Fake friendly customer service. Checked back in their truck and they marked 8 minutes pass my expected due date as an extra day so they charged me 100 extra dollars. Gas was given to me not completely full so I gave it back to them not completely full but at the same level with picture proof and they still charged me for the missing gas. These guys are professional scammers. Only reason why they get two stars is because their dogs are cute.

Bryan and Joe are extremely knowledgeable and explain in detail on price and repairs. They are also extremely upfront about what they may or may not find when repairing something as not everything can be seen from the naked eye until you dive in. I wouldn t trust any other place to bring my trucks!If you need repairs this is by far the best personable upfront reliable place to go! As always great work!

Spoke with Bryan this week regarding a damaged axle on our travel trailer and getting both axles replaced. We ll get the work scheduled and complete in the next few weeks, but so far Bryan has been awesome. Super helpful and great to work with.

The father son duo makes renting Penske trucks very smooth and easy. I live down the road and it s helpful especially when renting fleets of trucks. Thank you and we look forward to continuing to do business with you guys.

Not loving these guys, they seem nice on the phone, but they kept our tractor for 4 weeks instead of the one they promised, I get that things happen, but I should not have to chase you for a legit ETA on when it will be ready, they returned very few phone calls and hopefully the work they did was good, it was way more than the quote, they found all kinds of stuff wrong that could be totally honest, but the lack of communication makes me suspect everything else. When you tell someone a week and know that is not going to be the case give them the decency of a phone call. we run one tractor and getting rentals set up to cover customer is hard enough, they could have done 100% better in the communicaton department.
