I ve had a great experience here at Lexus. The staff were very nice and friendly. I had some issues on my credit report but the finance/business manager went out of there way to make sure my needs were met! I am very thankful. Anil, the salesmen, very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you

My husband Eider and I want to thank Roy Singh, Richard Keevers, and especially Lenny Goldwasser, the General Sales Manager at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon for their excellent customer service and courtesy they extended to us. From the moment we entered the dealership we experienced nothing but professionalism and enthusiastic, friendly service. The team was patient and worked very hard to get us the best deal, one we were comfortable with, on our new 2024 ES 300h Luxury lease. We can say this with confidence and certainty after having been to two prior dealerships, only to leave disappointed. This purchase was my forth car/suv from Herb Chamber s Sharon Mass and I couldn t be more happy. I ve alway dealt with Sam P for my previous purchases. We waited 6 months for my SUV to arrive and it was definitely worth the wait.My Lexus RX300 hybrid is gorgeous. This time I dealt with Hung. The courtesy, kindness, knowledge, and friendliness made the experience so much more relaxing. He explained so much as to how my car operates. We took it for a little ride around the block and when we came back, I had a couple questions, that Hung answered.He also sent me video of the car tutorial.Even after our purchase, Hung checked on us (myself and my husband) to see how things were going.I do have to say my car is a little overwhelming but it is totally worth it.Thank you Hung for all your patient and kindness throughout our purchase with our new SUV.Sincerely,David and Lynn Bock

Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is the best dealer around, both sales and service department. The sales & service always go above and beyond to make me pleased. Ronni, my service advisor is AWESOME!! She always takes great care of me and makes sure that i receive one of their loaner SUVs anytime I have maintenance done, calls me to update me on my service and is so pleasant to talk with. The place is very organized and clean! I highly recommend this dealership!

Kevin G is superb! I have anxiety when it comes to dealerships but Kevin eased my nerves the minute we walked in. He is extremely knowledgeable about Lexus and didn t pressure us in any way. His charm made it a pleasurable experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and comfortable driving the vehicle! Being at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is a total experience. Since the moment you arrive Julio greet you with energy and enthusiasm. Then when you go to see your advisor, in my case Randy and Ronnie, they attend you with patience and in a very professional manner. Once you ve done with the drop off of your car you wait in the most beautiful waiting room in the car industry. They even have a coffee and snack bar for everyone to enjoy. This is the cherry on top of the Lexus experience!!

Tricky me??? From 10:45am wait to 4:00pm Don t give me a rental car .I swear. I said everything is true. I came here to repair my car on March 27 at 10:45am for The rear main seal cost $3594.78 Scott Simpson serviced me. He said the car would take two days to be repaired. The first time I asked: I said: Do you have a rental car for me to go home? He said: "There is no rental car now. The second time I asked at 11:27AM, do you have a rental car for me? He still said: No. The third time I asked at 3:12PM, I sent a text message to him . would you have a rental car right now? but he didn't reply me. The fourth time I went to the rental car department at 4:00PM to ask. I said: I have been waiting from 10:45AM to 4:00PM and you didn't have a rental car. let me to go home? Then the rental car department went to find Scott. Finally 4:20pm I got a rental car to go home. I don't know why he did that??? Thank you!

Mark was very helpful and illustrative with his explanation on exactly what he would be doing with my car.Upon leaving the dealership and getting onto route 1, I was immediately aware of the improvement in the overall driving experience.In fact, I wish I d arrived to see Mark several months beforehand.All in all, it was a terrific experience, and a true value for value proposition.

Due to an unexpected totaled car, our search lead us to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. We were pleased to find three cars we could see and test drive. We had two different possible scenarios. After discussing the situation with our sales person, Sean Conway we settled on a pre owned vehicle on their lot. Sean made this process EASY. Car buying can be stressful at times and this process simply was not. We felt like we were heard and our concerns were quickly and professionally addressed. To add to our unique situation we were under a serious time crunch. Sean paved the way and ensured all was complete before we had to leave town on an extended trip. We will be back!!!!

As always, Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon provides excellent service for my 2016 IS 300. This time, I had Navigation system issue. I also opened a case with Lexus customer support. They suggested to work with dealer. Mark Forcucci was very patient and worked with Lexus customer service to cover the cost. The issue was addressed by a firmware upgrade. They do care about customer. I would go back for any Lexus service for sure.

Dan in the parts department is by far the one of the most professional people I ve ever dealt with. He s super friendly and very helpful. Got me my part in a timely fashion that nobody else could get for me. A+++++++. Because of Dan my customer now has their quarter glass and is going to be able to get their car back.

I recently had a flat tire and had to get the car to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon To change the spare to a new tire and the 5 star service. I got right as I pulled into the service center Greeting at me at my door tagging the my car for repair and connecting me with Mark Who has amazing customer service skills in making people feel comfortable and helping them along to get their problem solved and staying in touch until it's done. Can't say enough about the folks all of them at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. Always a great experience. Thank you very much. Love your attention to detail in treating folks! I made an appointment a week ago to repair and change the oil today, and they received me when I arrived today. I told the maintenance department about my needs and only changed the oil and cleaned the car, and they said they knew it, and I specially translated my requirements to him with the translation software, but the result was a lot more money when I settled the charges. Because I had asked before I went to change the oil for $125 without tax, but after the settlement of more than $300, I asked him what parts to change, but you did not tell me that you must change or have to change ah, I just change the oil why this should not have the cost ah. It makes me feel like I'm charging a fee

Another great experience with Lexus service. Appointment was scheduled promptly to address an issue with my car (even though it was a vacation Friday and a very busy day there). Ryan arranged for a loaner car so that I could keep a previously scheduled appointment. The issue with my car was addressed and fixed in a fraction of the estimated time. Ryan clearly communicated with me every step of the way. It s nice to return home with piece of mind in regards to my vehicle running effectively. Everyone in the service department is to be commended!

Service was done on time, at the stated cost. Waited for the car so enjoyed the waiting room with a cafe there. Ronni the service rep was wonderful as always, always helpful and contacted me when the car was ready. Marilyn in the cafe was very pleasant and helpful, provided me with a nice snack and coffee while I waited. One of the big reasons I purchased my Lexus from Herb Chambers is their service dept!

I bought my wife a NX350H for her birthday, for the most part they couldn t have been any nicer to us especially Xavier and Johnny Dang the general manager of Lexus of Sharon.We had to go back the following week to meet with Jerry to get a technology issue resolved and he spent about an hour with us, he resolved our issue and went over everything again with us just to be certain we understood the car better and answered all of our questions.

Took my vehicle to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon because I had a bunch of lights on. Jackson was so nice and assuring. They were able to figure out the issue and rectified it while I waited. Not only did I leave knowing my issues were resolved I also left with a cleaner car. This is my 3rd time leasing a Lexus with Lexus of Sharon and could not be more pleased. From the front desk to Sammy the sales manager, to Richard in Finance, and of course Lesly my sales consultant my experience was top notch. They made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the process. Lesly took the extra time to go over the car features both on paper and in person. She also ensured me that she could be reached by phone if any other questions came up. This was after I had the keys in hand. My experience was great. I hate dealing with sleazy salespeople and I avoided that completely. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. When it came to numbers she laid everything out clearly. I countered and we arrived at a very fair deal on my trade and purchase price. Never felt pushed to purchase extras which was appreciated.
