when I ordered this, I entered a $5.00 coupon for my anniversary date of ordering online, but I was charged the full amount for some reason. otherwise, employees are great and the location in perfect.

Went here for their selection of Coast of Maine soils and fertilizers. The cat staff was very friendly, quality checked the products and made sure my checkout experience was top notch.

The gentleman that loaded my order into my vehicle did an exceptional job. I think his name was Shawn. He took extra care to clear the snow before loading the half ton of pellets by himself into my truck. Thank you very much.

I so love this place. The manager, Ray, is exceedingly kind, and most of the staff have gotten to know my dog Bellus, who is always invited inside and given the royal treatment. Just today I was getting some rock salt (without my dog), and the young gentleman who checked me out said "don't you have a dog?" When I said, "why yes!", he suggested that I buy a different brand that is safer for animals. Then he showed me where it was and offered to take it out to my car for me.I've just moved to the area, so I'm not really a local, and he knows of me from the couple times that I've come in.. I find this service to be outstanding!

Very helpful and friendly service today. I was thankful that I stayed local here in Shelburne falls and then drive down and make my purchase at Home Depot which was the original plan. Both Greg and his associate whose name I did not get were super helpful and saved me money as well. Thank you!

We got a flat tire just outside Aubuchon Hardware in the middle of a snowstorm. Ray was amazingly gracious and kind, insisting that we come inside with our dog and keeping the store open for us until our tow truck arrived. He even made us popcorn and helped us find a place to get our tires repaired! Thanks so much, Ray!!

I ve always had really service at Aubuchon in Shelburne Falls, Greenfield as well. I like a smaller place to shop and the staff knows the customers and they re professional and helpful.

A visit to Aubuchon hardware In Shelburne Falls is always a good one. It s like you re old school hardware store.They have knowledgeable straight shooters working there and prices are good.
