As a loyal customer to Pride Hyundai, I can always guarantee that I will leave their satisfied . The manager, Natalie is phenomenal in making sure that I have weighed all my options to get the vehicle that is best for my budget. Maggi in sales is exceptional in her ability to make car shopping less stressful. She, too, is excellent in making sure I leave there happy with my vehicle and purchase. The finance department is great! They were quick, easy, and informative. I highly recommend Pride Hyundai for your leasing and buying of a vehicle.

This was the easiest purchase of a car in my history of purchasing new vehicles! Typically I do not return to same dealership for my next lease but there is very high probability that my husband and I will return to Pride for our next vehicle. Thanks Again!

Chris in the service department is awesome. My husband and I have been a few times with various issues. The most pertinent being faulty fuel injectors in our Sante Fe. Everytime Chris takes care of us and goes above and beyond.

My family has bought or leased several cars from Pride Hyundai. Everyone we have worked with has been friendly, attentive, and helpful - from sales to service. I want to give a special shout out to Ray Texeira in Finance. He was patient when explaining how everything works to my daughter (first time buyer) and went above and beyond helping her get the most competitive financing rates (he was able to bring her monthly payment down twice!)

I got into an accident and got my car repaired at Pride because I bought my car here, and I already go here for my services anyway but never had to deal with the collision center until now. Bob and Cheryl made me feel like me and my car were their top priority! They worked with me when I had a small window of availability within their business hours and never made me feel like I was bothering them by doing so. They instilled a lot of confidence that I was being take care of, as if it was personal to them that I get the best service possible! Grace and Monica at the reception desk were also amazing with directing my calls, sometimes multiple times a day! They speak with such enthusiasm and really make you feel like your case is important to them. I can t say enough good things about them! Would give a higher rating if I could

We recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Scott and Ray. Scott was incredibly helpful, ensuring I found the perfect vehicle and help us get a great deal. Ray secured a 0% finance rate for us, making the deal even sweeter. The Santa Fe exceeds my expectations in performance and comfort, and the customer service I received made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to Scott and Ray for their exceptional service and for making my car buying experience truly remarkable.

A total disaster in communicating with customers. When they know they owe a service (not payed) they will do everything they can to postpone it so you feel the need to do it elsewhere and pay for it even though they offered it for free when purchasing the vehicle.Situation: On November 28, I booked a service for December 6 over the phone (this already shows the lack of interest in finding an available space) I said that I would go even if it was far away and I already had to change the eye. Appointment confirmed, I received the confirmation text on the day and received it one day before the appointment. As I always do to avoid surprises, I called before going to ask if everything was lined up and confirmed, they had the audacity to tell me that they couldn't even find my name in the reservation system.Surprised, and already irritated, I immediately saw that they were doing it with bad intentions, and I received confirmation texts. Upon reading the confirmation text, I was told that they have not been accepting new appointments since November 12 so they don't know how I managed to book. Even more frustrated, this time I asked to speak to the manager or the person responsible for the service department.I was told by a man who identified himself as Michael Costa who immediately told me that the customer service department doesn't know what they are doing and that's why they are having these confusions. I told him in all sincerity that this is a company problem and that customers should not be affected by this, explaining my situation to him, yet he, with an arrogant air, said that he would not be able to see my car today and nor this week, offering 12/14 as the next date. In other words, I called on 11/28, booked for 12/6 to only be offered service on 12/14. Changing eyes is not a joke, I went and moved somewhere else paying the money, I hope this serves as an example of how to deal with these dishonest people!Good thing is, I bought my car cash so I don t have to deal with them anymore. Will be there for my next oil change since it is free, just stay tuned for the updates here.

I recently returned for a diagnostic service to Pride. I had one appointment prior where I asked them to inspect my car as I was being left on the highway once or twice because my vehicle started to decrease speed as soon as I accelerated over 50mph. Initially, they didn't catch any issues and my car has no check engine/repair lights on. The second time however, I scheduled another appointment and asked for it to be checked again with an oil change. At this point, my car was now making noises and could barely manage a speed of 50-60mph. My car is a 2017 and only has 70k miles on it. They diagnosed my car with having catalytic converter issue that needed to be replaced with a sensor. The agent who managed my service was timely and really let me know what was wrong with my car, additionally, they offered me to fix the issue at a good price. Thankfully my car covered the catalytic converter issue as so I didn't have to pay that out of pocket. I'm thankful overall as now when I drive my vehicle, I have NO issues at all and feel safe. I recognize they may have not noticed an issue originally because cars truly don't present their issues unless something is completely broken or damaged. I'm glad they were able to pinpoint. They also helped me with providing an uber home as my vehicle would take more than 4hrs+ to repair, and a uber back to the dealership. This all occurred within one day. Really thankful for their service.

Our 2019 Kona needed diagnostic and recall work done. Other dealerships were telling us it would be seven months or longer to be seen. The Pride team had us scheduled to wait a few weeks, which was nothing compared. The diagnostic was faster than anticipated. A part had to be ordered, but the staff made sure the repair was completed the next morning when the part came in.

I had enough. Heads up I will be writing my next review with proof and paperwork. This will put the icing on the cake. Done! Explain to me how I pay for a service and a tech "oversees" bent rims nothing but vibration problems since I purchased the vehicle. Seems like the tech that pointed out the bent rims was pretty much immediately fired. Or just could have been a coincidence. I have also had 2 conversations with the owner left multiple voicemails and no response. And don't expect one either. By the way don't mention the word transmission. Even tho I paid thousands of dollars for a warranty that supposedly came with the vehicle. It's all coming out slowly. I'm giving back what you gave me. Thank you Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. I will add as of yesterday 1/30/24 I had a 3rd bent rim replaced, contacted the owner about this matter no response. The owner is now trying to find reason not to take accountability for selling me a vehicle with safety issues. Or they know what's wrong with the vehicle and trying to get money from someone that works for it? It makes absolutely no sense why this isn't fixed months later. I have also asked for proof with previous repairs on rotors that should have been done before sold and received nothing. So this makes me believe they machined defective rotors instead of replacing them. Says I received a response titled the (owner). With the GSM name Erick you're not the owner??

Back in August of 2022, I had my Hyundai Santa Fe towed to Pride Hyundai of Seekonk for a recall due to oil leaks from the head and valve cover gaskets. My car was there for 3 weeks because I was told that they were waiting for parts from Hyundai. When I picked up the vehicle, the engine was smoking and I could smell oil burning. I contacted Joe Petisce and Roger Paim about the issue. I was told to return the vehicle for them to inspect the problems. I was advised by AAA, who towed the vehicle and my mechanic, NOT TO DRIVE IT due to a possible engine fire from the oil leaks. Joe Petisce, who is no longer with the service department argued that it was not an oil leak, it was an antifreeze leak. I informed him that I would file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and, he wished me "Good Luck with that." and also stated that, "He had never seen my car and that I only brought it there for FREE SERVICE." (I remind you that this was a recall from Hyundai that the dealership would be paid for.) Joe Petisce then hung up the phone. I had the vehicle towed to my mechanic, Park Avenue Auto Service and they confirmed that it was in fact oil leaking from the front and sides of the engine. Upon further inspection, I was told that the valve cover gasket looked old and was also cracked. It was never changed by Pride Hyundai at all. I was also informed that Pride Hyundai's mechanics had tightened the head and valve covers so tight, that they were now stripped in the engine block. I had to pay out $2200.00 (Which I had to borrow as I am on disability) for my mechanic to fix their mistakes and haphazard workmanship. When the Attorney General's Office made attempts to speak with Lisa Anjos, the owner of Pride Hyundai, she would not accept their calls and ignored any attempts to correspond with the AG's Office. I once again tried to contact Pride Hyundai to ask for reimbursement to no avail. I was told by Chris Baty, the service manager that because I no longer have the vehicle, there was nothing that Lisa Anjos or the dealership would do for me. I have all of the receipts and proof of the damages, which I did forward to Pride Hyundai but, they denied everything. I had no choice but to get rid of the vehicle due to the engine block eventually cracking from the poor workmanship and mistakes made by the mechanics at Pride Hyundai. This is a very unprofessional dealership that should receive all of the very negative attention that they deserve. Buyers and Customers BEWARE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, NOR DO THEY TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES AND DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT.

At first, I was quite upset with Pride Hyundai Seekonk. Dropping my daughter s car off in September and not getting it back until November was difficult. However, as time went on, I realized that there s a lot of red tape and time needed for corporate Hyundai approvals, etc. As a result, I got my car back with a brand new engine, despite it being ten years old and well over 100k miles. Be patient- the folks at Pride will help you tremendously. I am happy with the results and professionalism.

I came in looking for a new vehicle after getting into a car accident in July. I was searching for a vehicle that would provide me with more protection after experiencing my first accident in a Hyundai Accent. I received assistance from Maggi. Maggi took the time to hear my needs and assist me in finding the best vehicle for me. She went out of her way to contact me when new vehicles arrived that aligned with my interests and ensured that my transition to my new vehicle was smooth. I ve had my vehicle now for 3 months and I love it. I am thankful for Maggi and Ray s assistance and would recommend this dealership for new buyers.

Poor customer service in the service department. Unexperienced mechanic told me all my breaks are good when my rear brakes was 3mm. Told me they would order parts to replace my exhaust system within 2 to 3 days it s been 3 weeks every time i called to check it was a different excuse. I will never use their service again.

So this is now the second time in a row that it took over a month to get my car back from them. Originally, I went in with a check engine light, due to a faulty fuel injector. I bought my car from them and it's a 2022 sante fe. It should not be having these issues. And again like last time, no one could give a straight answer as to why it was taking so long or even why after a month of having it there, and having an appointment, it only got looked at a week ago. Their sales team is amazing, I'll say that, but their service is straight trash. DO NOT take your car here, you'll end up waiting forever and listening to excuses from anyone you try to talk to.

Great service! Cameron was straight forward and told me exactly what my payments were going to be. They had the papers waiting for me and I was done within 10 minutes. I love my new Palisade so much. He even explained every button and how to use everything! I recommend everyone to go here.

Scheduled an appointment with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk MA through their website for an oil change and a check engine light. Drove 30 min to get here and when I showed up service team member informed me we don t do check engine lights on Saturday. Hyundai service is horrendous. No one thought to call me??? But they did send me multiple reminders via text that I had an appointment and wanted me to confirm multiple times. I m on my fifth and now last Hyundai.

+1 Star: Vehicle was as advertised (albeit a different vin)+1 Star: Was able to purchase the vehicle same-day+1 Star: Most of the staff were helpful.-1 Star: Wouldn't honor pricing and term set over the phone, even with proof.-1 Star: They limit your down payment so you have to take a higher loan.

I bought my car from first Hyundai in Attleboro and then I had a major issue with my vehicle and the engine needing to be replaced. Attleboro was so rude and useless, I then came to pride Hyundai and WOW the customer service in the service department was great. Chris was extremely helpful and very personable, I ll never get my vehicle serviced any place else now.

Horrible location for service. Been going to them for over 6 years for service but recently they fell off. Dropped brand new car off for check engine light. They were able to diagnose the issue via the code but can t fix it because the check engine light shut off. Had my car for 3 days and I pick it up, inspect the vehicle and there s a nail in sidewall of the tire. Now I m playing the blame game on who s responsibility it is.will never do business here again.

To say my first car buying experience was great would be a lie . I had Angel as my dealer and overall the entire experience was stressful, and not exciting as it should be . I was being pushed into buying a car I didn t want , and when I asked for the car I really wanted and needed to get the price down , he openly showed his irritation . After buying the car , it took almost a week for them to get it inspected and registered because they told me I signed the wrong part of the title and had toCome back to resign it. They are only open 9-6 and I work until 5 so going back and forth was an inconvenience. Then when I actually got my car they couldn t find my key, and when they did but didn t have the spare they told me they will look for the spare and I can come back for it. Then I got a berating voicemail from my dealer stating I told you when you took the car home there wasn t a spare key mind you , Angel wasn t even present when I took the car home . Overall I would not go back to pride to get another car and I won t be recommending to anyone .

The sale was easy with Maggie.Chris in the Service Department is fantastic.Acura is horrible, dim headlights, I've been stopped 3 times, twice my State Police, once by local police for dim headlights, SAFETY ISSUE. Middle console, clip broken.Chris has been doing his best with Acura to put the headlights that belong in the vehicle. I'm holding onto faith for it to get done. Chris will fix the clip it's just plain aggravating. I know that it will be taken care of. Acura is very difficult. Praying for the best.Update: Service Department was fantastic in my experience with the dim lights. Everything is A++++Thank-you for everything, Happy Thanksgiving to all

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received upon arriving at Pride Hyundai. I was met by Roy Silveira, Sr. who answered all questions I asked. There was no pressure with Roy, and he gave me plenty of options on deciding between leasing or purchasing my car. After spending quite a while leisurely walking their great inventory I found a couple Sonatas I was interested in. Roy then took the time to sit with me and go over my option packages to find out what was important to me, then suggested a test drive. He pulled the car up and off we went. He explained many of the safety features and convenience features of the car and by the time we arrived back at the dealership I had made my decision. Pride did everything they could to make my experience as stress free as possible and I can't recommend them enough. I'll be sure to return there again!

I called about a car and was asked to provide a time on when I can come in to see the car so I did that. I drove over an hour and half and when I got there the car did not start and their jump box was broken and was not able to see the car.It was disappointing to not have the car ready since I told the rep that I will be there at specific time.Definitely not the experience you expect from a car dealer. I can go on and on about this bad experience!

I had an absolutely great experience at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk buying a new Santa Cruz pickup truck.Knowing ahead of time the truck and trim I wanted, as well as the Hyundai options I definitely did not want, I contacted many dealers and visited some in person. The only one that got back to me proactively, sending me the window sticker of the truck I was looking for was super-salesman Adam Petricone at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk.By that time I had changed my mind on the color but they had one on the lot that matched exactly. Adam gave me a very fair price from the start and even offered a trade-in value close to Kelley Blue Book for my car, although by then I had already sold it separately. It was a real pleasure to settle this quickly with Adam, the best (and only good) car buying experience I've ever had.Even after buying, I had selected the trailer hitch option but the wiring harness never came in. I now know this is because Hyundai recalled it and there seems to be no fix yet, so Pride refunded my money promptly and I had a Curt trailer hitch and harness installed separately (Pride probably cannot install third-party products).I live 60 miles away from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk and contacted many, much more convenient dealers, before making my expedition to Pride Hyundai Seekonk. That says a lot about the great sales experience I had. It's convinced me to have my car serviced there when the time comes, hoping the service side matches the standards set by sales at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. What's a 60 mile drive in a great truck? Thanks to the absolutely top-notch salesman Adam Petricone! My first Hyundai and my first pickup truck.
