven't opened the doors yet.8:47am. Still waitingWhen they finally opened just after 9:20 the girl working, who said she was a manager, told me and I quote "The retards that work the night shift don't know how to do their job so my system was down". She claimed that she didn't answer the phone when I called because she can't do anything when the system is down. Calling fellow employees "retards" has to be outside the parameters of the employee handbook.

I had a great experience with Anthony replacing my windshield wipers and the store clerk who was new to the job was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store. Both guys were very positive and effective.

I have been a customer for years and believe me when I tell you it only gets better. The manager Anthony is the best person that you ever want to meet or deal with, professional, curtious, downright great. If you leave there not satisfied there is something wrong ( with you ) because he will bend over backwards to make your visit great.

Anthony was super helpful! He picked out the perfect wiper blades for my car. One of them wasn t in stock but he called another location and had them put it on hold for me. He installed my wiper blades and couldn t have been kinder. Thank you Anthony!

How does autozone still exist? I couldn t get an air filter for my Honda. It s not a McLaren. It s a Honda. Never mind you can get better parts for lower prices with shipping included if you order online. They should tear it down and build a Blockbuster.

I was in need of new headlight lamps for my Scion. Not only did the store manager, Anthony, double-check to ensure the right part, he also was very pleasant and willing to install them for me. He even showed me how to do it in case I ever need to install lights in the future. Very nice man. Great asset!

Thank you so much to the two gentleman who saved the day on 2/4/23! I had a headlight go out in the middle of a road trip and managed to get my hood jammed while trying to replace it. A red haired gentleman and a dark haired gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names) got my hood unjammed in no time and replaced the bulb for me. Absolute lifesavers, without their help, I would've been stranded 100 miles from home. Thank you so much!!

Excellent service! I was passing through town yesterday and my engine light/VSA warning came on. (My first time having car trouble so I didn t really know what to do.) Came in to the store and asked for a code reader, a really nice employee came out to my car and showed me how to use it. The manager took time to explain the P0303 code to me, not in any way condescending as it was clear I didn t know what to do. Just above and beyond helpful service, and I m really grateful!

I went today Wednesday 8/21/19 to Shrewsbury Branch to buy 6 spark plugs NGK for $ 13.99 each .the guy told me that I'll receive $ 2.00 each as a refund . After paying the price , I figured out that you have to buy 8 spark plugs not only 6 to get the money back . Here you go a photo of the receipt .

Went about a year ago, stopped in to pick up a new battery.. the removed thr old one and installed the new one for me.. all in a matter of minutes.. I love working on cars but hey having someone just do it and be done with it was great. And the gentleman was so friendly and helpful.. I have been back many times for parts and cleaning supplies for the jeep many times.

I needed a new battery in my Rav4 so I stopped in here first because of the good service that I have received in the past . They helped me pick out a good battery and offered to install it for me , too ! I was in and out with a new battery installed in 15 minutes ! Thank you very much gentlemen !

The manager Anthony was nice to enough to help me install an exhaust clamp to fix my broken exhaust pipe. I had offered to pay him for his generous services, but he refused. Because of him, I was able to avoid spending a lot of money on an entirely new exhaust.

Fantastic employees! I have a 2006 volvo s60. And I needed my headlight bulbs replaces. Jiffy Lube, and other auto service companies wouldn't assist me because of how difficult it can be to replace the bulbs on my car. Auto Zone is different! Their employees took time out of their day to help me replace my bulbs at no charge (I had my own). From now on I am only coming to Auto Zone for parts, these guys are the best!

Long Story short. 10/5 from this location. Anthony J. is the store manager and this guy was a God send. I m from out of town and was heading back to my home state when my car suddenly broke down on me on the highway. A series of lucky occurrences within the next 3 hours, landed me at this AutoZone in Shrewsbury, where the store manager tried helping me resolve the problem with my car. Very knowledgeable guy and he recommended multiple parts (which my car needed anyway) but those parts ultimately didn t resolve the issue. I have to give a perfect score review because this guy did everything he could to help me get my car working again, and that s what customer service is about. 10/5, wish I could give more stars than 5. Thanks again Anthony !

This review is long overdue :( Last September I needed a new battery for my fob. Minutes before my car wouldn't start at the gas station and I barely got it started. My first stop was Autozone and they had my battery and much to my surprise Anthony offered to install it for me. I also needed new wiper blades and Anthony offered to install these as well. I was so super grateful for his kindness. The fob wasn't cooperating but he kept working at it and was successful! He also showed me how to install the wipers. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this store. The convenience, kindness, and thoughtfulness provided to me from Anthony is always something I will remember. Thank you again Anthony if you are reading this! :)

Very helpful! I did in store pickup for 5 gallons of windshield washer fluid. The associate offered to help get them out to my car, while also heading out with another customer who was getting their OBD codes scanned. Service with a helpful smile and working hard to keep all the customers happy. It was a great experience!

Mr Anthony who was there in the store is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave completely different experience compare to my earlier visit to the same store.You can get almost all parts for your car. Just walk in to get whatever you want to repair your car/automobile.

A well oiled machine.I walked in there and 3 minutes later I had new wipers on my car and two people had said thank you/have a nice day.3 minutes!(Morning/off peak business hours)
