Everyone at green river auto is so friendly. Paul, Rich, and Scott have each been so helpful with everything from maintenance, selling my car, and offering helpful insights and advice. I ll be taking my car here every time

Hi - I called to get an estimate for a Prius battery replacement. Being a hybrid this is a bigger $ issue. Paul answered and he asked about the age of the car and his experience driving a hybrid with about the same age and miles. He also gave me a price range for replacement and about using a reconditioned battery. I was so impressed bc it could have been a quick call but he told time to give me all the angles on a battery replacement. Truly was just interested in the best outcome for the Customer. Highly recommend!!

Always my go-to shop, everything from the service, to the communication and quickness of work is top notch. Green River Auto is the best in the area, they'll never try to add anything you don't need and you can always trust that the work is done well and in a timely manner. 5 Stars

We were traveling from out of state and stopped at this garage for emergency service. Even though they couldn't repair the vehicle, they were very helpful in getting us taken care of with some fluid for the vehicle and directions to a car rental location.

I traded my vehicle in and purchased a used vehicle at Green River Auto. Every aspect of this transaction exceeded my expectations. I worked directly with the owner, Rich. As a female, I never felt dismissed or talked down to because of my gender. As a medical professional, I was impressed with their strict adherence to all of the Covid-19 safety protocols. Most impressively, when the vehicle I purchased failed the MA inspection for a minor issue; Rich drove over 30 minutes to my house, repaired the issue and then drove my vehicle to be reinspected and then dropped it back off at my house with the passing paperwork and sticker. Excellent communicationand customer service, highly recommend!

I ve had my truck & car serviced here for the last 4+ years. Rich is fair & extremely honest. The repair work is excellent. Now that time to replace my truck, I didn t hesitate to work with them to find another one. Maureen was incredibly helpful throughout the search and purchase.

Rich has worked on our cars for many years, before there was a Green River Auto. I have bought and traded in cars at Green River, as well. I have rarely taken my car anywhere else because of the trust I have in their diagnosis, honesty, fair pricing, good humor and ethics. I can t say I m very impressed. I brought my vehicle here to with the intent of having it fixed, and they took it for a test drive and ran a diagnostic scan, and decided they didn t want to do the work but charged me $80 anyway.

These people are awesome, trustworthy and helpful. Many customers know them from their previous location and would advice you to see them if you want courteous, honest service, no sales pitch to make extra money.

Really nice staff. I needed something fixed that ended up being a recall part for my car. They called the dealer and verified the recall for me. Also asked to call to set the appt.
